Clean, modern townhouse with many inside upgrades and hot tub was perfect!

This VRBO property has been my favorite. It has everything you need for your stay. And it’s beautiful. The pool was amazing, The whole process was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will be back!

This is a beautiful townhome with lots of extras and upgrades. The owners, Jennie and Mark, have added a lot of class and "oh, COOL!" things in the space. If you don't use the upstairs, go up and look at the wall anyway. :) The remote control candles everywhere add a lot of ambience and warmth at night. Jennie and Mark were prompt to respond and come take care of anything we needed. They are also delightful people and I felt like they were my friends by the end of our stay. Loved the hot tub, the comfortable bed and reclining seating. The pantry and fridge had all the basics. They thought of everything. We loved our stay and will definitely be back if we have the opportunity to visit Ft. Myers again. Also, the nearby restaurants were great! Don't miss Blanc, Bucketts and Citrola's.

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner thinks of everything to make your stay wonderful. Quick communication with the owner prior to our visit and during. We loved this home and I hope to be back. She gives awesome suggestions for dinner. She was right every time.

Everything was beautiful and well managed. It was more than expected and the attention to the little details was amazing and well thought out. Hostess was very responsive and help with suggestions or any of our questions.

This property was perfect for my son and I. Great location we were able to get to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Good location: it's a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Loved the covered parking area, as it's always hot in FL. Never located the tennis courts within the community (they were part of the pics of the property) but there is a beautiful park right down the street we found. We even had some down time to enjoy the hot tub. Just wish we were there longer (in town for a weekend wedding) but we would absolutely return and recommend to others. Thank you!

We stood for three days and kids loved the hot tub! Unit is beautiful inside, everything was very clean and nite. Host was super accommodating. Super recommended!

This property is fantastic! So many beautiful updates! Very comfortable with lots of added amenities. Mark & Jennie were very accommodating & our family greatly appreciated that! Would love to come again sometime!!!

The condo was beautiful, super clean and everything you could need was there.. Centrally located for Ft. Myers, Naples, Cape Coral. The owners left a greatly detailed listing of restaurant options that was so helpful!! I would recommend this condo, and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a private neighborhood and was quiet. Felt like being at our home sitting on the front porch.

From the Decor to the cleanliness to the location, definitely a place to visit and return. The kitchen was stocked with all the spices needed to cook all your meals. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you needed. The jacuzzi was hot and ready for use & outdoor furniture was great to relax and have your coffee in the morning and wine at night.
