The staff was friendly.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the air conditioning was loud. There were no working ice machines on the floor. The bed covering was pathetic. The hallways are dark, the upkeep on this hotel is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone.

I loved the scenery and loved that we were able to feed the fish.

The staff and location were great. There were things to do around the area. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The resturants also had good food and drinks. The best part was the koi pond with all the very pretty fish. They give you food to feed the fish 🙂🙂🙂.

Great location for easy Houston travel and initial inspection of the hotel was nice if not a bit worn out.

Staff took a couple of our personal belongings by accident and were exceptionally loud in the hallways, the pool was dirty, and the mini fridge was locked to 55 degrees. I was not impressed based off of the advertised luxury.

the property was great. there was a beauty pageant going on in the ballrooms downstairs so the hotel happened to be full of kids lol. the pool is next to a creek so there were lots of bugs nearby. didnt swim tho so idc. no bug anywhere inside. i would skip the onsite cafe and get your morning or midday brew elsewhere. the koi fish was a fun experience. would stay again!

My wife complain that they’re creamer and wasn’t very good and then left a washcloth in the sink under running water, and it turned brown from the rusty water! So much for using the water for shower or brushing teeth.

I liked the openness of the hotel and the koi pond in the lobby. The food in the cafe was excellent.

The room fridge doesn't really keep things cold and I didn't think the quality of the coffee in the room or downstairs in the coffee/snack bar was very good.
