This was a beautiful rental. Tons of space for everyone! Loved the shabby chic decor. Great location with short drive to Downtown Nashville, The Gulch and the quaint town of Berry Hill. I highly recommend. Will stay again on our next trip.

The place is as advertised and FANTASTIC. Everything appeared brand new and very modern, to include the paint. There were five women in our group and the bedrooms/bathrooms more than met our expectations and needs. The additional living room and patio space on the third floor was amazing! Exceptionally clean, and in a new development, very close to Broadway and local restaurants. Door Dash and Drizly will deliver in this location. Laura was a great host and was always just an email away. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend to friends going to Nashville.

The place was even bigger and nicer than we expected. Really cute place, lots of space and you get a garage to park in. There is a lot of construction next door building a new house so bring earplugs and a face mask since the rooms get bright when the sun comes up.

This is a great spot to stay for an active family or a group w/ other couples. It's a 3 level layout that was great for our HS and College boys to have their own area to hang out. The outdoor space is well thought out and the fireplace is a great touch. The Property manager contact was great and responsive to a few minor questions. First class operation and would happily stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with a total of 6 adults. Three levels with plenty of space and loved having dual living room areas to hang out in. Owners were very accommodating and were spot on with communication. Would definitely book again!

The stay was great. It was an awesome property and close to Downtown Nashville. The only issue was the train tracks. The train come through all hours of the night blowing the horn. We didn’t get much sleep.

Overall it was a decent stay. Place was billed as a stay for 8 people but there was not seating for eight in either the dining room or living room for all of us at the same time. Nice property overall in an industrial area. Good porch on the third level, lots of stairs, decorating was contemporary, yet sparse. Could have used a little more cleaning overall, missing one smoke alarms's battery and one of the bedrooms had no frame for the mattress as it was just sitting on the floor. We all expected more for the premium price paid.

Came to Nashville to visit with some family for the weekend. Had the pleasure of staying in this huge 3 story townhome in Berryhill. We had 6 adults and it was plenty of room for all of us. Very modern and great location. Would stay again.

I rented this property for my sisters bachelorette and we had the best experience! The check in process was easy (only hiccup was that we were texted the wrong code for the door but it was because we got an early check in). The home was clean and very spacious. Even the beds were so comfortable, which you usually do not find in a rental! We also were given a late check out which was very nice. Communication was very clear and easy. This is the perfect home for a big group to stay in and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

The property was clean, roomy and nicely decorated. We didn’t rent a vehicle for this trip but were close enough to downtown to use Uber for transportation. We would definitely rent this property again

Property was nice and convenient. I loved the lay out. The kitchen had many amenities. The downstairs could use a larger sofa maybe a sectional so more people could sit comfortably. There are a lot of stairs but I had already read about that and knew there were many. The deck on the third floor would be a great place to hang out. There were a lot of old leaves up there that had not been taken away. Overall I would definitely rent this property again.

This property could use a larger couch for the amount of people that can stay there. Overall it was beautiful and a great option.

My family and I walked in and immediately said "This place is amazing!" Beautiful decor, bright spaces. Stores and restaurants are a 2-4 minute drive. Broadway was 8 minutes away. Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills was 12-15 minutes away. Airport was 12 minutes away. The renter has all amenities available to you: towels, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. The beds are memory foam. The balcony and outdoor fireplace was a great place to enjoy and have conversations. Having your own garage was a plus! 3 floors, so has some stairs. Each room is spacious. We would definitely rent from them again.

Despite charging a healthy cleaning fee, the property wasn’t cleaned very well, when we arrived. Hair, dust bunnies, and food on the hardwood floors. Spilled food left in microwave from previous guests. Gas fireplace did not work. Handle was not connected to valve, because it was not installed correctly. Tried to reach property manager multiple times (email and text) with questions, but she did not get back to me. Despite all that, it is a nice sized unit that’s easy to Uber/Lyft your way downtown. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Note: there were no window coverings on the master bathroom windows, which I’m sure, gave our neighbors a free show when we were showering.

Conveniently located off the interstate. I was a little concern about reading other reviews that it would be dirty but it was really clean besides some scuff marks on the walls. Only down side was when we checked in an hour early, the house thermostat was set really low; freezing. Luckily we turned on the heat, left for a little bit to allow the house to warm up. Otherwise we were pleasantly surprised with the house and amenities.

