This was, by far, one of the best homes we’ve rented over the years with VRBO! The owners were prompt and effective communicators! The check- in process was seamless! The home was clean, well decorated, organized and logically laid out! They have a binder and electronic instructions for everything in the house. The dock was extraordinary! We spent most of our time on the dock. There is a large TV, a bar area and plenty of seating. There are paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, a lily pad and noodles. There is space for your boat. We rented a boat from Mermaid Cove marina, located at the end of the cove (10 minutes) by boat or 20 minutes driving. We rented jet skis from Scooters- they dropped them off and picked them up at the dock for us. We fished from the dock. The local Town and Country grocery store in Laurie has worms. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance, spices, etc. The owners are so thoughtful and have shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. There are games and TVs in every room. The game room downstairs was a hit! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathrooms are fantastic and roomy. There is a laundry room in the upstairs queen bedroom. The driveway, as mentioned in the home description, is steep. We parked two suburbans at tie bottom of the driveway and four smaller SUVs at the top. The house is on a gravel road, but it is easy to find and the road is not bothersome. We will stay here again! This is an extraordinary property!

This property and its owners are truly exceptional. We chose to take a quick four-day getaway with two other families, totaling 14 people including kids, and we struck gold with this house. Jill and Erik were fantastic with their communication, even going the extra mile to send a video of the parking area to help me maneuver the boat trailer safely. The house itself was impressive—modern and well-appointed, featuring a spacious living room and kitchen, a large wrap-around deck with a four-seasons room, a pool table room complete with a full fridge, a cozy fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a sizable dock area equipped with a TV and plenty of entertainment options. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy a long weekend under the Ozark sun. Thank you for giving our families the chance to create wonderful memories here; we can't wait for our next visit!

Best amenities of any house we have stayed in. Great Dock, comfy beds, beautiful home all around. Excellent communication with host.

Awesome property located in a quiet, laid back cove. Spent countless hours at the well equipped dock and the house had a great layout that allowed plenty of space for our group of 9 to have privacy and also large communal areas for spending time together. Super clean property and well equipped kitchen. Owners were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

This was one of the best homes I've ever rented. It was simply outstanding...well appointed, comfortable, immaculately clean, great location, simple house instructions, outstanding recreational facilities for everyone, and just perfect. I would rebook in a heartbeat. Can't go wrong with this place.

We had such a wonderful late September stay at Lake Lodge! The lake was quiet and peaceful in the mornings, with fog lifting off the lake, and we enjoyed watching the waterfowl flying down the cove at sunset. The house was amazing; everyone had their own space when needed. The large firepit was perfect in the evenings, and the pool table was great family fun as well. The house was clean and well appointed, with thoughtful touches and amenities. We loved coming in the “off season”, we will be back!

This is an amazing property. Excellent location on the lake in a relatively quiet cove/neighborhood. The weekend (Labor Day) was busy with many boats and jet skis on the water, but during the weekdays, it was quiet and peaceful. The house was great for our family of 11. The dock was exceptional, and we spent most of our days hanging out there. The only negative I would have to say about this property is the steepness of the driveway and walkway down to the lake. Owners were exceptional at communicating both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
