This unit #458 is in need of an update! it appeared to have mold bleeding thru the paint. I called and emailed Vacasa with no response.

No spoons, coffee pot did not work (called and emailed no response)

Good location

Restaurant at resort did not have good food. Great service.

Very good at Echo restaurant and the Cottage coffee shop which gives a 50 % discount on their gift shop items if you are staying there for a wedding which we were.

The unit had lots wrong w it. See my file. I’ve asked for a partial refund. Can you help w that?

The resort has everything you need.

condition of villa and entire building. tv didn't work in bedroom, coffee pot not working properly, furnishings in some areas needed replacing, cleanliness especially in kitchen was poor, condensation problem from vent going into kitchen, dryer not working properly. don't know why the property allows the building to run down like it has. the king and prince itself has always been a premier place and i was saddened to see how much work needs to be done to the exterior. the cleaning fee was large and felt like cleaning company just wiped down could not have spent more than an hour on cleaning.

it definitely needs some updating ie someone tried to paint the walls but you can clearly see thru the yellow paint to the blue paint color that it used to be.

Location was great. Wonderful atmosphere

Wi fi kept buffering over and over. It didn’t pose a major problem as we had minimal amount of time spent watching tv
