We had a great time staying. We rented the house for our family vacation. We were close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We also had a great time just staying at the house, we had a few ping pong tournaments, alot of pool time with lots of laughs! Any issues or questions we had were responded quickly to. I would happily stay at this house again and/or recommend to others.

Great property! We loved the location, the space, the pool…. I particularly loved having the guest house and the main house which allowed everybody to have their own space. The outdoor space is a gem and the owners were super responsive and attentive.

This home was perfect for a family reunion . We had the best time ever! Jessica, was the perfect host. Plenty of room, awesome pool, outdoor grill and bar. We all enjoyed our selves. Many wonderful life long memories made 😁 Everything was perfect and then some. If I were to change anything it would be the pull out couches. Not at all comfortable or level. But we made it work. The home is perfectly located near many many beaches. We will always remember this family vacation . 100% recommend !!

Our family came to get out of the cold aa nd spend time together!! The house was great for our 13 people - the kids age 10-20 really enjoyed the pool & game room! It was easy to get around from our location. Jessica - our host - was awesome - answered any of my questions quickly! Enjoyed our stay & will return if we have the occasion!

We want to thank the owner for a wonderful experience renting from her. The house was just what our group of 13 needed for a fun family vacation. The location is centrally located to everything we wanted to get to, including Sanibel and Minnesota Twins spring training complex. Thanks so much!

We had a great time at this location! It’s close to the airport, beaches, baseball stadiums, restaurants and shopping. There is an assortment of activities for all ages! We loved the pool toys and beach toys that were available to use. The outdoor bar/kitchen was a wonderful place to hang out with some drinks at night! Jessica was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was everything we expected. The pool area was huge and the grandchildren loved it.

This property was just as listed. My only issue was the dishwasher didn’t work well and the floor was not clean.

100 percent would recommend this house. It is soooo big. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. If my business brings me back to the area I will definitely rent this house again 💗

Having the pool right there was perfect for night swims and keeping an eye on the kids while we grilled or watched football. The owners were extremely responsive to us, we were able to add a day before our scheduled arrival and arrived Christmas Day. We would highly recommended.

This property was amazing and very accommodating for our trip. We were able to do many activities and visit with family. Cooking at the house was a breeze. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Excellent trip will definitely book again…. If we don’t move there first:)

This property was everything we could ask for plus more for our party of fifteen that was in town for a wedding in Ft. Myers. Our party ranged in ages from 1.5 to 80. The location is convenient as could be to Ft. Myers, the beaches, and RSW with none being greater than a 20 minute drive. The location is even convenient to an executive golf course across the street. Check in was a breeze and the place was immaculately clean. Communication with Jessica was clear and frequent. She was welcoming and addressed any questions and concerns we had. The communications from the rental company were concise but specific with information and instructions. With two separate houses, it allowed for one of the families to occupy the pool house and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. The property was well stocked with supplies and even had equipment for the beaches and the pool. There were board games and puzzles which added to the entertainment in the house. The internet signal was strong and without hitch through the entire stay. And the televisions were equipped to stream many apps. The biggest positive for us was the newly built lanai. There was plenty of couch seating, a bar with two refrigerators, a wine rack, a blue tooth enable speaker system, and a more than adequate grill. We spent the most time out here, having meals even, and whenever it was too warm, we would just take a dip in the pool. Check out the pictures and the descriptions. They had all the supplies we needed for the week to cook and the lanai area was our favorite! We spent most of our time out by the pool and hanging out in the lanai. The kids really had the best time and were never bored during our stay with the pool, ping pong table, and the shuffle board. They provided many beach/pool toys making it easier to travel without these items. Fort Myers beach was about a 20 minute drive from the property. We have an infant and they had the pack n play set up for us on arrival. It was a very nice feature that we had smart TVs in each room. Five minutes from a Publix (we did car pick up) along with many places to eat and shop. It was a great location for a family vacation and we highly recommend this rental property.

Jessica was great...responsive, prompt...easy to work with. Had some issue's with pool not working properly...not her fault, pool guy was out several times trying to fix it...but love the layout, location...nothing was spared with this beauty...will return next year!!
