A very relaxing, quiet resort accessible via the walking bridge, or via 2 bridges if riding/driving. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a generous buffet with lots of options. Two swimming pools, including a lovely adults only infinity pool, and a spa- we had a 60 min full body massage which was excellent. Our room was huge and very comfortable and clean. You can borrow bikes to ride into the old town (a leisurely 5-10 minutes), or take the hotel shuttle (twice daily) or walk (about 20 mins one way). You also get 20% discount to the Hoi An Memories Show which is on the island.

Our only possible criticism is location. You are a little bit out of town, which may not suit some. You do need to be organised or be prepared to walk to get into the centre of things- some people may want the city life on their doorstep. But I suspect the location adds to the quiet, relaxed, resort feel- no one comes to the island unless they are staying at the resort, or going to the Memories show. The seclusion suited us.

We loved our stay at Memories Resort & Spa, the resort is beautiful with lovely grounds and two excellent pools. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds, good air conditioning and we had a view back towards the old town where we could sit and watch the the boats go by. The highlight for us were the staff starting with Mr Hoang Vu who made contact with us before the trip to offer help with transfers and tours and was always available to us. The staff were all fantastic and were very attentive to our 2 year old which made our stay so much easier. Taxis were quick and easy to get into the town which suited us with a pram. We could then return to the serenity of the resort to relax. We had a great stay and would recommend the resort to anyone but particularly to those travelling with children.

There was nothing that would have made our stay better. It takes a little bit to get from the Island back to the centre of Hoi An but it also means that the resort is quite and away from all of the people and noise.

Loved the room, spacious, clean, comfortable Entire staff super helpful, friendly, courteous..Vu was so helpful, professional, customer oriented and a pleasure to speak to . Loved breakfast, both pools, great massage, great gym and the free cultural performances and ticketed Memories show were outstanding and a giant plus. Wanted so badly to extend our stay here but flight was problematic..we hope there will be another chance to visit...This resort is a gem

Mình chỉ có 1 đêm nghỉ dưỡng cùng bạn thân ở đây. Giường êm, không khí thoáng đãng, mình đã ngủ ngon. Không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp với 2 đứa không thích xô bồ như tụi mình.

Mình thích nhất là ban công sân vườn, hướng sông thoáng đãng, gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Cảm giác sáng thức dậy ở resort bình yên, dễ chịu vô cùng. Nếu có dịp đến Hội An lần 2 mình nhẩt định sẽ book lại

It’s a really wonderful time in Hoi An. I enjoyed 2 days here and everything is on point. You can have a clear view of the river, also can dip into the bathtub, which was quite comfy comparing to other resorts. Would love to come back!

정말 정말 편안하다. 베트남 여행지에서 친절은 늘 경험하지만 그래도 좋았다. 음식의 재료가 신선하고 맛있으며 리조트 음식 가격이 합리적이라 더 좋다. 산책로 좋다. 리조트 사람만을 위한 공간이며 차랑 오토바이 걱정없이 여유있게 산책 할 수 있어 편안하다. 70~80대 어른들이 걱정없이 산책할 수 있다 재방문 계획 있습니다.

Staff were very kind and accomodating.

Great location a 25 minute walk from the old town, although when it rains the roads floods so come prepared!. The rooms were massive and really clean. Lovely balcony overlooking the river. We didn't use any of the facilities on account of the rain, but the breakfast was decent. Sufficient options for veggies. Staff were super helpful with all of our queries and made our honeymoon really special.

Getting onto the island the first time was a massive pain (we didnt realise it was a secure area), the security didn't want to let us over at first even though we had a booking. They then escorted us and just made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The TV in the room has a memory stick with 2 films on it (before sunset and brokeback mountain). This wouldn't be an issue but it rained really heavily one of the days so we decided to lounge about, watch TV and eat cake. We told the staff about the issue, they said they sent someone to fix but didn't. For the price you pay, you expect all of the facilities to be working. We also accidentally broke a cup, but the charge for the cup was crazy high for what it was, when we converted it back to pounds. In the UK service industry we get those same cups for about 50p a pop, so charging us a £5 for a broken cup felt unreasonable, again for the price you pay. All in all it was okay, but probably not worth the high price tag for the proximity to the memories show when you can attend it without being on the island.

청결도 좋았고 직원들 서비스도 만족스러웠다. 자전거를 무료로 대여해줘서 old town까지 다녀왔는데 이것도 좋은 경험이었다. amusement park에도 제한없이 산택이 가능하여 아이랑 한가롭게 거닐 수 있었다.

조식메뉴가 다채롭지 않았으나, 그래도 리조트 규모에 맞는 정도의 음식양이었던것 있다. 지내는내내 비가와서 수영장을 즐기지 못했는데 온수였으면 조금이나마 수영을 즐길 수 있었을 것 같은 작은 아쉬움이 남았다

Our stay here was amazing. Beautiful luxurious rooms, super comfy massive bed and very strong aircon. The pools were amazing and the staff very attentive with towels and drinks. I had a hair treatment in the spa which was great value for money. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town which wasn’t a problem for us but something to think about if you don’t enjoy walking. Breakfast was a good standard.

Two negatives - they don’t let you borrow an iron due to safety reasons - you have to use their laundry service- so maybe bring your own or a streamer if you have a lot of linen clothes! Second was the bikes you could borrow were not safe and not well maintained- my chain came off three times which made it a bit dangerous to use- none of our bells were working which is essential in the busy streets of old town.

Lovely resort with a good location. Only a few minutes taxi to the old town and easily walkable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Sad it was only for one night. We will certainly return next year for at least a week.

The glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. It did have a blind but may have been easier to use if it was on the bedroom side.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and the layout of the bedrooms were not exactly what we booked initially as one of the rooms should've been a configuration for twin beds and the accommodation ended up been 2 king beds. A rollaway bed had to be requested at an extra cost - believe it or not. The facilities of the place are nice but not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was OK. The best part of our experience was definitely all employees with great smiles and always willing to assist you.

It is a very nice hotel, the location is excellent, the staff very friendly. Spa services were impeccable!

Breakfast and the maintenance of the hotel can be improved

A really nice place. Massive villa, plenty of space and comfortable rooms, with air-conditioning and heating in all rooms. The resort itself was really quite nice and right next door to the theme park, which was an experience I can recommend!

I had trouble with the food in hoi an, but aside from that, it was overall great!

This is a five star hotel with outstanding facilities, beautiful swimming pool and great breakfast. The bathroom with walking shower is amazing and the room was really big with a nice balcony and view.

We had a issue with the toilet but it was promptly fixed. Also the location is 20min walking from the old Town, but you must compromise if you look for a 5 star hotel.

Room not as clean as it could be - mainly because the room is getting tired. Further from town than expected.

The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and got to know us over the 5 days we were there. It wasn't clear at any point in the booking process but a buffet breakfast is included for all bookings. It was tasty and also convenient as the resort is located a bit far from other eateries

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 5 people. All the rooms were spacious but the only common space in the villa was a large dining table, which we did not need. It would have been much nicer to have a small table and a couch so that we could spend time together more comfortably. There was also a spacious garden in the back but no furniture to sit outside, which felt like a missed opportunity.
