Honestly, no complaints here. House was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The outside areas were so much fun. We spent majority of our 4 days out there enjoying the patios, tiki bar, and dock area. I would most definitely try to book here again in the future!

Beautiful home, the unfortunate part is that it is rented as a dual property with the home next door during the peak season. The team is excellent! Top notch customer service!

This was the perfect property for our family! Surdyke is at the end of the cove which was great for boat and jet ski rentals and Margaritaville was across the cove. The house was clean, modern and well-provisioned. The layout was perfect for multiple families with plenty of seating and table space. The jetty bar on the lower deck was a great feature. The dock is large with the perfect mix of sun and shade. Communication with the property manager could not have been better. We loved it so much, we are going back again next year. We've never found a place we've liked well enough to book twice, until now!!!

Wonderful time, we'll be back hopefully next year. We are interested in a larger property with a private pool! First timer to Lake of the Ozarks, John spent the time to make certain the property we were renting fit our needs and provided info specific to the lake that was important to our stay. Reservation process was easy on line yet I felt I had a resource available to me for any questions. Text requests were answered timely. We had need for propane for one of the grills and in a few hours this was handled.

Overall the property was in great condition. When we arrived a few pieces of the furniture on the dock were so damaged that they were unusable, by 12 the next day they had removed the pieces and brought in brand new! The team very responsive to all questions! Easy to work with!

A stay at this home means you just need to pack your clothes, toiletries and pick up some groceries and you are all set! This house had the best setup of nearly any rental I’ve stayed in. There was pretty much every kitchen appliance you need, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware and utensils. There were spices and condiments in the fridge for our use as well. The pool table was very popular. We enjoyed the enclosed porch for several games. We did not see the 3rd deck until coming back up from the dock, Being we were here over Thanksgiving and it was cool we did not use the decks or grill, but in warmer weather they would be great. We were supposed to have 8 people but due to the COVID situation, ended up with just 4 staying at the house. Even with 8 there would have been plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 join us for Thanksgiving dinner and there was still plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Those in the other king beds seemed to be comfortable as well. It was a nice surprise to find a half bath in one of the bedrooms on the lower level.

Super fun place. We caught more fish off the dock than with a private charter. House has everything you need.

My sisters and I really enjoyed staying at your house. We really appreciated the special touches including many condiments in the kitchen and the higher grade paper products.

We rented this home for 10 nights and it was perfect! The owners were available any time we needed something and truly the nicest people. We would love to come back in the summer when we could use the dock more!

Family oriented location, beautiful,you will probanly love it..not for our group. Our group was a tad uncomfortable with the family/group next door watching our every move. Everyone was uncomfortable with that next unfortunately.

I have rented this house 4 years in a row and have already booked #5. The property is wonderful. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The dock is a great place to hang out with space both in the sun and shade. My kids have so much fun with the jump platform. I would have to guess that Chuck and Tracy would be very responsive to problems but I cannot say for sure. I have not had a single issue in any of my 4 weeklong stays. The owners do a great job of maintaining the property. I highly recommend renting this house.

We keep coming back here year after year. Chuck and Tracy are wonderful to work with and only a text message away. The house is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. It’s like our home away from home, we love it!

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our weekend getaway! Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed for two nights to celebrate my In-Laws' 40th anniversary, and the house had every amenity necessary for a relaxing weekend. The bedrooms were spacious, very well-appointed, and slept great! The 2 decks, sunroom, and dock were the highlights for our group, until the rain forced us back inside. Then, the 2 living areas made for great entertaining space for our two young daughters and their grandparents alike! The owners were incredible to work with, and very quick to respond to all inquiries. I highly recommend this property to any family looking for a great lakeside getaway! We will be back every year I hope!

We had a great 2 night stay at this house. It was bigger than we expected and a lot of outdoor space. It was also very CLEAN! The hosts were nice to work with.

While renting the house for the weekend, we had the opportunity to meet the owners, Tracy and Chuck. What wonderful people! So welcoming and down to earth. Our family enjoyed the weekend especially the fishing. We didn’t quite catch enough for dinner but our appetizer was tasty! We love this house and plan on renting it again next year. Great time in a beautiful home.

We rented this house to have a nice relaxing weekend which it was. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan so while your cooking you can still talk to everyone there. Lots of room for everybody. Too early in the year to enjoy swimming but got to do a little fishing off of the dock, which is also furnished with plenty of seating for a larger crowd. The location is close to just about anything you could want to do at the lake. The owners are great to work with also. Made everything easy. Thank you again Franks for a great weekend.

House was very spacious for a girls trip with 7 women. Great kitchen -- we cooked all meals in and had everything we needed. Beautiful furnishings and decor, comfy beds, nice views. Way too cold to be outside so we didn't get to enjoy all the decks or porch unfortunately. Owner brought us salt and shovel to be ready after overnight snowstorm. Was also responsive and helpful on us not figuring out how to turn on fireplace or get more heat downstairs. Highly recommend this location and would definitely book again! Thank you, Chuck & Tracy!

This was the perfect home for our vacation. Nice home with plenty of bedrooms for our family. Great open kitchen and living room. We also enjoyed the pool table and the especially the dock.

This house rental was top notch, the location was close and perfect for a meeting/conference we were having at the Tan-Tar-A resort without staying on-site over there. Chuck and Tracy spare no expense in the comfort of this feeling like a home away from home. From the décor and bedroom comforts to the amazing views on the lake. Only regret is that we didn't have much time at the house, I would definitely use during a family stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely and spacious Chuck and Tracy's home was. The beds were comfy and the linens were wonderful. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen to cook it up just like at home! Nice decks and dock, gas grill and fireplace. We will definitely come back! Thanks guys!!!!

I rented this property with a group of friends to celebrate my 41st birthday & i can honestly say that i never want to stay anyplace else, ever again. This property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! From the moment you walk in the door, it's apparent that the person who decorated has exquisite taste. The floor plan is open & the all seasons room off the main room was a bonus for my mild weather weekend. I brought 5 friends & we never felt crowded. We had a blast playing pool downstairs & we had dinner outside each night on the deck. The street is very quiet which is a plus in my book & the lights of Tan Tar A made a lovely background as we made s'mores in the firepit by the water. I also have to stress how delightful & accomodating the Homeowner was. From the moment i first spoke to Tracy i could tell she was a Class Act. If you're considering renting this property, just stop searching! You will not be able to find a better place!!-

Notice I describe this house as a home because that is the feel... A Home instead of just a House. Great furnishings, comfortable beds, and all the amenities of home. The communication with the owners was top notch as they were quick to respond and cared about the needs of the renter. Incredible, large dock for fishing or swimming (when warmer)or feeding the ducks. And the pool table was a great addition to the fun of the weekend with family. I can't say enough good things about this rental experience.--Tony
