Great little spot, close to beach and jet express for easy access to summertime events!

The property needs so updating and a major clean up. The drain I. The bathtub did not drain properly, the house smelled of mildew, the ancient rugs on the floor needed thrown out or washed. I would not stay at this property again.

Good: Listed amenities were provided Close to water Quick response by owner and property managers An amazing playground within walking distance Extra pillows and blankets as needed Bad/ugly: The first night we arrived there was a putrid sewer, like smell in the house. The property manager came within an hour, however, could not find the source. The smell continue throughout our stay, although did lesson at times. This cannot be helped by owner. However, I do believe needs to be mentioned for future patrons. The neighbors next door had trash and items that bled onto the front yard during our stay. They would be often found sleeping in their front yard. There is trash left over in the backyard from previous patrons, or possibly blew over from the neighbors yard. Whereas waterfront can be seen even from the bathroom that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is accessible. There is a “beach“ however, this beach had large chunks of concrete black, oily sand, and seem to be not the most accessible area for people with young children. The neighborhood seems to be one that is starting to become run down and maybe not the safest as there was constant foot traffic, especially to the neighbors next-door.

The location and the inside of the condo is very nice. The inside was clean and the space is great. The outside of the house is covered in spider webs and each windows has spiders to the point we would not open the window or the patio door to use the awesome outdoor patio. The table and chairs were webbed and spiders living on them. I didnt smoke any cigars in the back like I planned cause I did not want to open that patio door to let any bugs in and the 2 big spiders living on the top of the door. I checked out the patio the first night and we did not go back again after that. Great place to sleep and use as a home base but needs some work on the spiders and bugs to hang out at the location in back.

I am a very clean and picky person. I bring lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and rewash dishes. But, this was one CLEAN house. Blew my expectations out of the water in many ways. My one and only complaint was dust in the vents but that is only due to an allergy. This house is absolutely adorable and in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean, the patio out back lived up to the pictures, the living room area was very homey, and more. This was such a great stay and if I’m in the area I would totally choose this property over and over again. Thank you guys for helping me make this weekend the bachelorette party of the brides dreams!!

Quick trip to Cedar Point. This was a great location to stay.

I was looking for a house within walking distance of the beach and eating places. This place was perfect in every way. I wish we were able to stay longer.

This property was perfect for relaxing between baseball games and only a short distance to Cedar Point!

The Beachwalk cottage is a little "home away from home". The cottage is clean, lovingly decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. There is a nice Weber grill on the patio and the cottage supplies the charcoal. The cottage is suitable for a small family of 3 or 4. It is about 25 minutes away from the Miller Ferry, but just about 5 minutes from the Jet Express. Jason the host was very responsive to our questions. If we were to come back to the area we would stay here again.

Well decorated, nicely furnished. Perfect as “home base” for day trips to the islands and other local activities.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Port Clinton. The house was very convenient to the beach and a nearby park as well as a corner Grocery. The house was well stocked with everything you would need from linens to kitchen supplies. We would have loved some black-out curtains or blinds so the kids would sleep in. Could have also use a little more attention to cleaning the dust and cob webs. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Everything "needed " was what I received and was very pleased.,anything more would of become overwhelming, I needed to relax and that I did.Will refer this spot, thank you to the property/ owner.

The negatives: We noticed a smell when we entered the house. It was especially strong in the kitchen. My wife thought it was cigarette smoke. It may have been a very rank rubbish can in the driveway. The shower liner needed replaced or cleaned. Either the spiders are very active or the cleaning is less than sufficient. The positives: It was close to the beach. It has off-street parking. Everything worked although some of the GFCI receptacles needed reset. It was easy to walk to downtown Port Clinton. It has easy access to Marblehead and Lakeside. It was comfortable.

Took the boys fishing while the ladies toured Port Clinton and Put in Bay. Small cute place that served its purpose for us. Theme and decor were perfect for a lake getaway. Beds/mattresses were not the most comfortable but worked for a couple nights. Walking distance to town and Jolly Rogers - local joint for fresh walleye and perch - delicious Would stay here again.

The house was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Entertainment sites a short ride away .

This property was a nice place for our family to stay during our vacation. Although our stay started with out with a small bump, the owner and staff worked hard to take care of our needs. They were courteous and accommodating until we were satisfied. The home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Its location was great for beach access (Port Clinton and East Harbor), local outings, and for surrounding attractions. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Loved the little house, easy to find and so close to the water. Had everything we needed! Only down side was couldn't really enjoy the back porch because of all the spiders .

We enjoyed our stay and had nice access to visiting Cedar Point, Catawba, and Put-in-Bay. The owners were excellent communicators.

Was exactly as advertised. Clean and nicely decorated. AC felt good on a very hot day. Easy access to the marina which is why we stayed there. Only minor issue was no caffeinated coffee so we had to run out and get some. Appreciated the coffee filters!

This was a great little house, in a clean neighborhood, close to the water and the town of Port Clinton.

From check in to check out, Our stay at this property was thoroughly enjoyable. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with close access to the lake. Private backyard. Wonderful amenities in this adorable home. We enjoyed every moment and hope we can come back one day.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful! The home was clean and decorated so cute. The location was great as well. Would love to stay again when we come back!

We had a wonderful stay at your beach house. Everything close by from shops to restaurants. House was clean and well kept. We will book this house again!

This house is as advertised. Has everything you need for a nice stay. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because the vents need a good cleaning (I'm sure because the furnace has just been kicked on for the season) along with the cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. Overall a good value for what you get.
