Perfect property and lake vacay! So many little touches that were appreciated!

We came with 4 families to celebrate 3 special birthdays! The house was stunning and the owners thought of seriously everything! The views were amazing and the dock was so fun to hang out! We had plenty of room for our group of 10 both inside and outside! The dock toys were an added bonus! Grateful Lisa and robin were willing to share their little piece of paradise! Highly recommend this home!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. Every space in this house has been beautifully decorated. There was more space on the outside to enjoy as well. The location is close to shopping and several restaurants. The communication between Robin and I was so easy and she was quick to respond each time I reached out to her. The only thing I would have changed is the number of days that we stayed. We should have added a few more days. We will definitely be back to this place.

We live in Kansas City and wanted to go to the lake for a little getaway. Firefly LakeHouse was a great place to unwind. The house was very clean. The instructions were perfect. Cleaning expectations were more than reasonable. We look forward to our next stay here.

It was a seamless experience and very enjoyable. We felt right at home and were impressed with the attention to detail. The highlight for the little ones was jumping off the dock and playing in the water. Ping pong was also a fan favorite. We hope to come here again next year.

great location in a quiet cove fantastic for smaller kiddos in a boat and tubing!!! Gas right around the corner was a plus too.

We brought our pontoon with us for a week at the lake. We chose this rental property based on the lake access, available covered dock for our boat and the ability to park our trailer in the driveway. It was easy putting in our boat in the water at the public ramp but there was another ramp very close to the house that would make it even simpler. We have a truck and a long trailer and were very happy with the driveway space to park. We had 3 kids with us and they were thrilled to each have their own room and plenty of space to hang out in. It was very hot the week of our stay so jumping off the dock and floating in the water were big hits with our family. We had many meals at the house but also loved the number of restaurants we could drive out boat to go eat at. The kids also loved the outdoor fireplace for making s'mores even in the heat!

We ended up taking both sides of the family. This was a great location and the house was set up perfectly. The owners communicated perfectly. Our trip was flawless and will rent again from this owner. My recommendation if you bring your boat bring extra bumpers. This is no way any fault to the owners. This is a nice quiet cove. However on the weekends due to heavy traffic on the main channel. (If you come to the LOTO often, then you know what I mean.) This tends to be a spot were others will go to tube and ski to get off the main channel. During the week it was fine. They just tend to rock the boats not on lifts. Bring a couple extra bumpers and you will be fine on both sides.

Three adult siblings and our families stayed here for a long weekend. The kids bunkroom, game room, and separate family room in the basement were perfect for the kids to have their own fun away from the adults. The outside space was SO much fun and kept everyone entertained from fishing and jumping off the dock, to the SUP and kayak. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer was a nice bonus as were all the extra throw blankets. We would definitely stay here again!!!

FIREFLY is just as advertised. Updated where it counts with attention to detail to provide a seemless experience. Great fishing on the dock, and plenty of space inside and out to spread out. We will be going back!

Great place with really cool spaces! The hosts are awesome to work with and communication was top notch. The beds were comfy and dock was perfect!

We had 3 families all stay the weekend it was plenty of room and beds for everyone.

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed for our large family reunion. Lots of functional room indoors. Very clean. All the housewares we needed, including an ice maker we took full advantage of. Lots of parking out front. Lots of room on the dock for our boat and two wave runners. Everyone loved jumping off the tall platform between the docks. Only mishap was when the dishwasher broke, but Robin and Lisa jumped right on it - stuff happens, what's important is how the owners react, which they did very quickly. We hope to be back sometime. FireFly is a great place to stay, Great view of the lake and a great dock to keep your boat. The dock does not have a lift but depending on the type of boat you have that may be a good thing. The house has plenty of space to spread out and everyone in our group had their own bedroom and bathroom. this was our 5th trip to LOTO and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed at.

We loved our stay! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all necessities- especially the kitchen. The firefly lodge is exactly as pictured, amazing setup, super clean, great location. Robin & Lisa were quick to respond with answers to our questions and even helped providing a list of things to do and places close by. I can’t recommend them and the firefly enough for a fun lake vacation.

Loved our stay at Firefly. Comfortable beds. Caught several fish off the large dock. Great outdoor spaces with lots of seating. All the needed amenities and then some. Very clean and inviting! Thank you Robin and Lisa.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the “firefly” enough room to accommodate our family comfortably. The house was clean, organized, and spacious. Supplies were easy to find and well stocked. Our stay was very relaxing with the beautiful view of the lake. The extra touches (game room & fire pit) was perfect for our game night and added an extra point for me. The only confusion I had with our stay was within the rule book for cleaning. We paid a cleaning fee, but within the book it stated we had to follow the cleaning rules in order to receive our deposit back. However, we never paid a (refundable) deposit nor did we expect one back. We asked for better clarification but it was still unclear why we paid the cleaning fee. It stated we had to clean prior to leaving in order to receive our full deposit back. It was a bit stressful cleaning for a larger group where at times we wanted to relax and enjoy our vacation time. I just think if we pay a cleaning fee doing laundry is a bit silly. Nonetheless the house is just like the pictures and beyond our expectations!

