Everything was as advertised, house was clean, location was perfect for beaches and the heated pool was well used. Owners were very responsive and generous. It felt like home! We would definitely come back

House was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Garage was loaded with pool toys and beach items. Walking distance to beach. My wife and I, two daughters, son in laws, grandchildren and two dogs had a great time in this house. No need to look anywhere else, book this house. Steve and Joyce were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Look forward to visiting again.

This house had everything we were looking for and then some! The inside was beautifully decorated, comfy, warm and welcoming. Outside was a huge bonus!! From the fantastic and gorgeous pool area to the outdoor grilling area, it was more than we could have imagined. The garage was filled with everything you could ever need for a day at Sunset Beach. Property was great, Steve was responsive. Had a TON more of the disposables (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper) than any other place we’ve stayed.

The home is very nice and well-stocked for all needs. Master BR is last room to get ac so it’s quite uncomfortable. We had to use fans to survive the heat. Owner had a portable ac delivered, but no way to hook it up properly in the window, so it was useless. They have a very generous restaurant gift card for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The area is okay. It’s a bay, not the ocean. I should have examined the map more closely. We would have stayed in Clearwater or further south had we realized.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The grand kids loved the pool. The closeness to beachs was fantastic. Everything you need to have fun is there.

Spent a wonderful, relaxing birthday with family to celebrate first trip since COVID. Property was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and just a quick three block walk to Sunset Beach. Perfect vacation and hope to book this house in the future.

Our trip to Tarpon Springs was wonderful. The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a gorgeous pool and outside area. It also had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was in a quiet location that was still within driving distance to many of the popular attractions. We look forward to staying again!

Sunset getaway was just what we wanted in a vacation. The beautiful home was in a quiet neighborhood near the beach with our own private heated pool. The home was thoughtfully prepared for visitors and it was like being in a spa resort of our own for the week! We loved being able to bring our pets as well and it was a beautiful area to walk around and fantastic restaurants close by.

Loved the property and location. Such a great house. Pool was epic. Warm and deep enough to have fun. Sunset beach just blocks away. Can we live there please :)

Stayed in Tarpon Springs for basketball tournament in Tampa. Great rental. House was immaculate. Owners were awesome. Gave us a gift certificate to dinner when there was problem with dryer. I’d definitely stay again.

My family came in from Wisconsin, Arizona, Oregon, and Florida to celebrate my father in law’s 80th birthday. This was the perfect location. The pool, the location to the beach, and the absolutely incredible ability of the owners to have thought of every possible need of things we didn’t think of. Everyone said this was a perfect stay. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. All we can say is, thank you for helping make this special weekend a home run.

We love Steve and Joyce!! They are amazing hosts… They had all the amenities you could think of available at the house!!! The house is well laid out… Completely modernized… and What a fabulous pool!!! The house is located a block and a half from Sunset Beach… And spent many evenings watching the sunset!!We vacationed for three weeks… Did lots of cycling, dog walks, hiking in local parks and ate lots of Greek food!! And… We already booked next year!!

The Frisbee’s did it right! This property is very clean, very well maintained, family friendly, pet friendly, excellent neighborhood, well equipped for keeping the family busy with pool, bikes, games, etc.. On the beach, in the water, everything you need provided. Best family vacation ever. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

The property has everything that you would expect plus more! From sunscreen to coffee to coolers and beach chairs! Steve and Joyce know exactly what guests want and they delivered! We enjoyed the home and swimming ! The property was super clean & beautiful!

Our family all came together from Texas, Colorado and Florida to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house could not have been more perfect, it gave us plenty of room to spread out, left us wanting for nothing in terms of pool and beach accessories and games for us to enjoy our stay. This property was everything we hoped it would be. We had a larger group with us and still felt large enough. The children loved the pool. The location of the property is amazing. I loved how they had gave suggestions on where to eat and other helpful hints around the area. Communication with the home owners was excellent. It helped out my mind at ease since we hadn’t stayed in a property rented from VRBO before. The kids want to make it an annual trip. Which says a lot! Thanks again for being great hosts.

Amazing property and great pool. The place was very clean and had a lot of things nearby to visit such as the small beach right nearby the house. The property also has plenty of bikes for our large family to ride to the beach. Overall great experience and great vacation.

First of all, Steve & Joy thought of EVERYTHING for this home. I can’t even begin to describe how thoughtful they were with stocking this home. Fully stocked kitchen, hairdryer, linens, welcome basket, beach toys galore, pool floats/toys, tons of linens and the list goes on and on. We loved the bikes they provided. And there were lots of them.. all different sizes. Having a pool onsite was amazing! Sunsets at sunset beach were absolutely breathtaking! The only downside to the sunset beach was that it was pretty much an inlet with sand. We had to drive to Clearwater for an actual “beach” experience. But we didn’t mind at all. Steve and Joyce were extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. My family has stayed at plenty of vacation homes and we have never had one quite this perfect! If we ever come back to Tarpon Springs we will definitely stay here again (or any of their properties)! Thanks for having us!!

The home is beautiful! Very well maintained and very clean! Very close proximity to Sponge docks . Steve was very informative if we had questions. Quiet neighborhood. House is stocked with bikes, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas. Literally everything we needed. If we plan to return to Tarpon springs we will definitely rent again.

The house was so well stocked in ways we even forgot we needed! The owners literally thought of everything and were so easy to deal with. They even provided bikes, pool toys and games for the kids. The pool was fantastic! Very modern, clean, and frankly beautiful. It too was very well maintained. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were top quality. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO and honestly don't have any negatives
