Our trip was amazing and this condo and the resort were perfect. Brian was very quick to respond to any questions about the reservations and condo, and Eduardo was so nice and quick to respond to all our questions once we got to the resort. We paid the extra $120 for the meal plan, and were very happy we did. All the food at the resort was very good. We will definately be back in the future. Thank you!

We had a fabulous week from pickup to drop off and all in between. Great restaurant recommendations ...incredible greeting of chips and guac and margaritas when we arrived...great transportation and suggestions made the week easy and stress free. Condo is gorgeous and very clean. View is amazing! This is our 3rd trip to Cabo and will be back! (We would have liked the fire pit to have worked outside because it was quite chilly. )

The pics don’t even do it justice -it’s AMAZING!!! The view , the rooms, the furnishings , kitchen I could go on and on!!!!!! Close to town, swimmable beach, awesoem pools….Book this penthouse you won’t regret it!

Condo was in a great location and the pictures don’t accurately show how amazing this place really is. The host, Eduardo, was absolutely the best and helped us with transportation, recommendations, just very kind and accommodating!
The actual hotel has very strict rules about noise so so be aware of this if your hoping to have a group. Quiet hours are from 10pm on.

This penthouse unit was everything promised. An absolutely gorgeous view, very spacious, and very well appointed. We were also treated very well by the unit’s Concierge, Eduardo. He picked us up to and from airport and also to/from golf courses. He helped with recommendations as well. A great asset. The daily maid service was also appreciated. We would definitely return to 2801! J/P

The penthouse was beautiful and spacious,. The view was spectacular, it was nice to wake up to and beautiful in the evening also. Eduardo greeted us at the airport, had margaritas and appetizers for us when we arrived at the condo, picked up are groceries before hand and answered any questions we had durning our stay. We were only a short 7 minute cab ride to town/marina. Everything was fantastic.

Amazing is an understatement. The property and the views were outstanding. Great location on the ocean and close to the marina.

Amazing Property - Family Memories Forever!
The penthouse is amazing with absolutely breathtaking views. My wife and I took our teenage daughter and four of her friends. The penthouse concierge Eduardo was absolutely fantastic, from arranging ground transportation to and from the airport, stocking the pantry and refrigerator with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon arriving hungry from traveling all day, he had chips, salsa, guacamole, roll tacos and margaritas waiting for us! The penthouse is absolutely beautiful and well laid out, with everything you need. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi, fire pit and comfortable seating outside with those breathtaking views. We highly recommend this penthouse and hope to return soon!

Best way to turn 50!
Villa 2801 was incredible! We were a party of 6 adults who had more than enough room to spread out. Eduardo is so fantastic and helpful, he made our vacation easy. He was always responsive to questions and accommodating to our requests.
The views from this Villa were beautiful and having access to a hot tub later in the evening was wonderful! Everything was perfect, nothing we would change. Thank you for a memorable vacation, we highly recommend this Villa!

Amazing Penthouse for Family Vacation
We had the most amazing stay at Villa La Estancia in this incredible penthouse unit. Unbelievable views, comfortable living spaces, and being welcomed by Eduardo that first night was a treat for everyone! We would all love to come back again soon!

Our 2022 Cabo Vacation
We loved staying at Penthouse 2801 at Villa La Estancia. Great indoor and terrace space- exactly as advertised. The location is great and provides easy beach access which is not often the case in Cabo. Our butler, Eduardo Martinez, took care of so many things - he handled airport transportation, helped with golf and arranged for a chef to cook the fish we caught while deep sea fishing.
We will definitely return and would highly recommend this location and the unit.

Wonderful stay at Villa La Estancia 2801!!
This penthouse was the most incredible place we have stayed in Cabo. Brian, the owner, was so helpful in advance, and recommended various water activities, restaurants etc. The Penthouse had the most amazing view and Eduardo, the property manager was absolutely superb, checking in each day to make sure we had everything we needed--double checking the jacuzzi, fire pit, etc. He even had margaritas and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. I recommend this property 110% as well as the overall Villa Estancia--definitely the best place to stay in Cabo!

2801 Property
I am always so skeptical about VRBO properties, but so pleased with this unit. The view was amazing, the unit was very well appointed and exceeded our expectations. The owner, and our butler were very responsive and went above and beyond for our Thanksgiving and Anniversary trip. The chef we highly recommend. The property was very well maintained and security of the property was fabulous. We all had an amazing trip and would rent this unit again and again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everyone loved it! the views were amazing and Eduardo was great. He helped us with golf and COVID testing. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot Perfect Stay
Wonderful penthouse condo perfect for six adults. So much room, beautiful views, spacious outdoor living as well. Could not have been better. The staff at Villa La Estancia were fantastic and I can’t say enough about Eduardo Martinez. He took the best care of us for 8 days. Eduardo works very hard to make your stay perfecto!!

Wonderful penthouse!
LOVED this penthouse villa, beautiful views from all directions. Very tastefully decorated, all updated appliances, very clean. The owner Brian was very responsive & friendly as well as Edwardo our personal concierge. It was so refreshing to enter the villa & be greeted with Margarita's and several delicious fresh appetizers.
Cabo is one of our favorite vacations spots, we have stayed at the Villa Estancia several times. It is very clean & well maintained.
Everyone on staff very friendly & welcoming. This penthouse is my favorite! I look forward to returning.