This was a great place to stay for a reasonable price. It is a short 10 min Uber ride to downtown. 15 min to airport and 20 min to the Opry. There are a lot of stairs so if you have trouble climbing stairs, this is not the place to stay. The place was clean and check in and check out was easy. The manager helped to accommodate a request for us. Yes, there are a few scuff marks in the walls (like other reviews have pointed out and some leaves on the rooftop patio) but who cares! The scuff marks are from people caring luggage upstairs and there are trees! The only thing I would suggest is a bigger coffee pot and a full length mirror. Beds were comfortable and all 8 of us adults had a bed to sleep in.

Lovely rental.. new & close to city Re- iterate there are many steps ( to 1st level of bedrooms is 36 up & down ( 72 if on 3rd level) Two small issues- no garage door opener Key pad for front door should be explained when the code is given ! Otherwise … very nice!!!

Property was really nice!!, we had a great time!, the only little suggestions I have are, I think the main couch is much to small, and the coffee pot should be bigger. Also there were only 5 mugs in the kitchen.

We stayed 9/9-9/12 for an Bachelorette trip.The airbnb is furnished nice and for the most part looked as pictured online. We saw a few dents and scrapes on the walls, which we immediately reported to the host. The carpets (area rugs) needed to be vacumed as we saw strands of hair all over the carpet. Also several of the ladies found lots of hair in their bed, which makes us believe the cleaning crew aren't changing the sheets after each stay. The shower curtain on the 3rd floor was dirty and had a stain and needed to be washed or replaced. It's also missing some of the shower hooks. We found Mike and Ike candies underneath the downstairs couch. There were lots of leaves on the outside balcony that needed to be swept. They were all over the deck, table, and chairs. You could clearly tell that they have been there for a while, because it's technically still summer and leaves haven't started falling yet. Since we were charged a $350 cleaning fee we expected it to be alot cleaner. In addition there was a miscommunication about the check out time. When we made our reservation back in February our check out time was 11am. When we received the instructions for check out on 9/11 it said 10am. We immediately contacted the host to let her know about the error. She mentioned something about a mixup in the system that she would have corrected. She advised she had guests checking in after us and asked that we wash and dry all of the towels/wash cloths to help the cleaning crew. Obviously we didn't feel that was our responsibility; however we did put our used washed cloths/towels in the washing machine before we left. We did not start the cycle because we didn't want to leave the washer running with no one in the home. For the host to expect 8 ladies to wake up while on vacation in enough time to use....then wash & dry towels/wash cloths and still be out by 11am was inconsiderate. Especially considering we didn't wake up until 930am. Only other issues were there is a train that ran every night around 4am that is really loud and the home has lots of steps. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville and had a great time.

The property was new, modern and just a quick ride to everything we wanted to see. It had plenty of space for all 7 of us and the beds were comfortable! Our only concerns were the cleanliness... the floors madeal of our feet black on the bottom the first night. There was used soap left in the 3rd level bathroom shower... which made us question weather it was cleaned. A lot of surfaces were dusty and the rugs needed to be vacuumed. For such a beautiful place that was disappointing. We would still recommend and stay again in the future, but definitely wanted to pass on that information. Thank you!

Booked this house for a bachelorette trip it was very spacious and in a great location in my opinion we very much enjoyed our time would definitely book this house again

Home was beautifully designed and in a central location. Short drive to many attractions and downtown. Because of the number of stairs, I wouldn’t recommend this home to families with small children or seniors with mobility issues.

The place was beautiful! The decor and feel was so cool and modern. It was nice having the garage, plus an extra parking spot. Easy to get to all of the must see spots all around Nashville. We were however disappointed on the cleanliness... there was dust on a lot of surfaces, the rugs needed to be vacuumed, the floors left the bottoms of all of our feet black and used soap was found in the 3rd floor shower.

This property was new and clean, however property manager was slow in answering pre-arrival questions (and once didn’t reply), and the kitchen was sparsely stocked, ie only five coffee mugs yet the house slept eight, no storage containers for leftover snacks, tiny coffee pot, etc. neighborhood was quiet and close enough to activities.

Had a wonderful experience staying the weekend in Nashville. The location was easily accessible to several locations (airport, downtown, the gulch, 12 south) and the house was wonderful. Hosted 8 adults comfortably, without anyone having to sleep on the couch. The upstairs lounge/living room was a fun hangout, as well as the rooftop patio. Would recommend staying here to a friend!
