My family has created a tradition over the past few years of visiting Cape May annually for my birthday, with each stay taking place at a new location. I can say with certainty that, after this year's stay, we will absolutely want to be repeat customers next year. The hosts are extremely communicative, proactively reaching out via text prior to our stay and answering any questions during in pretty real time. The actual house is immaculate but still welcoming, spacious and providing truly all amennities we needed (and more). As parents of a 15 month old, it was such an added perk to have such child friendly featured: pack n play, high chair, retractable baby safety gates at every stairwell. The back porch area is absolutely lovely, and we were fortunate enough to be able to use the grill for a nice dinner at "home". We loved our stay here and will absolutely plan to return asap!

Perfect location, walking distance to everything shopping and beach, house so clean and perfect for a family of five!

The house was perfect for our family spring trip. It had plenty of space , very clean, well stocked, and it was beautiful inside and out. The location could not be more perfect. It’s in a residential area so it was nice and quiet but it’s also close enough to most of Cape May’s points of interests and restaurants that you can just park your car for your trip and just walk everywhere. Finally, the hosts were extremely kind, attentive and made you feel welcomed in their home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed in March 2024. The home is very nicely decorated with newer amenities. The parking is private, so that was a huge plus. Only a few blocks from the center of town and a few more to the beach. Restaurants and bars close by - very walkable town. My family really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Owner Natalie was very responsive and accommodating.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Natalie and Brendan's delightful home. They are very welcoming and gracious hosts especially if we had any questions. Cape May is a lovely historical town and the house is a short walk Washington Street Mall, the supermarket and beach. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable furnishings which made our ‘home away from home’ very special. Thank you Natalie and Brendan for making our family holiday so wonderful!.

This home was beautiful. Very clean, enough room for my family of 4, and perfectly located near the main shopping and food area within a 5 minute walk. My 13 year old loved having the upstairs attic room to herself. We came off season so we did not use the beach but this home was perfect for relaxing, playing games, and spending time together as a family. Natalie was wonderful to work with. She was very quick at answering questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this rental.

Outstanding

This home is immaculately kept with all newer furniture and appliances. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with enough room for your clothes. I like a softer mattress or topper, but I still got to sleep well. Extras in kitchen to help you enjoy your stay. The owners were extremely helpful even when I couldn't find the volume on the TV remote at 10pm (it wasn't obvious LOL)!! Thank you!!

This property featured everything we needed to make a home away from home for the week. The owners clearly spent time thinking about what families need while on vacation! We highly recommend and would rent again.

What a great little house! The owners, Natalie and Brendan thought of everything. The house is super clean and well stocked. The location was perfect- minutes away from the Washington St Mall and a few minutes walk to the beach. The front porch was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The back patio was great for grilling and listening to the live music from Elaines. Having off-street parking was a bonus, but we never moved our cars since everything was in walking distance. Natalie and Brendan’s home is perfect! The house is cozy, comfortable and clean! They have thought of everything you might need during your stay from earplugs on the bedside table to chip clips! The beach storage is an absolute game changer-so incredibly helpful! The house is super close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The third floor bedroom was perfect for our boys who loved having their own space! Natalie and Brendan are available, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you might have. They are ideal hosts. We had a great week and look forward to renting the house again next year!

Property was absolutely perfect. Right next to the outdoor mall and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. They responded promptly to any questions about the property.

There is so much to say about this property and especially about our hosts. From the first message when we booked the rental Natalie was warm and welcoming. She and Brendan have obviously designed and stocked the house with the comfort of the guests in mind. It felt like we were staying with meticulously clean and thoughtful friends. Since we're all a little OCD and tend to be germophobes the fact that our particular group felt comfortable and at home is high praise. We also got some great advice and shopping tips from Natalie who went above and beyond making sure we enjoyed our stay. We're foodies...my daughter is a food photographer and I've been a contributor to a cookbook series so we very much appreciated the restaurant suggestions and also shopping tips for finding the best fresh produce and baked goods to the nicest ambience for a night out. Every tip was spot on. We ate VERY well all week. :) We also enjoyed eating on the patio and sitting out in the evening with coffee or a drink. The location is PERFECT, the walk to the beach (great beach!) was short and pleasant and we enjoyed stopping in the charming little mall for snacks, coffee, shopping etc. Live music in the gazebo three nights a week was so fun with people of all ages, babies to senior citizens enjoying the different groups. We will always have wonderful memories of the time spent with our daughter, son in law and 4 year old granddaughter. I wish I could share the beach photos of our three generations creating those memories. A big thank you to our hosts for the efforts they put in to make the time in their home pleasant for the guests. We very much hope to return.

This was a perfect Cape May rental for our family. The house is beautiful, well located, and stocked with everything we needed. Natalie and Brendan were friendly and attentive hosts.

I can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful property. The location is perfect — about a block from the outdoor mall and about four blocks to the ocean where there is a helpful beach box to store your beach equipment. The attention to detail was amazing. (So many hooks for towels!) So clean! Beautifully designed. We traveled with two kids who also loved their little room on the third floor. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Natalie and Brendan have created a lovely home away from home that is perfect for couples and families. We loved having coffee (in a wide assortment of Yeti mugs and tumblers) on the front porch, dinner among the rhododendrons on the back patio, and the quick walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Having off-street parking in town is a dream and the house is so well stocked with all sorts of handy items. Note that linens aren't provided (although the house does have bath mats, pillows, and blankets), but there is a local linen delivery service. Looking forward to future visits!

