I like for each of my kids to have their own bedroom with their friends, and this is one of the only condominiums that offers a 4 bedroom option

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just as the online pictures if not better. The ice cream truck that came by everyday on the beach was a hit with our grandson. We would definitely love to rent this condo again.

Condo was even better than advertised!!! Parking was a little tricky but everything else was amazing!!!

We have stayed at this property for the last four years. We have rented different units and they have all been great. This year we rented the same four bedroom unit that we rented in 2021. The first time we stayed in the unit it was wonderful, this time the unit was worn and needs to be cleaned. White couches, all chair covers and rugs need to be cleaned. Stains on all covers and the bedspreads need to be cleaned. No broom in the unit to clean up things that drop no the floor. We were also surprised that the ramp to the beach from the pool is closed. You have to access the beach though the parking garage - this did not create a secure building for all of the people staying at the property. Most of the time the garage door was open to the public and gave free access to the pool. Also this year for the first time there was no security present at the pool - No rules enforces. Even thro we have loved staying at the property this year was very different. To add to it Truck week started on Thursday - too much traffic on the beach - scary for families to be on the beach and all the loud trucks and load music did not make it any better.

Condo was great. Had all the amenities we needed. We wish the weather had been as cooperative.

It is a beautiful condo with all you need. The location is terrific!

We have been coming to Daytona 27 years. This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed.

This is my second year staying at Ocean Vistas the first year we stayed in the front with direct ocean view and though I loved it … I have to say that the side one we stayed in this year was AMAZING!! The deck was way bigger l, but even more so we could enjoy it from morning til night where as the direct view was wayyyyu to hot to sit out there most of the time . The condo has four bedrooms and plenty of space… we were delighted to find out that three of the bedroom had private access to the deck! I could go on and on but this condo truly out did any expectations we had and then some! It’s furnished beautifully , plenty of space inside and out!! Communication with the host was great! Definitely recommend booking this condo… I know we will be rebooking next year🤩

The location is great, not super crowded and the condo was so clean, updated and huge. We had 9 people and still had plenty of space. Never felt crowded. The balcony was great. Condo had everything we needed.

Nice 4 bedroom with tons of space. Very clean and quiet in early May. A couple of very small issues (broken chair, batteries in remotes) when we arrived but decor was beautiful and we were very comfortable! Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Huge space for 10 people. All the imenities. The only small issue was that we had 4-17 year old girls in the bedroom with the double bed and pullout couch. Very tight for them. 2 of them ended up sleeping in living room on the awesome reclining chairs. Overall, this condo was great.

The perfect sized condo for our family....9 of us! This condo was super clean, spacious, modern & super inviting. All the amenities we were in search for! We HIGHLY recommend this place, you wont be disappointed!

Excellent location; secure property; spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Had a fantastic visit; only complaints were the outdoor grill on balcony did not work and oven took a very long time to heat up. Very family friendly; would love to come back.

However there were several lightbulbs that were out, only one extra hand towel in the master bathroom and the pool was very, very crowded. We never could get a chair lol. The master shower had rust stains and light was out. The unit we were in before was impeccable. Just need the housekeeping team to pay more attention. There aren’t many 3 or 4 bedrooms to rent that are this nice. The furnishings are beautiful. Again, housekeeping issues but that’s all. We will be back for sure!!!

Loved everything about this unit. The view and layout were unbeatable! View of the ocean and river from huge balcony. Plenty of space for our family in a unit and building that are very well maintained.

Family vacation with the intention of hitting several parks 8n Orlando. Due to pandemic, was not comfortable with staying on property yet so this was a good alternative. Property was in good shape and property mgmt responded quickly to a few early issues. Great week at the beach and Disney!

The condo was beautiful, lots of space, the Kitchen was well stocked, the outside deck was everything (the place we watched the ocean, shared meals, and just sit a talked). the access to the pool and beach was very convenient. The security and rules of the building were welcome and made us all fill safe. Our family stayed at the property last year in a different Condo that was also wonderful. The condo at 802 was much larger and was better suited for our family. Also I can't write this review without noting that Peggy and Andy were wonderful to work with and was very friendly and helpful with the check in and during our stay. Thank you for making your condo available to rent.

This condo is amazing! The pictures are very accurate, and was perfect for our family trip of 10!
