I have stayed at Bay Watch before, but not in this unit. It was spacious and on the 12th floor so we had a nice view, but the unit was not very clean and there was a roach crawling behind the coffee pot the first morning. I called customer support and it took all day to get an exterminator in. He found another one behind the refrigerator and there was a dead one in one of the cabinets the next morning. The bathrooms were not very clean. We had this trip planned for a long time, it was mother/ daughter trip. All adults, but looking forward to spending time with the older women in our family, so having to worry about roaches and re-cleaning things was disappointing and frustrating.

The suite was clean, easily accessible and nice amenities all the way around. We enjoyed our stay although short but we would definitely stay there again.

There were never any luggage carts to be found while checking in or out or when groceries were bought. I heard many others complaining about it. Not enough handicap parking. Very inconvenient & especially when you are in pain. The wooden walkways need to be longer going out to the beach.

The condo was exactly like what was listed. It was very clean and accommodated everyone's needs, We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay in short form! WE WILL BE BACK!

Nice and clean get away.

Condo was nice and clean. Location was great however there was a few things that made it NOT a 5 star. Not enough luggage carts, I only saw like 3 being used at a time and tons of people lugging stuff up and down or waiting for a long time for a cart. Our keys constantly didn’t work and we would have to go back down to get new ones. Our door handle broke, garbage disposal stopped working, and our light was out at our table. They did fix fast though

Highly recommend, rooms were clean, quiet and very close to Ocean! Loved it!

It’s was a beautiful place for the trip and view I would definitely love to come back again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. 3 BR/3B was very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped making meal prep quick and easy. The laminate/tile floors made sand cleanup hassle free. We loved having a washer and dryer to keep the beach towels and our clothing clean. No dirty laundry to take home. Did I mention the view from our balcony. Absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to stay again.

It was a nice place for all 9 of us to stay. Nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Would have been nice to have had a later checkout for all of us, but we managed.

Check in was a breeze, the pools were heated, the hot tub was hot, & the room was spacious.

Our large family really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, the pools were great and there were plenty of options for the kids to do! We will definitely be back!

Loved being on the 12th floor with a private balcony to take in the beauty of the ocean and the night sky. The 3 bedrooms and baths and ample kitchen and washer/dryer provided all we needed for a great stay.

This location was great! Right on the beach and the staff was so friendly!

Enjoyed our week at the beach.

Check in was at 4:00. Our room wasn't ready until 5:30. They compensated us by extending our check out time to 11:00am from 10:00am. We get into our room and one of the bedrooms smell like cigarette smoke. I call down to the front desk and they send up housekeeping with a can of lysol spray. The problem was that someone in the unit below us was smoking inside and it vented into the bedroom. So they now offer to move us to another room. A 2 bedroom instead of a 3 bedroom but won't refund the difference. We decide to stay were we are because we need the 3 bedrooms. We find out that most of the outlets don't work. The ones that do are throwing sparks. The TV in the smokey bedroom doesn't work. The one good thing I can say is that the bellman, Will, is amazing. He is so friendly. Super helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
