Very well kept Travel trailer with 3 pop out slides, and very roomy comfortable rig with a great layout. Very clean and everything works perfect. The bunkhouse design with the two rear slide outs and 40" widescreen HDTV , makes movie nights or gaming with the kids enjoyable. The rear bunk area can accommodate 6 people . The upper bunks are more suitable to kids or persons under 150 lbs. The kitchen area has a large slide out and dining table and couch, making this space a great place to hang out while food is prepared. The kitchen area has a 32" HDTV and DVD/Bluetooth stereo. The kitchen amenities, (stove, micro, fridge, oven and sink) . The dining table converts into bed also suitable tor two persons. The couch folds down in a bed ideally for one person. Most RV manufacturers overstate the sleeping capacity and Keystone says 11 people, but realistically unless there are kids in the mix , 9 is more realistic maximum. In the front of the trailer, the RV has the Master with queen bed, and is made private by two pocket door sliders. The unit has ducted AC and Heat. The AC will only work on a generator or campsite hookup. Outside, the unit has electric awning for shade, outside speakers for AM/FM CD, Bluetooth music etc.. Additionally the trailer has outdoor shower for clean up from muddy adventures. This RV has cold weather package with additional insulation. The Shower and bathroom are bright and airy due to skylight and the shower has a small tub design, probably more suitable for bathing an infant. The unit weighs about 6,500 dry and a robust tow vehicle and brake controller are required. Towing experience is also required. The rig is 38ft overall, and 13ft wide with rear slides deployed. No Burning Man, No Off road travel, unimproved dirt roads etc, The unit has twin Honda generators available at an additional charge. Basic Kitchen dishes and utensils are provided, Call and ask about delivery. This is a NON SMOKING RV and your deposit will be severely downsized if my overly sensitive nose detects anything but a campfire. Twin Honda generators (not included) available at extra cost.
