We stayed here to help move our adult child into an apartment near FSU. Location was great, apartment and street were quiet. Apartment was clean and safe. The bed for the 3rd person is not a true bed — it is sleeping on a couch (not a pull out couch). Other than that, it was a very comfortable and easy stay. Host was very responsive via text regarding a few questions upon entering apartment.

Justina is a beautiful soul inside and throughout. Tornadoes have ravaged our city and see was the first to alert me of the mass power outage while I was enduring multiple flight delays. She refunded my payments after cancelling reservation due to having no power at her immaculate rental property. I am humbled and appreciative of her integrity and comforting spirit. I look forward to the next home visit with Justina's property being my first choice. Thank you Justina for your honest generosity.

Stayed at this unit for my son's FSU graduation. After staying at various hotels during my son's 4 years at FSU, I only wish I had known about this apartment sooner. The location is walkable to everything the university offers. Collegetown and all its shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. Parked the car when we arrived and never needed to use it until departure. A terrific stay on every level.

The location of the condo was great, we did a lot of walking downtown to see the surrounding area. The Railroad art district was interesting to visit, show casing local Artist’s crafts… also found great restaurants that were within a 2 mile radius to visit. Overall works definitely start again

Very nice place to land for an overnight while enroute to other locations. It's a nice place with wind down drink extablishment on site and some very good craft breweries within walking distance (0.5 miles and less). Clean and nice space at the top of the stairs.

Beautifully done presentation, spacious, centrally located with essential amenities. The host was very courteous and accommodating. Will stay there again, for sure.

This property is located in a great spot within walking distance of downtown. We were visiting our granddaughter and her family as well as attending a UVA and FSU basketball game. The Donald Tucker Center is walking distance. The condo was very clean and the host was wonderful with information needed. Only negative is it’s a third floor walk up but we knew that when we booked. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone that is interested in downtown Tallahassee.

Although I was too ill to travel to Justina's facility, she was very empathetic in our messages. I imagine it is a nice facility, however, we didn't actually end up staying there or even checking in :(

This place was great. I visited Tallahassee to attend FSU orientation and stayed here with my younger son who did not attend orientation. He slept and spent most of the day on the couch. He said it was super comfortable. The bed in the master room was amazing. I never sleep well when Im away from home but it was not the case here. The bed was great. In fact, i couldnt get up on the second day. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a short time away from home, except i couldnt find a first aide kit. Other than that, we loved it and would totally book again. Love it, love it!!

Great property- well maintained close to the FSU civic center for graduation ceremonies or basketball. Walkable or short Uber to college town or football. Jessica was very accommodating to move our booking a day when our plans changed the week before our trip

Warm, spacious and well appointed condo with free convenient parking!!! Every little detail to make our stay easy was thought of. Nightlight in bathroom, clear instructions on where and what to do, wonderful amenities to name a few. And the brunch recommendation of The Edison was a treat!

Traveled for my birthday and to visit family. From check in to checking out everything was great. I needed to extend my stay and they host was able to accommodate my request with quick response and no hassle. It was comfortable and it had everything to maintain the while you stay. I enjoyed my stay.

The condo was super clean and comfortable. Justina provided all of the essentials as well as extras like coffee pods, laundry soap, Wi-Fi, a desk for working and a printer. Luckily no work to be done-we were on vacation.
We enjoyed the Fermentation Lounge on the opposite side of the building. The off street parking was helpful. This condo is in a great location. We were able to walk to the capitol and nearby restaurants.
We would definitely rent again when visiting the area.

Very nice condo. Very well maintained and clean. All the appropriate amenities and supplies where available and abundant. Perfect location to both colleges and downtown. Third floor walk up can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. But overall the management was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Wow!! What a beautiful apartment in a great location. The unit is very large, super comfortable, and stocked with everything you might need. Excellent communication from our host, close to downtown and FSU, we hope to stay here again!

The property was in a great location for walking all around the area. Off street parking in the complex was a plus. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The hosts were most accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the Tallahassee area.

Great Condo
Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Great location within walking distance to FSU, Capitol Complex and Cascades Park. Justina was great to deal with and made the whole process very easy.

Large, clean condo and professional management
Positive experience all around. I was only there for one night. Walking in, the condo was large and clean. Had all the things you expect such as stacked kitchen, etc. as well as nice touches like a multi-outlet bar beside the bed to plug in electronics instead of hunting around. Even things like including the dishwasher tabs (although I didn’t need it) are something not every place remembers.
And then the communication was excellent. Efficient and clear. Made the whole process of booking, checking in, and checking out easy. Was a walkable location to FSU. Would stay again.
