Clean rooms and facilities. I usually like to checkout the public restrooms at the lobby to see how hotel manages public areas. Swimming pools and beaches are nice. Clean beaches compared to others. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
We booked Deluxe Junior Suite but someone messed up our booking and wrongly put us in Deluxe Double hence we had to waited 45mins for housekeeping to prepare our room. The checkin and checkout times were our main concern. Checkin time is late 15:00 which we would have lost almost half a day for commuting and waiting, checkout time is 11:00 which also quite early for anyone to fully enjoy a vacation’s morning. Because of the 11:00am curfew, we would have planned a quick morning beach walk, then a quick pool dipping then hurry to shower for breakfast, then 10:00am high speed packing for checkout. All of these expeditions would have made us less enjoy the hotel, luckily due to the incident of incorrect room booking, the receptionist assisted us for late checkout the next day at 13:00.

Nhân viên thân thiện cực kì dễ thương, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, ăn sáng ngon, gia đình mình thật sự rất hài lòng, có khu vui chơi cho bọn trẻ & nhiều hoạt động thú vị ( tô tượng, làm bánh v v…)Nếu có dịp quay lại, nhất định sẽ chọn Le parmier làm nơi nghĩ dưỡng.

Hot and cold water issues. Also, air conditioning was not working properly, but maintenance fixed issue with air conditioning promptly.

Er waren werkzaamheden in het hotel maar was vooraf gemeld. Er was verder in de buurt niets te doen. Je moest het hebben van het hotel.

A somewhat new addition to Ho Tram, so everything is clean and fresh. Nice facilities, restaurant, pool. Staff is very nice. Good stretch of beach in front of the property.
There's nothing to dislike, although I do like staying in resorts that have lodging right on the beach. There are villas right on the beach here, but the main building is back off the beach. Can still see the sea, hear it at night, so it's fine. This is the style of many places in this area anyway, so it's fine.

The grounds are nice, and the hotel seems very new and well-kept. In particular, the hotel's service staff is very enthusiastic and explains the facilities and services of the hotel very carefully.
Adult guests staying over still find it somewhat dull. We hope to have a variety of games available for our guests on weekdays.

Really ....better is impossible...reason: very clean amazing rooms with awesome view. Into the lobby ....there is nice smell , all clean and outside all great maintained. Really 10.0 points... Breakfast almoust perfect too. A lot of choice. Very great was that manager from that hotel ....she offered us for free food from the menue cuz the breakfast buffet was closed ( less guests). Really better service I ve never seen. Go on!!!!

the pool and closeness to beach is great. good room sizes and friendly staff
more sun beds would be good and not just the plastic ones in the pool. but they did have giant beanbags which was nice. Also the rubbish on the beach and in the water is gross and a bit excessive in areas, which is heartbreaking to see. But not the hotels fault.

We stayed during the week and the resort was very quiet. We loved the atmosphere, the beautiful garden and the lovely beach that we had more or less to ourself. Friendly and serviceminded staff, beautifully decorated rooms and lobby. Very good breakfast buffet and good food at the restaurant. We would love to come back!

the place was crowded in the weekends so the breakfast buffet had to be on two floors, with one floor having most of the servings and the people at the ground floor has to go upstairs to get their servings. It was fine but not necessary. They could have set up the same at the ground floor considering they have more than usual guests during that day.
No other services such as massage, karaoke, movie, group activities. The place needs some organized activity to make it more fun for families.

Very nice Resort. Its not big, but that is also its charm. I has all the things you would expect from a resort but everything is in a nice walking distance. The Pool area is nice, the breakfast was good. The beach was perfect to make beautiful sunset pictures and was clean. The villa's are huge. All the rooms are super big and the garden is nicely landscaped with a river in between with fish. I would definitely come back as it is very affordable unlike other resorts in the HO TRAM area.
when you turn on the lights in the vila's be sure to turn them on twice so that you get the yellow light instead of the ugly white lights.
