I wasn't to sure about the sq ft of the property, only because it was six adults and children but it was perfect, the layout is great. Only a few mins walk to the ocean. The owners communicate well.

We had so much fun at this beautiful home! The golf cart rental was absolutely worth it and we also rented bikes which enabled our teenagers to explore the island on their own. Perfectly located between the sound and ocean, there was no shortage of things to do. Merenda was a wonderful host and quick to reply and offer solutions to minor issues that came up. Overall a solid 5 star vacation rental!!

We highly recommend this property for a wonderful beach vacation in Emerald Isle. Meranda is very responsive and accommodating. The house is just a short walk to the beach and near restaurants and attractions in Emerald Isle. We paid to rent the golf cart which was a lot of fun to ride around on in the neighborhood. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Linen service was provided which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this property. We loved the proximity to restaurants and most importantly the beach. Would recommend for a family getaway.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive with any questions. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and just 5 minute walk to the beach. We hope to stay there again ❤️

Me, my pregnant wife and 3 boys (3-7) had an incredible stay in the first week in June. Meranda was super quick to respond to any email or text. She even called to follow up after I hadn't gotten back to her to make sure everything was ok. We got caught in a little memorial day traffic running errands and had a few things pop up over the week, but nothing Meranda couldn't handle. The place was neat and cooled off quickly when we adjusted the a/c. It was nice to have two different zones of A/C (one specifically for the 3rd floor bedrooms). The top floor had a bathroom and two bedrooms. One with a King the other with a Queen and a Twin. All bedrooms have outdoor balconies. There were no table fans (my kids like having the noise to sleep) but the sleep machines were fine. Make sure to click the first button on the black one until you see no lights so that the sound doesn't time out on you. Every room had a ceiling fan too. On the main (second) level was the living, dining, kitchen and master suite with laundry. The TV is HUGE and the couches recline. The lower game room has an old school Nintendo with a ton of games on the console. My boys thought it was hilarious to see me play the retro games. It also has a fold out futon. The lighting in this room and the living room was a little dim for our liking but still fine for lounging and relaxing. Our highlight of the week was probably the golf cart. I splurged and added it to our trip and was glad I did. There are cart paths on ocean drive that allow you to get a lot of places on the island (including the beach) without having to jump in our car. My boys LOVED riding in the cart and we took it to get ice cream at the sweet spot, joyride to look at houses and more. Never had a problem with battery life! Meranda also had some beach essentials in the shed if you are in a pinch. We also liked circle the home was located on and the beach was NOT crowded at all. Overall it was a great stay in a comfortable, clean place, with plenty of room for our family. Meranda was an awesome, easy to reach, and quick to respond host! It was a great week at Seastheday!

Our party of 6 loved this house! It’s in a beautiful,quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach!! We spent a lot of time on the front porch and could hear the ocean most evenings! The owner was quick to answer my many questions! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Great location, great house! This owner thought of everything from the game room all the way down to small details like hairdryers and a first aid kit. We would definitely stay there again. Literally around the corner from the beach and around the corner from an awesome park for the kids. The owner was also great with communicating!
