We loved everything about this property for our family of four (with a pre-teen and teen). There is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was appointed with everything you might need to cook. The beds were very comfy and the whole unit was decorated stylishly with a chic mountain vibe. Would be back to stay any time!

We had a great time here! It was clean, organized, and just perfect for our family stay (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). It was convenient for so many activities in the area. You can tell the owners take pride in their space and it felt so cozy with all the comforts of home. Check-in and check-out was easy. We'd love to come back for another visit!

Where have you been hiding?? We loved this rental! Very spacious and updated with all the upscale amenities! A private location close to everything! This is one we will definitely rent throughout the year! Thanks for making sure our stay felt as if we were staying in our own home!

This host spent a lot of time making sure that the condo was comfortable and that amenities were stocked. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. The property management company was also very responsive and helpful with getting us booked for an extra night so that we did not have to rush out of there :)

The best thing about this property was the beds-they are so nice and I slept really well! The townhouse is brand new and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. There is no fence or gate in the back between the house and garage, which would be nice and the sofas are older and could use an upgrade. Otherwise it was very nice and we will be back! There's a liquor store and pizza joint ra block away. I did not hear amy neighbor or road noise.

The property is clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfy (please note: the 2 bunk beds have been changed to a queen with a trundle). We can tell the owners take great pride in their away-from-home retreat and the amenities were appreciated. The property management company is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again some day.

The property is very newly done and has some very nice finishes/features but we were unable to overlook the fact that the unit doesn't actually sleep 8. This being due to the bunk beds are of poor quality and top 2 bunks are extremely unsafe. I took a video of how unsecured and wobbly they were. Had to go and purchase tools to try and tighten but didn't fix the issue. I ended up having 2 of my guests having to sleep on the downstairs couches. We still made the best of a bad situation, but if renting in the future I would make sure this concern was addressed. The property manager was made aware of the situation and said they will let the owners know. Had the bunk beds safely slept 4 adults this place would have probably gotten 5 stars.

Immaculate, beautiful townhome. 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain. 5 minutes from Walmart. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids. Very comfortable, quiet and well furnished. Will definitely use again.

Nice, new, and clean. We were worried since they allow a pet about how clean it would be, but it was very clean and we were thrilled to be able to take our dog.
