This was our third time at Waterscape. We enjoy this resort for all it has to offer - beach, multiple pools, lazy River, Fudpucker hut, parking garage. Lots of things to do and then pool area closes at ten so nights are always quiet. Our unit was clean and comfortable. There were a few small issues we found on arrival, but property managers were quick to respond and fixed quickly. We enjoyed the beach chairs/umbrella and paid the extra fee to reserve a set by the water so we didn’t have to wake up early to stand in line. Thanks for a great week!

My friend from Germany and her two kids stayed in this wonderful condo for three nights. It was clean, lovely decorated, had anything we needed and was simply perfect! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Nice unit. Needs some games or cards for kids. People at desk were not very informed about activites or calling plumber. We ended up figuring it out ourselves. Plumber was requested 2nd day but never showed up . Solved it over a text.

we really like the condo. well decorated and a great size for our family of 7. we LOVED Waterscape complex. Plenty to do for our elementary age grandkids. We adults could relax and watch the children play.

Our family had a great stay! Plenty of fun things to do for every age at the condo and the room was nice with plenty of room and a beautiful view. The only thing was that there was what appeared to be mold in the master bathroom ceiling. Our toaster didn’t work and the door handle for the dryer was broken. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Condo was nice and clean. However refrigerator leaks water on floor I am guessing during defrost cycle. Master bedroom needs new mattress. DVD player in living room did not work. Suspect remote is bad

Great location, pools and play areas for kids wonderful. The condo is nice, but master mattress was really uncomfortable.

The condo has a great view of the pool and the ocean. Very comfortable and clean with easy access to parking deck.

This unit has a fabulous location. The overall cleanliness of the unit was great except for the floors which turned our feet black. Also the unit is in desperate need of painting repairs.

Waterscape is great but this unit was just okay and not at a great price. The kitchen was bare bones with no child friendly plates, cups or utensils. One tv was missing a remote and a light was flickering during our stay. Maintenance came by the first day and said they would be back the next morning but we never saw them.

Excellent room conveniently located to the elevator with a great view!!!!

The pictures don't do justice.it is located perfectly on the beach. The kids rathered the 2 pools ,splash pad and lazy river over the beach.will definitely make it a trip every year.Also located 10 miles from destin.

This is our second time visiting this property. As far as the property goes, it is great. Awesome amenities. However this specific condo was not great. The condo was not ready until for check in until about 5pm, the floor was incredibly dirty (our socks were black after walking around for just a few minutes) and the master bed was caving in in the middle and so uncomfortable. We would definitely recommend the property but unfortunately we cannot recommend this condo.

Loved our condo and the beautiful pools. Easy access to the beach with our umbrella and chairs was fantastic! A perfect vacation for our family!!!!

Love the property and pools that are great for the grandkids. Just don’t expect adults to sleep on uncomfortable sofa sleeper or bunk beds. Very uncomfortable. Maybe ok for little kids.

We had the best time at our Waterscape condo C501. We’ve stayed at several condos on this property, but this was one of our favorites. Great view, comfortable beds, plenty of space, nice bathrooms, nice table for eating or playing games. The only they need to replace is the measuring cup in the kitchen. You can read the measurements but we figured it out. The VACASA team provided excellent communication prior to and during our stay. We will be back!

Waterscape met my expectations for beach front and easily accessible location. The only recommendation I have is better signage out by the road for the resort. I notice the signage for the resort next well before I confirmed that Waterscape was in fact the resort to my left.

The waterscape is great! Beach with lots of chairs, lazy river, kids area multiple pools and hot tubs. Management was quick to answer any questions. Water pressure was great and very hot. Fridge had ice machine. Appliances and dishes provided were great. Beds were comfortable. Place had normal wear and tear but very nice and clean and we had plenty of space. Used grills by pool a lot too. Location was great. Close to car and elevator and had a nice ocean view.

Le Condo était propre, assez grand pour ma famille et surtout très bien situé. Le terrain est magnifique, la plage et les environs. Je retournerais demain matin!

Waterscape is a beautiful place. We like the condo C501 but it needs to be better maintained. The couch had stains all over it, the ironing board had no pad and had a about $10 iron to use. It took 45 min to iron 6 pieces of clothing almost made us late for beach wedding. Please don’t supply a beautiful condo with cheap accessories. We have stayed at Waterscape about 5 times we love it.

Would easily stay here again.

The welcoming was great! I’ve never had someone call and ask when i was arriving or ask how our stay was. The room was great. Clean. The master bed was a little uncomfortable but it’s a bed who cares. I would definitely stay here again!

The views were fantastic, pools were wonderful, beds were so comfortable, the rooms were nicely decorated, short walk to the beach, outodor showers to rinse sand off when you come back. The only thing I wish they would have mentioned is maybe a list of things they provide, we had planned for bringing our own laundry soap, and dishwasher soap, but were unaware they only provide one trash bag, not a huge deal but I like to be prepared. I highly recommend staying here!

I loved this condo! Very neat and clean. The view was gorgeous!

Really enjoyed staying here with our family of 5. It was surprisingly quiet even with lots of people outside in the pool! This unit is conveniently close to the parking garage and elevator. There were plenty of towels, big bathrooms, and my kids thought the bunk TV's were the best thing ever. If you plan on cooking meals be sure and bring the basics as there are no oils/spices like some VRBO's keep around from previous guests. Pool chairs fill up quickly when it's busy but due to COVID we spend most of our time out on the beach away from the crowds, then did some night swimming at the pool when it cleared out a bit! The 2 provided beach chairs and umbrella each day were so nice to have.

Love this resort, right on the beach, numerous pools, kid friendly and nice employees.

We loved the big patio, the view of pools and ocean Nd the use of washer and dryer in unit! The kids loved having their own bunks with tvs!

The room was very nice and clean. The top bunk tv was cracked and bottom bunk tv didnt work. The master bathroom toilet did not work properly and the elevators in C building were NOT working 99% of the time which made it difficult to find our way around with a wagon. Its not a wheel friendly place.

We went on a friends/family trip. We love Waterscape. A great time is always had by all. Having stayed at Waterscape several times, it was no surprise most of the furniture was falling apart in the bedrooms. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend brining a pot, pan and cooking utensils. In my opinion, the rooms at Waterscape are never up to par with the outdoor space. Overall a nice condo stay and great trip.
