The stay was just perfect!

We where notified often with updates on our room Pryor to our stay. Then was notified that our room was ready to check in hours early. Once we arrived the workers at the desk were very nice and on top of it. Explain everything to us.. Very pleasant surprise of the cleaness and the appearance of the Bay watch resort. We will be returning, thanks

It was a good space for two of us. The only issue was mold on the air conditioning vent, between the mini fridge and microwave, and pink mold in the shower,

This was a nice place to stay for a couple of days, outside of a few things. The shower curtain was dirty/ moldy and the water pressure in the sink was extremely slow. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Room was perfect for us and everything we needed…microwave, coffee maker and fridge.. even had side view of ocean.. loved sitting on our deck in evening. Resort was nice with all pools..restaurants were good and loved the entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Tip, ‘ocean view’ is not really ocean view. If you want to wake up to the ocean out window make sure to get a unit that is ‘ocean front’.
Kudos to staff as well. Every interaction I had was a positive one.

Bad!!
The room was dirty and old. The toilet seat had pee on it. Rust in the microwave and refrigerator, pubic hairs in the showers, stains on the beds and pillows. I have pictures, reported it to the front desk and have asked for a refund on my second night as I did not stay for it

Life Saver
When I planned this vacation I initially booked an Airbnb which turned out to be a nightmare. I looked up this facility online, drove to it, explained the situation, and they helped me immediately! They were very polite, helpful, and even apologetic about the horrible experience that wasn’t even their fault! The facility was clean, the outdoor pools are heated (which was great since it was very chilly at the time), and you literally walk out the back door to the beach! I am so happy that we found this place on such a short notice.

Beware of Bay Watch Resort
The view was beautiful, the facility is in need of attention on several fronts. If you are ok with dogs everywhere, stay here. If you are ok with soiled sheets on your bed, stay here. If you are ok with no hot water in winter, stay here. If you are ok with dust rags left in your room stay here. We were not OK with this resort.
