We loved this condo. Was so spacious and so well maintained. Everything was just as it said it was in the description of the rental.

I love how they had just about everything in the kitchen and bathroom. It was well equipped with shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent.
It was pretty big and seem pretty clean. Loved the beachfront. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was nice. If you are traveling with a family, this spot would be quite nice. Many pools. Free DVD's were available. Free tickets to activities.Do NOT come here without kitchen gear. If you cook, the kitchen will not get you far. You will wash dishes after each meal because thete are not enough plates/silverware for a full day with 4 people.

Perfect for a family with plenty to do indoors and outdoors. My son is 5 and enjoyed checking out all the different pools and a short walk to the beach.

This was a perfect location not far from the boardwalk but far enough away to be quieter - near lots of fun things to do and restaurants and very clean! The beach and pools were perfect! The washer and dryer were a little out dated and loud but everything else was great!

Bay Watch is one of the best properties I have stayed at here at MB! The staff was quick to respond to our needs, Friendly staff and the Best Sunrise/Sunset views from balcony when we did not make it to beach! The bedrooms were spacious and suite fine to relax in!

This condo is well maintained and spacious. There were 2 adults and 6 children with plenty of space. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a pool option for when the weather wasn't good.

View was great. Amenities super. Perks were awesome. Some of the Furniture was a stained. Needed a little updating. Could use a few more things in the cupboards, especially a blender. But all in all we had a great time.

Let me start by saying this place is in a great location for festivities like Black Bike Weekend we stay here every year and they always take care of us Dave gets our bags and is so Awesome we're like family Ms.Fran is wonderful and makes sure that we have what we need, Ms. Chea customer service greeted us with a smile and work very professionally while I'm saying what great team you have could yall get some Loyal Customer Points for the people that come every year faithfully. Thanks for making our stay Awesome.Fran,Dave, Chea, (Tisha ) I think that's how she say are how I pronounced it lol count it to the head not our heart. I Love Y'ALL on Purpose and there's nothing Y'ALL can do about it on purpose.

Would Stay again
Baywatch has great staff and was a nice place to stay. Although when we first got to our room there was dirty towels on the floor and the refrigerator wasn't working. I called the front desk and it was fixed within hours

Beautiful View but a little cramped
Our stay was okay. The listing states that it sleeps 10 but the beds are full size not queens like I had originally thought. We were here for a mens softball tournament. We had 9 people but 2 of the guys had to sleep on the floor. Those beds do not work for big grown men. Lol. Otherwise, the room was clean, except for the slight smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was friendly, and the view of the ocean was perfect.

The view of the ocean was amazing! The room door and certain spots need to be repainted or touched up. Needs kitchen rags. Certain pieces of furniture need to be replaced.

Thanksgiving Trip
Clean and well designed adequate room for two adults. Kitchen was not supplied very well with dishes, silverware, nor enough pots and pans. Glad I had brought some of my own.

The property was great and we plan to return later this year. Elevator was very speedy with no long wait times. Luggage carts were ALWAYS ready and easy to locate. We really enjoyed the option for late check out. I would suggest making sure bedding and pillows are available in rooms with sofa bed and providing at least 1 or 2 laundry pods in room with availability to purchase or give out at front desk since we are expected to start a load of laundry at check out. At a resort you don't want to really leave the property for those items. Overall it was an Awesome stay.

I liked the fact the elevator was i good working condition and speedy. Didnt have to wait long inaide or at the parking deck elevator.
There was nothing specific that i didnt like,but i would suggest leaving more than one pack of dishwashing detergent. 😆
It would have been the ultimate if we could have brought our 6lb kitten along. ❤
