I thought the unit was nicely arranged and clean with a great location. We also enjoyed the patio space and kitchenette area. For the price paid, however, I believe a bottle of wine/snacks/Nespresso maker would be appropriate.

My wife and I went here for her birthday. This is a beautiful and amazing place to stay! The owners have done a wonderful job making it look nice, keeping it clean and making this a perfect couples getaway place to stay! It comes with romance by means of an indoor fire place, outdoor fire place and jacuzzi. There is a large outdoor patio to lounge and enjoy the outdoors. Not to mention, the shower is amazing! In regards to to location, it is perfect! It is a short walk through a small alley to Main Street for shopping and food. It is off the Main Street to allow for privacy and limited noise. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will for sure be making this a regular place to stay for weekends in the future!

Property overall was excellent. The one issue I have is the patio area, furniture, fireplace and hot-tub cover had not been cleaned and were covered with pollen and tree droppings. Once you look at the info book inside, it mentions that the patios are only cleaned on Tuesdays, but in my mind, this area is part of the property that is rented and should have been cleaned prior to a guest arrival.

I was really looking forward to with my wife and I honeymoon but there was a roach that came out of the hot tub, looked like dead baby bugs in hot tub so we did not use it, outdoor patio furniture was dirty, the AC unit sound like it was making ice and making all kinds of racket throughout the night, and I wish we could’ve got to enjoy the hot tub for our honeymoon. The inside of the rental property was beautiful, clean, and that the shower was amazing but we paid extra to have the patio and the hot tub. We chose this property for the hot tub and outdoor patio and we couldn't even use it. Our overall stay was good but it could have been better if the hot tub and patio furniture was up to Par. This is just a suggestion, but it would be nice to have string lights outside on the patio because that would make it more romantic.

Great place for a couples. Right off of Main Street… cozy room with fireplace, comfortable bed, great shower. Patio is great for a glass of wine while relaxing in the hot tub. Would recommend and will be back.

The location was great! It’s literally in the center of it all. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. However, check in was a bit of a headache. We received instructions on how to check in, but it didn’t work. We had to call the host to come unlock it for us. It took 5-10 minutes for someone to come. We walked in and everything was nice and clean, just as you see in the photos. My husband needed to do some work once we arrived, and we had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. We had to call the host again to fix the Wi-Fi, (Wi-Fi is also needed for the tv if you plan on watching tv on your trip) and the same guy came back out to fix the Wi-Fi. As a temporary fix, he insisted we piggy back off the other Wi-Fi that connects to the other two suites, however that didn’t work as well. When the guy left to fix the Wi-Fi, my husband and I had dinner plans and decided to leave since we didn’t need to be there for the Wi-Fi to get fixed. Instead, we were greeted with 5 yellow jackets by the front door. We noticed there were a few yellow jacket nests, and again, we called the host to complain about the yellow jackets and their nests. When we got back from dinner, the big nest was gone, however there were more yellow jackets on the door window and the small nests. So pretty much, every time we had to leave the vrbo, we had to make sure the yellow jackets weren’t going to attack us as we entered and exited the door. We were pleased someone came out and unlocked the gate, fixed the Wi-Fi, and somewhat took care of the wasp nest as soon as we notified the host, but the yellow jackets were still all over the window/door. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub but were worried we’d get stung by the wasps since it was never taken care of. The bed was ok, the bathroom was amazing with the huge walk in shower and double vanity, location was definitely great! There are 3 parking spots in the back for whomever is staying in the villas. However, there are no painted lines so if one car parks in both spots, there’s technically two spots left to park in which happened once when we stayed for our two night stay. Overall, it was a great VRBO to stay in. We would stay again if the yellow jackets weren’t there.

My husband and I love visiting Fredericksburg and this is our new favorite property! The location is perfect for walking to Main Street. We loved the courtyard and hot tub, great privacy! Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Air Conditioning worked great and kept up with the Texas summer heat. Will definitely stay again!

I would absolutely stay here again. It was very clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you may need. The location was perfect!!!

We’ve stayed in Fredericksburg numerous times and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Great property and Great location!
