We are expected to clean everything but everything was not clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes that were put away, and trash in the master bedroom trash bin. Aside from that the condo was as expected. However the arrival drive is a little rough if you do not take an immediate left at the guard shack.

Everything was great! My only complaints are there wasnt much in the tackle box and tub wasnt as clean as it could be. Was talking about coming back next year!

Very nice place with all the required amenities and an on site restaurant if one doesn't want to drive to one of the many nearby in Willis and Conroe.

Visiting friends in the area. This property was in a great location. Plus we love to fish, so the balcony was very exciting. Beautiful views. The owners thought of almost everything and we were very comfortable. Owners were super responsive and friendly. It was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for hours taking in all of the sights and sounds. The condo had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the extra touches (i.e bottle of wine, bug spray, and a container of worms for fishing). He caught two blue gill fish from the balcony! The mosquitos, etc. were out, but were more manageable early morning and our first evening. Bring extra citronella candles and spray, just in case what is provided is not enough. This is a lakefront property, so bugs outside are to be expected. The hosts were so gracious and very responsive to our inquiries and needs. We would most definitely stay at this property again.

This condo was perfect. Our family enjoyed our weekend lake getaway away from the city. Condo has everything we needed. Enjoyed fishing from the balcony and the short walk from the pool was a big plus. We will definitely return soon.

A beautiful holiday despite the weather.

As a family, we just looked around in disbelief at the perfection of this place. Not only the view, cleanliness, and ability to fish out the back door--but EVERYTHING you can think of is top class plus more! Yes...great kitchen supplied with the best appliances, all cookware, utensils, spices, coffee, and even a bottle of wine. Then go to the game cabinet supplied with many games, movies, basketball, football, tennis racquets and even an air pump with a needle to air up the balls. Every time we thought we "needed" something, it appeared! Even a bottle a wine and worms!!! Finally, we went to bed and went to turn on the tv. Hit the button--it adjusted the bed and turned on the massaging mattress. Now I need one of those at home! Also, the decor is perfect--it had many trips displayed that we had been on! Finally, the owners--so helpful, responsive and kind. Our son broke a fishing rod (catching one of his 13 catfish, stripers, and perch). We notified the owner so we could replace the rod feeling horribly, but it was no big deal. Restaurant on site was fantastic. Small bar to the side had live music, great food and good service. And the nicest neighbor (Jim) who gave our son a pair of gloves! Everyone was so kind! We will DEFINITELY be back ! THANK YOU for allowing us to share your home.

Exactly as advertised. We will definitely book this location again in the future. Property managers were great, and very responsive to our few questions. Location was excellent, with a restaurant onsite, and several places to walk. The balcony that sits out over the water was our favorite thing about this condo. In the month we were there, we very seldom watched TV. We spent our time sitting on the balcony reading and watching the water. Definitely recommend this location.

Overall experience was great! Booking was easy, and the condo is in a nice location. Fishing from the balcony was fun and productive! The kitchen has everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

My husband and I come out about twice a year from Colorado and love staying at seven coves. This home was beautiful and had eveything we needed. Check in was breeze the hosts were amazing and provided eveything plus more. The view over the water is breath taking. Quite neighborhood. We definitely will be back!

Visiting Houston and found this great condo. Probably the best put together place I done so far. If the owners forgot something to make staying there any more comfortable then I didn’t notice what it was. I believe they have knocked it out of the park on making their guests at home. Well I can say this was one of the best vacations I have had in years. The condo was clean and had everything I expected.I had the pleasure Of meeting the Host/owners and they were fantastic people.The kitchen had every gadget that one could think of as well as a great stove,Fridge and microwave. The bed was great and many modern sofas that were very comfortable. Woud I stay here again Heck Yes..! 5 star adventure..and fishing too boot right off the balcony...WOW ! We enjoyed our stay very much. Being right by the water was very relaxing. Fishing wasn’t as productive as we would have liked but the fish weren’t biting. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is very nice, and the owners are very responsive to any questions you might have. We really enjoyed being able to fish right off the balcony. We were very comfortable all weekend and had a great stay.