Was a perfect vacation house for my family of three. Great location! We had a very quiet and relaxing time. Walking distance to the beach and the mall area. Everything was extremely clean and had all the amenities you would want being away from home. The owners even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Cape May in the future!

Super convenient off street parking with back patio, front porch and walking distance to everything you need. Indoors is perfect and comfortable on all three floors with different thermostats. Loved it!

The house is incredible. Beautiful, updated, modern downstairs with a full kitchen stocked with everything you could ever possibly need to cook and have a great week (including Yeti mugs AND Yeti can coozies!!!). The bedrooms are fully loaded with plenty of outlets, large TVs, and great lighting. The bathrooms were clean, great water pressure, and easy to use. The front porch was a lot of fun and the rocking chairs were a hit. Combine this all with a 5 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to Washington Street Mall, and plenty of restaurants and bars all within walking distance, this place has it all!

My wife and I decided to take our 7- and 5-year-old kids for a President’s Day weekend getaway and we’re so happy we found Natalie and Brendan’s home! Not only was their home clean and beautiful, it was also located within a 5-minute walk of downtown Cape May, and 10 minutes to the beach! There is also room to park a car or two in their own private lot right outside of the house—so no need to worry about finding parking. We enjoyed the new, modern kitchen as well as little touches throughout the home like nightlight/white noise machine pods in each room and rounded wall corners! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you could need as well as new appliances. A washer and dryer also proved to be very convenient, as well. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and each one had its own oscillating fan if needed. Our kids used the room on the 3rd floor to sleep in and they absolutely loved having the room that was the highest up and a place to call “their own,” for a couple of days. It was February, thus pretty cold when we visited, but we’re hoping for a chance to book this home again so we can enjoy the cute little back patio area and grill. We had such a nice time here and the owners were incredibly responsive to whatever questions we had or anything we needed. We’d definitely recommend this little gem!

Family and I had an amazing stay at the home. It was well stocked with high end products for everything we could have needed and more. Owners were amazing and communicated with me before, during at at the end of our stay. House is super convenient and can walk to historic district and into West Cape. Appreciated that there was off street parking for up to 3 cars as finding street parking would have been challenging. Would absolutely be back!

My friends and I stay in Cape May every year and this may be one of our favorite houses! The house was spotless and extremely well appointed! We did not realize linens were not included but the owner promptly rectified the situation by lending us their own linens! What a gem! Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a lovely rental in an excellent location. The home is comfortable and the owners thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay pleasant. We’ve stayed in many places in Cape May and this location is perfect - close to everything. The beach box was the icing on the cake since it made going back and forth to the beach effortless. We were 4 adults and the space worked perfectly for us.

We have been visiting Cape May for about 30 years now and have stayed in many places (and types of places) at different times throughout the year. We thoroughly enjoyed both the location of this rental and the house itself. It was really easy to walk everywhere! It was two blocks from Washington Square and another two to the beach (approx) —and it was right behind Elaine’s, which has nightly outdoor music. (We could enjoy it from the backyard while grilling. The music wasn’t too loud, though—and stopped by ten each night.) The house was really well stocked, including coffee pods and cleaning products—and every type of dish, pot/pan, utensil you might need. It was also close to ACME, many restaurants, and my favorite—The West End Garage. Also, it was great to have parking!!! That isn’t always guaranteed in Cape May. Finally, Natalie and Brendan were accessible and responsive. The whole experience was easy. On our first or second night, the grill didn’t work and they responded within a minute or two. There was actually an extra tank ready to go! Problem averted.:) We would rent again. Thank you!

Had a wonderful time staying here. Close to everything ….mall beach restaurants food store boardwalk. Parking for 3 cars was a plus and the owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Natalie and Brendan's home is in the perfect location for a vacation in Cape May. A few blocks to the beach, shopping and grocery store. We walked everywhere. Their home was clean, updated and had everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We had coffee on the porch in the morning and loved cooking out on the beautiful back patio. Our hosts checked in several times at the beginning of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Natalie and Brendan for a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to go back.

I have so many amazing things to say about Natalie and Brendan’s place. First of all the parking is amazing, with enough space for 3 cars to park without parking each other in. The home has a southern charm to it, from a beautiful stain glass feature that lights up the living room in the afternoons, to modern furnishings and design. We were amazed by how well stocked the property was with everything you need for an easy stay from pots and pans, to cleaning supplies to little niche touches. The front porch is beautiful at anytime of day and the back porch is great to sit with the family and relax. One of the most amazing aspects was the beach box available for tenants right on the beach! We never had to carry chairs or umbrellas anywhere which was something I had never experienced before in cape may. It was a complete game changer for my family and made it so easy. We were close to Washington street mall near Finns and the Ugly Mug and the gazebo was full of music each night. Bike rentals and the acme are very close so you really never need to leave. Brendan and Natalie made us feel like family, checking in to make sure all was okay and accommodating anything we needed. We’ve been searching for years for the every year house we can have memories in every summer and we’ve found it! You do not want to miss this amazing property in the best beach town around! We will be renting every year for sure! Looking forward to working with Natalie and Brendan again.
