Great location, great rental, one of our best vacations.

We loved the condo! The interior was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfy. The location was great as we did not have to drive anywhere. There were several negatives, however. We arrived late at night. There was no clear, visible signage directing us to the main entrance. When we accessed the condo there was supposed to be parking passes in the room. The parking passes were not there. Luckily, there was ample street parking. Lastly, the windows in the unit are horrible! We actually thought the windows were open because the noise from the street, the draw bridge whistles, from people talking below, was so loud and clear. We slept horribly Friday night. A fan in the unit might have helped to drown out the noise.

Great location between downtown, the north side beaches, park, and the harbor. Nice condo with big windows and updated finishes. The patio with a view of the harbor is spectacular. Perfect for morning coffe or drinks in the evening. We definitely are going to try to book this property again.

Great property in a prime location. I would say bring extra blankets/towels but otherwise it was amazing.

We stayed at this property in June. We loved the location and view. It’s not super quiet in the evening as Captain Lou’s and the drawbridge are close, but that’s part of what we loved. You feel part of the action even if you’re not there. I’d recommend this property and would be eager to return.

We had a great time staying here! It was so clean and cute inside. The location was perfect and so close to everything we needed! We loved walking to the lighthouse every morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, hot water a little tough and noisy, close to everything, nice patio view.

The property was nice, but room #8 could use some updated windows. We could hear everything and everybody that came pass the property. Not to mention the draw bridge bells as the fishing boats head out at the crack of dawn. Only other words of advice to management would be make sure there is toiletries, and plenty of wash clothes/towels for guests staying more than one night. This is not to bad review, we enjoyed our stay. These are just a couple of things that could have made it better!

We enjoyed our trip to South Haven very much and will likely go back. The condo was nice and clean and the location was perfect for us.

The place is very modern and nicely decorated. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach if you’re bringing all of your beach supplies so you’ll likely be driving. The heated floors in the bathroom is nice for sand management. We would have loved a vacuum instead of a broom for sweeping. We would also have love some extra hooks or some space to hang wet towels and swimsuits. Also the washer and dryer are coin operated and there was no detergent. There is no change machine so you have to find a way to get change. Also, you only get one set of towels for your entire stay…. A blanket for the extra bed needed to be washed. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a couple. A little small for a family.

I have stayed in that building before, just a different unit. The location is perfect!

It is a great location, but it is a bit noisy at night.

Located right in the heart of the downtown area. Quick walk to the beach and parks. Even quicker walk to restaurants and bars. Just be wary of people being loud leaving the bars on busy weekends. We were so tired that we barely noticed though.

The condo was decorated beautifully, surrounded by shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I was worried it would not be large enough for my two children and I, but it was actually perfect! Very clean and quiet!

We had a wonderful time in South Haven celebrating our anniversary. The room was perfect for us with plenty of space and close to all of the downtown attractions, very easy and convenient to come and go. As some other reviewers have noted, the location is pretty noisy at night with the lift bridge right outside the window and the noise from the bar just across the water. We would absolutely book again!

The condo was everything we needed or our 3 day stay by the river. It was in a good location even though we did not have on site parking there was a spot or a load and unload on site. Being early June we had no trouble parking on the street outside of the condo. The size of the condo was fine or 2 people. It was clean and we had no complains.

Central location, can walk to everything. We really loved South Haven. Highly recommend taking a floor fan like we did to drown out late night noise as you are right by the bridge and bars. Condo was clean, well maintained. We are early birds and like to watch a show before bed - if you have a fire stick, bring it with you. The owner with whom I had communicated with while booking didn’t reply to my message, not sure if ownership switched. Condo was beautifully updated. Would stay again.

The location was perfect if you want to be close to the beach and close to downtown, though it was pretty loud with the traffic on the bridge, the drawbridge itself, and the bars close by. We were sent incorrect check in information. It looks like it may have been from a previous year because the Wi-Fi information was incorrect, and it didn't have any parking information on it. Luckily, when we got into the unit we saw the correct check-in letter and were able to move our car. I emailed the rental management company about the Wi-Fi, as well as two other issues. 1. The window by the bed was broken and 2. The extra pillows for the futon did not come with pillow cases and the pillows were pretty dirty. The company emailed back with the correct WiFi network and sent the maintenance company the next day to repair the window. The pillowcases were never addressed, so my daughters slept with their stuffed animals as a pillow. Overall: good location, comfy bed, clean unit, but pretty small for 4 people if your children are older.

Enjoyed watching the boats on the deck and walking into town was easy. Excellent place!

Perfect location walkable to everything beach , restaurants, night life beautiful deck to set and watch the boats go by.

The only drawback is the mattress on the bed. It sinks to the middle and caused both my husband and I a stiff back and neck pain for a few days. Always great to work with. All questions readily answered. The day we arrived, we noticed there weren't enough towels provided for our 8-night stay. I called and more towels were quickly brought over.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping parks and beaches. Did not need our car! The view from the room and deck was spectacular. Will stay again for sure….. wonderful!
