We love the home. This is our 2nd time there and we will come again. It’s perfect for our 3 sisters with a game room and living room. We love mostly that it is close to the lake. We hike around it everyday in the morning. We also love the tow and restaurants.

This has to be one of the best properties we've ever seen! Honestly it is even better than the photos. Extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The location near Lake Hollingsworth in central Lakeland is perfect! Very quiet neighborhood and zero traffic noise. Looking forward to coming back.

This home is clean and comfortable. The beds had comfortable mattresses and the furniture was new and clean. Loved the remodeled kitchen and porch! The managers responded quickly when I had questions and were very friendly. When I asked if there was a hair dryer, he went over and personally checked and then responded back quickly. This is a great place to stay!

Our rental got canceled by the owner the morning of our start date so I can’t accurately rate this. I can state, b/c of the cancellation we had to scramble to get another accommodation but I did get a full refund so no harm no foul.

Most communication with the host was very good. Entry into the property was simple and straightforward. The instructions to make sure trash/recycle bins were put out for collection were a little confusing. Where are the bins? Where do they need to be put?
The house itself was neat, clean and quite nice. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. The neighborhood was quiet and made for some nice walks, especially to Lake Hollingsworth.
The location was very convenient, providing easy access to downtown Lakeland and other points of interest.
I highly recommend both the property and the host.

We enjoyed our family stay over Christmas. The house was nicely decorated with beautiful décor. The second bedroom with a connecting door through to the Master bedroom, worked for our family but wouldn't work for everyone. Anthony was a great host and quickly addressed the two issues we had during our stay. We look forward to staying here again soon.

This is a beautiful house, well kept, well stocked, has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room to hang out. There were plenty of spices, utensils and enough pots and pans to make dinner for our family. The location is great, it is within walking distance to the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. We went for a 4 mile walk every day around the lake. The house is located just off of Florida Avenue, so it is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, freeways. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. We had to get ahold of Andrew for a minor thing, and he was very quick to respond and took care of it immediately. He is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect lovely home to stay at while taking my niece to college. Why would you stay in a hotel when you can have this. Great neighborhood and comfy home. The front porch was heaven. Rocking chairs and ceiling fans let us rock into the night.

Easy Access to Lake Hollingsworth
The house was beautiful and clean. I could ride my bike from the house to Lake Hollingsworth, which made it great. Only has 1 shower, so if you have more than 2 people, this could be a problem.

Loved this house! Very close to downtown Lakeland, which was perfect for us. Peaceful neighborhood and we were able to walk to a nearby park. There were a plethora of restaurants to choose from, and grocery stores nearby. Perfect size for our family! Only small complaint was a squeaky door. We had WD40 in the car and it worked like a charm. Definitely booking again!

Comfortable home
Nice older neighborhood. Renovations to the house make it feel new and upscale. The game room for checkers, chess, cards, and Monopoly was where we had the most fun. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a fully stocked spice rack! Would recommend!
