This house was comfortable and had alot of amenities. Close to where we needed to be.

This property was exactly as described and very clean - was a block or two from downtown St. Charles and minutes drive to Geneva (my favorite). It was 4.9 miles from Lamplight equestrian center where I was competing. Check in was a little sticky - I didn't get instructions ahead of time and the code did not work - I called Jeff, he answered and immediately resolved the issue. Would stay there again!

Very clean, comfortable, spacious home with everything one would need. The kitchen was very well equipped.Excellent television coverage and convenient to restaurants, grocery, breakfast cafes l, and wine bars. We had dinners at two of the restaurants and they were exceptional. Close to walking along the Fox River. Jeff was very responsive and provided all the information we needed. We will be back the next time we are in the area!

Not enough complimentary words to describe this property! The first floor of a tastefully updated older house; new windows; new appliances; new furnishings; a very well equipped kitchen; the bed we used was very comfortable (and the property is replete with thoughtfully placed night lights!); and a killer air conditioner! We were here through an August heat wave and were very comfortable. Add the location (should I have done that first?). Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in downtown St. Charles; Two miles to the shops and restaurants on Third Street in Geneva! In a neighborhood of updated early 20th century homes; on a corner lot, but the new windows insulate from most traffic noise. Excellent WiFi; large TV with Direct TV & WiFI. Add on a responsive owner and you have a winner! We will be back!

Charming cottage in a super convenient location in St. Charles. We loved all the historic details of the house, and it was just right for my parents and I. The location couldn't be beat--we were just a 5 minute drive from the friends we were visiting. Though it's off a busy street, it was also very quiet. Would stay here again!

Great location and very clean

Stayed here with three kids for a lacrosse tournament in Elgin. Ventured into Geneva and Chicago in our free time. Lots of restaurants nearby. Kitchen had adequate supplies and I cooked a few meals. House is old and creaky, so the upstairs neighbors couldn’t help but make noise sometimes. Otherwise, they were very quiet and we tried to be as well. Would stay here again. Loved the area on the Fox River!

I’m a St. Charles native and was back in town for a wedding. This home was the perfect distance from downtown, where everything is a 5 minute walk away! We enjoyed the historic nature of this home and it’s touch of modern renovations. Very clean and comfy, we would definitely stay again provided the opportunity to return to STC!

Great location as soon as you walk in you feel like your home ... I loved it I have stayed at a lot of places and this one was one of the best.. if I was to change anything I wished there were more then one TV.. I had workers we were here for the scarecrow fest in st Charles and every worker had different tastes on what to watch other then that this was close and absolutely perfect.... if they'll have me I'll be back next year.....

We are three adults, with family in the St. Charles area. This two-bedroom home is perfect for downtown activities and dining. It is walking distance from restaurants, parks, and shopping. The home is beautifully restored. It is very clean and comfortable. It is as it is pictured. The owner is very responsive and welcoming.

This house is absolutely adorable! All the charm with some modern updates thrown in. We had everything we needed. We did eat most of our meals out, so didn't really cook, but looking around we would have had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk everywhere, even with a 4 year old. There are so many parks and playgrounds within walking distance, she was worn out every night. The river walking path was a great option for exercise and just getting around. There are so many food options right downtown, we didn't get to try everything we wanted to. We would definitely recommend this rental and will stay again!

We stayed in this rental while in town for a wedding. Location was ideal for our wedding activities. Quiet neighborhood, especially clean home, and overall nice amenities. Beds a little more firm than we're used to at home but it didn't hinder our stay. Definitely recommend this one!

Well equipped house for a 4 night stay. Spent most of the time away from the house doing things for a buddies wedding, but a good place to rest after a busy schedule.

Very cute and very clean property within 3-5 minute walk of downtown St. Charles. Lots of living room for a 2 bed property. Plenty of towels and clean, fully functional kitchen made this stay easier for a family. Access to laundry was also a key feature to booking this property. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue arise. Because it is an older property, the stairs are older/bit steeper than more modern properties. Would stay here again when we’re back in town!

We were in town seeing family and to attend a celebration of life event. We wanted someplace close to all the activities without burdening our family to find a bed for us in their homes. This was the perfect property. It was so cute, with lots of charm and style. Jeff was available for us at a moments notice and made this stay incredibly easy for us. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Lovely old house near downtown and the Fox River. The house was nicely updated with a modern renovation to the bathroom. Fresh, clean, charming. There is an upstairs neighbor in a separate unit, but the whole downstairs and basement are part of the rental. Driveway parking. Great experience!

Pictures don't give justice to the details in this Quaint Tudor. The original windows and stained glass are stunning! We were very comfortable there. The location is within walking distance to a great market and small restaurants downtown.

Beds were comfortable; living room was welcoming, location was convenient. Would definitely stay there again.,

I’ve been to over 60 countries and stayed in many places this is my favorite ever. Incredibly gracious host everything was immaculate. Wonderful that’s wonderful linens I just can’t say enough about the host helping me

This house was in a great location. We were really close to our son's apartment which made things very nice. The house just had a very nice feel to it. Jeff was very easy to work with and we hope to be able to stay here again.

My wife and I came to St. Charles to see family for Christmas and were looking for a place we could have the three of them over. This apartment was absolutely perfect. It was open and welcoming and perfect for a week of relaxing, eating, and playing games. Also for watching movies on the big screen TV. Jeff was super responsive whenever we reached out with questions or any needs. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future!
