We loved how spacious the unit was. Only downside was our room wasn't ready at check in. They got us in by 430 after I complained, dryer broke halfway through the stay, spare bedroom didn't have a remote. And lobby is very congested due to it's the only space to check in/out, only access to pools/ beach, and only access to elevators. Also good luck finding a cart. People leave them outside of their rooms instead of returning to lobby. Also don't know that there's any room to store them in the small lobby. Overall, we would stay again mainly due to all the pools, cleanliness, and large spacious unit.

The beds we’re comfortable and the rental was very clean.

Nice resort with many choices to eat, swim, drink by the pool! The toilet flooded as soon as we arrived, left a message with management early the next am to fix it. It was smelly wjere some got onto the carpet in one guest room, but it no longer leaked.

Room was great. Cleaning staff was great. Security guards were great. Front desk staff not so much. Got a text on the trip down saying the room was ready, which was very exciting. Got there, while checking in the lady took 2 phone calls, and helped the employee beside her which I usually don’t mind but this time not so much…got in a room about 2 hrs early with an amazing view, got everything put up, went and got groceries and got back for everything put up and received a phone call at 8:30 saying we would have to move rooms because they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room. I had my 90 year old grandma with me that I had to move. To make things worse they offered the other person that was involved a 30% discount and offered me nothing….something doesn’t seem quite fair there….after that, the front desk manager that night, next day and the day I checked out(same lady front desk manager) was terrible! The rest of the staff that I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Great cleaning staff and great security guards. Because of the issue this was my first and last time staying at Baywatch!!

Loved the view. Didn't like that it took an hour after out check in time to get the key card to the room. Ran out of toilet paper asked a few times for it. Went and bought our own.

I appreciate the excellent job housekeeping did on the cleanliness of our unit. It was spotless when we arrived!
