My family had the relaxing and enjoyable vacation we were hoping for in this spacious and clean home. The home was equipped with everything we needed not to mention the beautiful lake views. Lisa the owner was quick to respond with any inquiries that I had and even reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable the day we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience!! :)

This was our third stay in three years and we plan to book again. Each time we stay the experience gets better. It’s a clean, large, open house, on a beautiful, quiet part of the lake that is mere steps away. This stay my husband and brother went golfing right down the road and my sister in law and I explored shopping with our kids. Anytime we’ve ever had questions, the owner responds immediately! Looking forward to coming back next year.

We really loved our stay! Great spot right on the lake. We will stay again. One piece: 2 rooms share one bathroom, and you have to go through one room to reach the shared bathroom. Important to know depending on your group.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was a perfect size for all of us and having a bath in all rooms was definetely a bonus. Wonderful home on a great spot on the lake.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay, cousins all 70’s plus. The home was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Will be back.

We loved the screen porch but wish the furniture was a little more comfortable. The grill also left something to be desired. All in all still a very good stay.

There were 6 of us in our party. It was my wife and myself, my wife's mother and her husband, and my wife's sister and her husband. We picked these four days to celebrate my wife's sister's 60 birthday and give my wife an opportunity to share time with her family. My wife is going through ovarian cacer and had an infusion 3 days prior to our check-in. The house was as described and truly gorgeous. We used and enjoyed the large screened in porch. Only draw back was late August heat and humidity.

Fabulous place. Quiet neighborhood. The inside was very nice with a great view of the lake and 3 of the 4 rooms have a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom for great privacy. For us, a king bed would have been better! The large screened-in porch has view of lake to see the water activities. Great fire pit, but bring your own wood. The electric grill worked, but a little small. Great access to the water for swimming, fishing (caught several fish), or boating. Just know the boat ramp is shared with the neighbor, and while his access is a straight shot to the water, this one is not. All in all, a wonderful place to enjoy the lake and unwind.

The house was great and well stocked! The dock was nice and in deep enough water. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the AC worked well. Plenty of room and the place was relatively accessible for a lake house. Pretty good deal for the price. Some cons: The beds (mattresses) are all pretty uncomfortable. They're not the worst we've ever slept in but they're pretty close. One of the bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom. The "bedroom" in the middle does not have locking doors. This was rather uncomfortable. Also, the shared boat ramp is largely impossible to launch from. The neighbor doesn't want to share his driveway (rightfully so) which would allow you to back you boat straight in. This means you need to take an extremely sharp turn through a large bush to make it to the ramp. The bush needs to be cut back significantly for the ramp to be usable. If you had a tiny truck and a jet ski, it might be possible.

The house was super clean and spacious. The views of the lake were gorgeous! Love the easy access to the lake. Would definitely stay there again!

This home never fails to deliver! I have stayed hear multiple times. Whether it is a group of friends or a family trip, it is always a great time! The property is beautiful, clean and wells stocked. The host is very responsive to all of your needs. I will book this again and again!

You will not be disappointed with this rental! Best place all around!

If you're like me, you travel everywhere by boat. This house is in a great location for most everything. It sits within a fairly quiet cove close to Hwy 72/221. Lisa is very good to communicate with. Wished there were king sized beds in the bedrooms because each bedroom is very large. There's plenty of space....everywhere in the house. All the accommodations were really good. The kitchen is over the top with everything you need. We brought our own coffee maker since only a Keurig is provided. We will definitely use this house again.

We had an amazing time. One of the best things was the kitchen. Having the "essentials" for coffee or a basic meal was really awesome. When you go for a weekend its tough to pack all spices, cooking oil/spray, etc and expensive to buy for just one meal. This is the first home we have rented with these items and its the little things like that make a difference. The master and second bedroom was a little awkward to have to walk through our 15 year old's room each time to get to the master bedroom but we spent most of our time on the lake so it wasn't a real issue for us. Overall outstanding property and beautiful location.

Perfect for our family vacation! Three master bedrooms are perfect for my husband and me and our grown twin sons, their wives and a grandson! Secluded, quiet and a great space for gathering. Would definitely book again! My daughter in law left her glasses and the owner mailed them to her. Amazing customer service!!

This place is so perfect for our family! Plenty of room to hang out together AND plenty of room when you need a little space.

Spacious house with everything you need. As with all lake houses, understand where you are on the lake in proximity to what you want to do. Having your own dock is great if you rent a pontoon, kayaks or SUPs. Our host was very responsive to a couple of hiccups we encountered and we spent an enjoyable week here.

The house was so amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Spacious enough for 3 couples to to have privacy and the decks has plenty of seating. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very nice house. Had everything we needed to cook. I accidentally left my charger cord to my laptop and Lisa was very quick to respond and have the cleaning crew get it back to her. She then shipped it back to me. Thanks for a great stay.

When the weekend started off with an issue out of their control, they were at the house within an hour and then had professionals there to fix it as soon as possible the next day. Then they offered a refund for the night affected without being asked. The house was spacious, well stocked, very comfortable, wonderful to cook and craft for our family girls’ weekend. The porch is definitely the highlight! Highly recommend.

We were in town for an adoption for our daughter and son in-law. The house was perfect for us. We really liked that each room was like a suite. We all had our own space. Our host was very accommodating and so kind! The view of the lake is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

This house was perfect for my extended family. Not only were the lake views very pleasant, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the house large enough for us all to get together for activities but have our space when needed. Can’t say enough about the screened porch!

Everything about this property was amazing. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area. We had everything we needed and enough space. If there was one appliance to suggest, it would be a small air fryer. Totally not necessary, but would be a great add.

The property is just as described! The views were great & the screen porch was the perfect place to sit & relax! We enjoyed having the boat dock & the extra dock! The swimming area is great with plenty of shallow area for kids to touch & deep water for jumping! We will definitely be renting again!

Greenwood lake is really nice. We loved the home. It was modern and lots of light. The highlight for us was the screen in porch and the views. The ceiling fan on the porch made it even nicer with cooling us off…home and amenities were nice. Great washer and dryer. Will stay again. Neighbors were welcoming and nice.

We had a blast at Lake Greenwood! Lisa and Matt made sure the house had everything we needed and were great at communicating with all our needs. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, floating by the house and even rented a pontoon boat and docked it at our personal dock! There was also a BBQ festival going on in downtown which was a nice surprise! I highly suggest renting their house, you will not be disappointed!
