We had a great time at the beach! What a wonderful location, you can walk to many attractions/restaurants and a short drive to anywhere else you want to visit. Karen was a great host, very easy to get ahold of and quick to responses! We would recommend this property to anyone but it was especially nice with young kids because we didn’t have to pack anything to head over to the beach and a close walk back if we needed anything.

The condo was super clean and cute, on the perfect location to everything. As soon as you walk out the beach is right there. The communication with Karen was always on a timely manner. My family and I were happy with the overall experience.

This was our third trip to North Mission and this was hands down our favorite rental yet (although the others were still great). Beach and boardwalk access were amazing. Watched dolphins every morning from the patio. There was room for us to park our full sized truck and plenty of room inside the unit to store our bikes, which was a concern I had prior to arriving. Outdoor table has been upgraded and entire unit is laminate flooring (no carpet in bedrooms as shown in pictures) so those were nice surprises. Entire interior, location, ocean view, etc was above and beyond what we expected. The bathroom is on the smaller side but not an issue by any means. Both bedrooms are very spacious and, while we can't speak for the second bed bc we didn't use it, the king in the "primary" bedroom was comfortable. As others mentioned, several coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and much less "busy" than further south along the beach. Will certainly be putting this unit at the top of our list for future visits as long as it's available, which I hope it will be!!

This is a wonderful spot for a beach-front vacation. Can't beat the location! Unit was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. So much fun sitting on the patio people-watching on the boardwalk and watching sunsets. And so convenient for playing on the beach and having your home right there to take a shade break or grab a quick snack. Would definitely come back!!

We got lucky because there was a last minute opening, but this was the perfect place for our family of 5. The property is located on the beach giving you full access to the ocean or just watch the people stroll by. It's located in a nice neighborhood with access to a little store and several restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this property. It had everything we could need. It made planning much easier! The house was spotless and the view unbeatable! My daughter and her friends had a blast with lots of activities nearby and I felt safe letting them around. The check in process was easy and everything was just as described. I would definitely stay here again.

We walked into a beautiful clean Home. Bedrooms, bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The best part was able to walk out the door and be on the beach! Our family had so much fun! The location. Was perfect. Thank you!

To be on the boardwalk of Mission Beach was so impressive. Beautiful views of the ocean and lots going on just outside the house.

This was the 2nd time we had stayed in this condo and enjoyed it very much. It is in a perfect location and we love sitting on the patio to watch the waves and people. It is very clean and well equipped. Hopefully we will be able to return.

We had an amazing time renting out Karen and Mark’s property right across from the beach. Having young kids with us, it was super easy access to the beach and allowed us to spend a longer time next to the water. The location is also super close to sea world and a short drive away from old town. Karen and Mark were great hosts with prompt and clear communication styles and the home was very well equipped with all things needed for our stay. I would definitely come back here again!

Sitting on the protected deck watching the waves roll in. Great two bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Loved having a parking space. Enough room for our family of four. Close to restaurants. And right on the beach.

We live in San Diego but what a treat to be on the boardwalk. The sunsets were beautiful and the condo was in great condition with plenty of space for our family of 4 (which includes to teen boys).

We found this unit to be just as advertised. Great ocean front view. Convenient parking. We’ll equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements flexible and comfortable. Exceptional location.

This was our second visit to this property, and it was as amazing as the first! The location is absolutely perfect as it sits right on the boardwalk and is about halfway between Belmont and Crystal Pier, which both have great places to shop and dine. The condo itself is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We highly recommend!

This property is very clean and updated. You can’t tell from the outside building. I especially liked the touch of having cable tv. That was very thoughtful and it was nice to be able to watch football on Sunday evenings. My mom was even able to watch her novela’s that she never misses. Dishes new and clean. Thick bath towels. You can tell they put money into it and not just trying to make money from it. Can’t beat the view. Building is quiet. My elderly parents enjoyed the trip very much as did me my husband and small children. Thank you!

One of the best vacation experiences we have ever had! It was an amazing place to stay at and you could not of asked for a better location! It had everything you needed. Karen and Mark were great with communicating with us about all of our needs and even let us check in a little early! We are already planning our next stay with them again!

We completely enjoyed our stay especially since it was a celebratory vacation given my daughter graduated from USD and commissioned as an officer in the navy in one weekend. We could not be happier with the location, the amenities and the welcoming we felt by the owners. I strongly recommend staying here and feeling relaxed and happy.

Perfect VRBO. Don’t think, just book. From the moment you step through the front door you are greeted by the view. The entire home is well stocked with everything you need. We didn’t really cook (it was vacation) but definitely had everything you could need. Basket of goodies and wine was such a nice treat. Everything was perfect for every family member. Beach chairs were great since we flew. Can’t wait to come again.

This place is a gem! Karen and Mark did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable, including leaving us some delicious local beer and wine. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean and to simply walk out the patio door a few steps and be on the boardwalk. One could easily stay here, and not have need of a vehicle.Surf lessons, coffee, souvenir shops , restaurants and more are located within a few blocks at most. You will not find a better view anywhere on Mission Beach. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable and there’s plenty of space for relaxing. We highly recommend this property!
