My wife and I came down for a week and had a great time. The room seemed clean and well equipped. We would stay here again in the future. Having a washer/dryer in the room made packing to come down easier.

The front desk staff was AMAZING...especially the lady that checked me in. I can't remember her name, but she was younger and had an accent and wore glasses.

Loved being right on the ocean.. we were attending my daughters college softball tournament so it was really close to fields and shops and restaurants..very clean and I liked the fact we could eat at the hotel restaurant look forward coming back next year

We had a problem with the first room and we were accommodated fast to something more suitable I have no complaints

The room was fine for the two of us. My only problem is when you marketplace .. I expected more than ice cream and t shirts. More necessities so you don't have to run out of the tight parking deck. More medicines and needs. .. snacks just a larger space and really make it a market place. Other than that. Everything was fine

The condo was great. Everything we needed for our stay. I would say maybe a few more kitchen utensils for people that may be staying longer bit for our week it was fine. The mattress was very comfortable! That is hard to find sometimes. Great stay! Thanks a bunch!

Pools galore along with a long lazy river and hot tubs! We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a wallbed that was comfortable located in the living room. It also had a fold out couch but we did not use it. Decor was cute and the kitchen had pans for the cook in the family. The price was awesome for our 4 night stay.

We booked 5 nights starting Labor Day. From check-in to check-out we never had an issue. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Unit was well stocked and had recently been updated. Only thing we would change is entrance into unit which is into bedroom. Made it a little difficult if one wanted to sleep and the other head out early. Only reason not 5 stars is buildings are older and need a bit of refreshing. Also the parking garage is huge (7 levels) but only has one elevator. Little things that didn’t keep us from having a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to our friends

Wonderful location and amenities for a family friendly vacation. Enjoyed the multiple pool option and easy access to the beach. Resort provided pool towels which was a nice perk. Condo was clean and stocked well. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Baywatch 1617 is a must stay!
Clean, inviting, meticulously decorated we couldn’t have been more pleased. We’ve stayed many places around N. MB and this is a new favorite. The washer and dryer are a big plus, not in every Baywatch condo… the jacuzzi bathtub was oversized and so relaxing, the view from the 16th is breathtaking and better than most. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved this place
Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the bar and grill area. Delicious breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Parked the cat on Friday and didn’t leave the facility until check out on Sunday. Hope to visit again sometime.