We loved this property! The house was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake with easy access to main channel but was also quiet snd serene. The dock was perfect for fishing and relaxing. Our young kids especially loved the lower level with the tv room, ping pong table and arcade game. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was so well stocked as we did a lot of cooking while we were there and it had everything we needed which is rare to find in a rental property. The beds were comfortable and we loved the style and attention to detail throughout the home. We came with one other family and found the home to be well laid out for multiple families with kids. We’ll definitely come back and would recommend this place to others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I cannot say enough positive things! Robin and Lisa were incredible with their communication from before the trip until after the trip even! They immediately helped when our GPS had us lost on our way in. They even reached out when one of my teens left their anklet and offered to mail it back. I was impressed with all interactions with them! Everything was stunning just like in the pictures. The house was extremely clean and made us feel very safe related to COVID (especially since the locals in the grocery store and gas station looked at us like we were the crazy ones wearing masks). This house has so many little stairways and places to spread out. Our whole group literally loved everything about the house. My husband and I cooked together and dreamed of making our kitchen like this one. We could move around and work together and it was laid out so well. The main bedroom was a stunning retreat! I felt like I was in a luxurious dream there. The entire downstairs was so fun and my kids had the best time. My daughter is obsessed with watching videos about old video games and the pac man arcade game was literally all she could talk about the whole time and still keeps asking if we could get one for home. We all (adults, teens, and kids), played so much ping pong, it was awesome! All the outdoor seating was incredible. We all spread out and I honestly didn't want to stop looking at the lake. The view went on and on and the sunrises were the absolute best! I would get up before all the family and just enjoy the coffee outside and watch the sun come up while listening to nature. We went fishing off the dock and were so surprised to actually catch fish in early April. My little kids caught their first fish ever! The teens loved the idea of sunbathing on the top deck, but unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough yet with the winds blowing in early April. But we really lucked into great weather with no rain to enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch. It feels like they thought of everything! They had all the cooking supplies we could ever think of, plenty of spices, napkins, coffee, shower essentials, toliet paper, paper towels...I could keep going, but you see, they had more than we could have imagined. We needed a family get away and this was the perfect house for a family bonding trip! We seriously had the best time! If you want a stunning, relaxing, yet fun vacation, this is the place for you! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Robin and Lisa!

We were blown away by this property. Lisa and Robin were wonderful with their communication from the very beginning. We had everything we needed and more. We had one minor issue during our stay and the owners took care of us immediately! There was plenty of room for both of our families (4 adults, 5 children). The kids had plenty of room to spread out and play. Everything was clean and tidy. The property is stunning. We will definitely return! We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Firefly Lodge! We loved the location on a cove, and the covered dock was large enough to comfortably fit our group of 12. There is ample outdoor space on the decks and dock to enjoy the beautiful views and be close to the water. Jeff was great to communicate with. We highly recommend his beautiful home!

Property is beautiful and the location on the lake is excellent. Amazing view with a wide open feel of a big cove, but it’s a quiet cove! Jeff does an excellent job of communicating and is great to work with. The dock and the decks are amazing- just what you want for a vacation at the lake! Highly recommend this home!

Firefly Lodge was wonderful. It was true to the pictures, Jeff was wonderful to work with, the beds were comfy, and the home had everything we needed. The only "complaint" we had was the grill didn't heat up enough to use it. We just ended up cooking everything inside on the stove though so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall it was a wonderful lake house and I would recommend it to anyone.

Booked this house for a family trip with my in-laws, most of whom had never been to the Lake of the Ozarks. There were 9 adults and one child and we all slept very comfortably. Location was great, close to everything! My only complaint is that I wish the diving platform on the top of the dock had been accessible!

We had a blast at Firefly Lodge. Jeff was very responsive and the property was just as described. We all agreed we would return to this property in a heart beat.

Firefly Lodge was perfect for our trip to the Ozarks. We had 7 adults stay and there was plenty of room. The location on the lake was great. Close to bars and restaurants and the cove was perfect for swimming right off the awesome dock. Everything was clean and well stocked. Loved having the laundry facilities, WiFi and bar area. We would absolutely return to this property!

As described, great location, tastefully decorated, (we loved everything!) comfortable, well-maintained, well -stocked, roomy inside and out. Owner supplied all the basics as well as a few extras. Nice quality in linens, bedding, towels, etc. He does not scrimp like some do. Owner very responsive to questions. It was a multi-generation trip for us and we all had a great, great, time!
