We enjoyed the pool and location. The host provided a quick response when we needed something. It was a great family vacation.

It was a very nice stay...perfect for three couples but more people can be accomodated. Probebly needs new bunk beds and gas grill, but no conplaints.

The house was clean, in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. Kids liked the pool/lanai. Check in /out was easy. Kitchen is tired and not well equipped. The decor was nondescript. We were a group of 5, so having 2 baths worked. Might be an issue for a larger group. Poor curb appeal.

The location is good. The main bedrooms were clean. The bunk bed room is very small and the mattresses are not usable. There are huge dips in the middle and the springs poke through. The living area furniture had many stains and is worn both inside and outdoors. The kitchen was dirty. There were a lot of food splatters on the walls, the refrigerator door had food on the door, the open shelf that holds glasses and bowls had a layer of dust. Cobwebs in the corners. The grill was disgusting inside and out, propane tank was empty. the patio was worn and grimy in general. Patio lights also did not work. The lawn chairs in the yard were moldy. I could go on, but I think I have made my point. The house has a lot of potential but you have to keep it clean and keep up on the maintenance. We will not be going back.

It was the perfect size for our big family. It was spacious and a very fun place to stay!

The house was very comfortable. It met all our needs. Property was in need of some TLC. Also, found small roaches in the kitchen sink and toaster.

We had to make a quick trip to the area for a memorial service. The house was so convenient for our needs and was close to so many things. We found the property to be clean and had everything we needed. The host was awesome to work with. We were only there for two nights and we wish we would have had more time to enjoy everything the house had to offer.

We loved the privacy of the home, the cleanliness of the house, the pool, and the canal access. Beds were comfy and the kids room was perfect. Pet friendly which was a plus.

The location of the property was good! However, upon arrival the pictures did not depict how the house looked, we found exposed cables, unfinished walls, dirty dishes, most towels were dirty, the floors/sofas were dirty, ceiling fans were dusty. The kids bunk room was not cleaned. We were very unhappy; however, we made it work and made the best of it.

House met all our expectations. And hostess was very understanding when our flights got cancelled.

Overall amazing experience! Gorgeous house, spacious, clean and includes all the essentials you’ll need and more. Beautiful location, our family enjoyed the pool, kayaking and near by restaurants and beach. Highly recommend and definitely will be back in the future. Thanks a bunch!

House was clean an well equipped with everyday needs. The yard, pool and kayaks were a nice bonus. would stay there again and would highly recommend it to others. Brad

From the start, Lynn was easy to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. Even though it was a little chilly in FL, we went swimming in the pool and it was lovely. My son also loved taking a little tour down the canal in the kayak. If/When we return, we will be contacting you again. Thank you for giving us a carefree time in Florida!

Loved the heated pool and spacious layout. It was also in a great location that was close to downtown and beaches.

Lynn and Chris were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of visiting their rental. The home was beautiful and meet all of our expectations. We will be planning a future visit to the home.

Lynn was great at answering fast and the house was perfect. We really appreciated all the supplies the house came with.

My father was turning 90 and I was looking for a place to stay with my children and Grandchildren so we could be in Naples for my Fathers 90’th Birthday where my parents live.The pictures of the property and home were accurate. The location is fantastic! Very spacious the yard and pool are beautiful and plenty of space for my children and their families there was plenty of space. We were Able to have The house had everything! Pak and play for the baby, high chair, pool floats and the swim jackets for the kids! my sisters, parent and nieces and nephews were all able to come back for a nice visit after our celebration on the Naples Princess. Everyone loved it! We would highly recommend and would stay again! Lynn the host is very friendly and responsive.

We had a great time. House was in close proximity to everything. 45 minute drive to Marco Island and the Everglades. Fishing right out our back door, as well as kayaking, great area for kids to hang out. Wonderful pool. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 8 to 75, plenty of room and privacy for all. Easy access to home.

Everything was good, would recommend to anyone for a vacation stay close to beach and good outside yard and pool for family gathering.

This was a wonderful vacation spot! It has all that you need for a FUN family vacation. The house is an older home with many upgrades, (so if your looking for the Hilton- go to the Hilton) if you want a great comfortable home with lots of room, a pool, and a fenced yard in a cute neighborhood THIS IS YOUR SPOT! Lynn is so helpful and accommodating. She wants you to enjoy Naples and all it has to offer. We throughly enjoyed our time, and look forward to returning. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

House was extremely comfortable. Loved the screened in pool area and the fenced in yard for our dog. Lynn was extremely accessible and responded immediately if we had any questions. Location of the house was great - very close to downtown, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We only wish it was cleaner. Stove,table tops and doors dirty. Bathrooms and showers clean

We had a great time with family and friends. Everything we wanted was with in easy driving distance and easy to find. Had a day at Vanderbilt beach about 30 min drive. The communication with Lynn was great. had no issues with any help or getting any of questions answered. We as a group have already decided we will be coming back again and we just got home. Thanks again for the memories and can’t wait to come back.

My Family and I had an amazing time at this fantastic home. My party was 10 people and there was room for all of us comfortably. The pool was clean and set at a perfect temperature- we swam every day. The two kayaks were used every day as well. The house is right next to a canal that runs through Naples and the more adventurous members of my family kayaked up and down the canal exploring different areas. The house is only minutes away from 3rd and 5th street ( which are loaded with stores and restaurants) and only minutes away from some amazing beaches in Naples. All in all I give this home a 5 out of 5 stars

Lynn provided all the amenities for a fun yet relaxing week in Naples. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay in the home, it had room for everyone. The kids especially liked the bunk room and TV cave. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful market that we walked to for lunch. It’s also a very short drive to the pier and beach. Lynn provides all the parking information you’ll need to navigate the city owned lots/spaces. We have fun exploring the shops and enjoyed a half day cruise to shell island. After our day’s adventure we’d return to the house to swim in the pool.

Everything was provided that we needed for our stay. The cottage was upgraded and clean! The location was perfect! We will definitely be choosing this place for all our future visits!
