Not anything!!!

Nothing positive about this room. The old and worn carpet was extremely dirty. When our grandkids came to visit they removed their sandals and their feet quickly turned black from the nasty carpet. No one went barefooted again. The appliances were old and there was a fair amount of rust on the stove. The refrigerator door had some nasty sticky stuff on it that wasn't cleaned. The whole unit needs renovating. Vacasa obviously doesn't have standards for the owners that let their property get in this type of condition. Our family rented a total of 5 units and 4 of them had different levels of upgrades but were a lot nicer than the one we rented. My wife went to the front desk and asked a manager if he would look at the conditions in our room. The evening manager agreed with our assessment, took pictures and listened to our concerns. He was very respectful and professional. Will not return or recommend this place to anyone. The big plus was the friendly staff we encountered during our stay.

Everything was good only thing that I didn’t like was the floors felt sticky.

The large balcony on this unit is especially nice and the beds were really comfy! This unit is great for a couple and we enjoyed our time very much.

I really didn’t love anything about it I had to ask for rags and dish rags still didn’t get dish rags and I’ve never been to a place where check out was at 10am and not 11am and to be rushed because housekeepers was ready to clean room and not being able to get a late check out because someone else booked the room is ridiculous being that check in is at 4pm!!! Very disappointing

We had an excellent stay at this unit. Everything was seemless from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and well equipped. The staff was excellent and handled a minor unit issue promptly and professionally. The management company was very responsive to any requests i had. I will definitely rebook for next year!

I’m a grand mother . I brought my 3grand kids 14 yr old boy. 4 year old girl and 2 year old girl. These girls loved the nice warm indoor pool. The boy loved the outside pool with friends that met him there . For me I loved the hot tub it did my body great . Everyone was so nice. The rooms were very clean. The service was great . We sure will be back. Thanks again for a great time .

The resort has tons of lazy rivers, hot tubs and pool! Breakfast restaurant and sports bar. The sports bar has pool table, drink specials, bar food and Karaoke! Fun vibe! We were there for an overnight stay. Would def book again, just want people to have a realistic expectation of what they are renting.

The place was Clean and quiet. Had no problems with anything.

We had a Wonderful time at Baywatch! People were super friendly and all the amenities were good. While I understand the world is short staffed, the pools could have been alittle cleaner and whiles it’s no biggie, there were NO pool towels available the entire week. Also, the room was clean & everything worked, but very dated. The listing says stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and that is NOT true. Very old and basic. The water pressure was good in the sinks, but the shower head was awful! Took me forever to wash my salty hair! Need to fix that!! But all In all it was fine. We would stay again!!

We were visting for a soccer tournament, and we thought the rooms were very spacious for just 3 people.

We love the variety of pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs etc. That's what brought us back a second time. But the overall lack of maintenance and cleanliness in these areas is not acceptable. The dirty pool water, broken lights, falling-in ceilings and just general lack of upkeep in the common areas is concerning. The lazy rivers were both out of service while we were there which really bummed out the kids. There were only about 7-8 rafts for the river when it was open. There are nowhere near enough luggage carts, so finding one when you need to move in or out can be impossible. With a little attention and maintenance to some of these issues in the common areas, we would undoubtedly be back for subsequent visits. However, the decline from trip #1 to trip #2 makes us scared of how bad it may be by the time trip #3 would get here. Very disappointing as we otherwise love the place!

It wasn't so much the room that was the issued mainly the accommodations. One decision in booking at BayWatch was for the convenience of the restaurants, which one was closed and the other would not allow us to order take out. The long, hot wait for elevators was aggravating. The parking garage was a nightmare to get in and out of. I would probably not book at this location again.

A great place to stay! Clean and lots of space. Love the views of the beach! Patio was a wonderful place to relaxed. We like the proximity to the parking garage and pools! Enjoyed the beach, lazy river, pools, and beach bar.

Room was okay. Door kept sticking and not opening with key. Parking garage was so tight to was near impossible to drive my navigator L in there. 6 people in our room, only 3 bath towels. Asked for more and got 2. No sheets/blankets/pillows on pull out bed. Barely fit 6 people once all beds were opened up. Resort amenities were good. Pools were very crowded as was the beach in front of the resort. I can’t say I would stay here again.

Had an interaction in the drive up asked if I could check in ahead of the "time" the three employees were very nice and answered my questions. Mom and child had a blast.

We loved how clean our room was and how the pools were so warm. We loved how we could see the beach and the land beside our room. It was nice not to see another hotel right beside us. We stayed in Tower 3 room 541. We look forward to our next time.
