The house was comfortable and clean, area is quiet with access to local pond beach which kids loved. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary, air conditioning was very welcome on hot days.

We enjoyed our stay in this Madison home. Everything that was needed was provided by the host. The home was spotless and nicely decorated. We will definitely plan another vacation and we would happily stay in this home again.

The home was great and a perfect stop on our Née England getaway. Everything you need is ver drivable and the home is a quiet oasis. We were here in August and it was very busy with other tourists, most nights we got food at Veno market and cooked back at the house. Everything you need is there.

The home was very close to many different lakes which is awesome and only 25 from North Conway! Only downside was the caterpillars covering the outside of the home & on the porch, not sure if it is just the time of the year (middle June) or if this is a constant problem for this home. Could use a little TLC in the home but overall great stay!

The home was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of space for all the kids to not be in each others way. Location was perfect for skiing at Cranmore mountain and going out in North Conway for shopping and dinners. Def a place we would rent again with a large group of family and friends!

We had a great time. House was perfect plenty of room for everyone. Teenagers loved having basement as their area with very large tv, bathroom and private enterance . Pick from 3 beaches all were great. Kids played basketball, jumped off rafts, did some paddle boarding and kayaking.

Great quiet location that gave us all the comforts of home. The cozy backyard space was perfect for fireside chats and s'mores. Nearby, we enjoyed Boulder Beach in the Village District of Eidleweiss and hiked Peaked Mountain for some beautiful views! Thank you!

It was a great long weekend retreat for our family. Wish the master bedroom had a mini split for the air conditioning on the 1st floor as the room does get very warm and door must be left open which leaves zero privacy.

There is not one bad thing I can say about this place. I’m huge on cleanliness and the place was just that! Thank you and definitely will be back again!

We rented this property with two other families with kids ages ranging from 6-10. The house was big enough to accommodate the 13 of us with no problem; however the room arrangement could get tricky as two of the rooms have two queen beds and the master has one queen. The two futons in the downstairs are included in sleeping arrangements.Thankfully the boys wanted to sleep downstairs so we had no problems. The downstairs room was perfect for the kids to play and watch movies. There’s a little homemade pond that kept the kids entertained at the house exploring nature. We enjoyed the lake access in the afternoon. Great front porch to hang out and a very cool fireplace in back. Overall great experience and would rent it again.

Perfect for large groups. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Main floor bedroom needs A/C or ceiling fan; bureaus and T.V. The listing should note t.v.’s use Roku. Would have given a five star rating if not for the main floor bedroom. My issues may be irrelevant to others.
