Loved the whole property. In a nice spot mid-island. it was great to have bikes to go exploring. Beautiful pool and spa.

This property was very nice with one of the BEST backyard living spaces one could ask for. When we got there Saturday, I contacted Emma and told her of a few issues. There was a wasp nest built just outside the door going up to the rooftop lounge area. It's hard to use it when there are wasps flying around. Emma said she'd send someone out, but nobody came. On the fifth day, I contacted her again and told her nobody had taken care of it yet. She never had the decency to answer me, but later on that afternoon, someone finally came out and removed it. The other issue was a few poo, functions weren't working. That took three days to fix and again Emma didn't answer me, but someone came out and finally fixed that. Our biggest issue was that right next door, they were building a new house, so while we were outside at the pool, all we heard was sawing, grinding, hammering and air compressors. This needs to be told to the renting customers as we're going there to relax, not listen to construction, especially for over $1,000/night! This was our first time using Vrbo and it will be our last. I'm not going to give the house a bad rating though as it was nice. Emma needs more traing...just an fyi.

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was gorgeous. Our kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down. The trolley stop is just around the corner from the house which was nice. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everyone did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They are a great vacation home management organization, we couldn't have been more impressed by their service. The home was clean, had all the amenities advertised and then some. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Bevins Beach House is top shelf.

Perfect house for a family vacation. Pool was awesome, open kitchen layout was perfect for making dinner and watching tv. The bar outside was our favorite - enjoyed lunch and happy hour out there. We are ready to to back and would book this house again for sure!

I can’t find any flaws with this property. We plan on returning multiple times to this location. See ya soon!

This is an outstanding property The decor and setting is one of the most beautiful we have seen. Even better than the pictures. Well stocked. Great location. We particularly enjoyed the pool. The waterfall feature was appreciated by all, especially the grandchildren. We enjoyed every aspect of this property. Highly recommend. The property managers were fantastic. Anything we needed or asked about was provided.

Our family vacation at Bevin's Beach House was a fabulous week. The house is beautiful and in a fantastic walkable location. Each bedroom has an ensuite so perfect for spreading out and easing into your vacation. As a side note; This house may not be suitable for those traveling with infants/toddlers(as we were)... The entrance is beautiful but not practical for little ones because of the wide expanse (approx 8') of the foyer steps and all other stairs again are beautifully wide but baby gates are not suitable and there are numerous sets of stairs both inside and outside from the upper deck to the pool. Making note of that in your description would have been helpful with our booking decision.

The house, beach and "everything" was perfect. No issues at all. House was everything we wanted it to be. Will be booking it again in the future.

The house and property, while 200 yards away from the beach, are great for a large family/group. Beautiful pool and spa, rooftop patio, balcony, back patio, outside bar, etc. We cooked a lot and the kitchen works well. The outside grill is old and should probably be replaced, as should some of the cheap fixtures in some of the bathrooms. We had a great time and found it very relaxing.

Pictures where incredible. We expected a lot, and it was even more. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house. Kids loved the pool. Short walk to the beach. Having all the beach accessories in the garage (and bikes) was a big bonus.

We absolutely loved this well appointed home. It's stunning and was very functional for the group of 10 we had. The pool and outdoor set up was perfect. So easy to get to the beach, restaurants, etc.

This place is awesome. It’s definitely our favorite place of all the others. It’s beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could need. There is plenty of space to spread out. The beach is a minute walk away or you could ride one of the bikes. It’s a beautiful area. The pool is gorgeous and entertained our grandchildren ever day. The kitchen is a jewel. Plenty of space for all. We will definitely consider a repeat next year.

I went for a girls week. First impression pulling up to the house, it is beautiful. I love the open floor plan and we each had our own space also. The view from the rooftop was wonderful over a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Being able to walk down to the beach, that was a block away, was incredible. I love that I could get into the ocean for a couple of hours, come back to the house and then jump in the pool. The nearby restaurants were a treat, being able to sit on the beach to watch the sunset while eating delicious seafood. Can’t wait to come back.

This is the best home we've ever stayed in! We were a little bummed not to have a place right on the beach, but this truly ended up to be perfect. The walk to the took less than 2 minutes. The beach was uncrowded and very clean. When our grandchildren started to get a little tired of the beach, it was so nice to go back for lunch and have the swimming pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The rooftop deck has chairs to sit and relax with your morning coffee, or a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Really can't say enough about the location. The grocery store is a quick drive, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby! The interior of the home was beautiful. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of linens. A bathroom with every bedroom! We absolutely would rent this house again. You won't be disappointed!

We will return to this absolutely perfect vacation home! Pool and outdoor bar was out of this world!
