This property was very clean, well appointed and the neighborhood was safe. We were a group of 3 women and children who were not familiar with the city or the area and it was a very safe and quiet area. It has easy access to the airport and the west side of Indy. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

We had a great experience at our VRBO. The property was centrally located to nearby activities, very clean and plenty of room for our families. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Joe's place provided everything we needed for an extended-family gathering. We had enough space for 3 adults and three teenagers, plus plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies for our group. The house is nicely updated, clean, and functional. A quiet little residential corner very near interstate access. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores just a few miles west on the main thoroughfare. We look forward to coming again!

The house was clean with all things necessary. Plenty of towels and simple furnishings. We did not have any issues while staying! Right off hwy and only took about 10 mins to get downtown without being on the highway. Longs bakery was about 10 mins away very good donuts..lol.

This house was amazing. The property owner was very responsive. The only complaint I had was that we had to leave so soon.

Easy and convenient

We enjoyed Indy. The house was in a good location. Close to everything. Everything we went to was within 20min. Lots of places to eat. The grandkids loved the big back yard to play in. We would stay at this house again. The house was clean and beds where comfortable. Thanks Joe.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Joe's Place. The house was very clean. It had everything you would expect a hotel to have and more (soap, tooth brush, ect.). The house is just minutes away from great food and things to do. It is just off the main road so it was easy to find with easy access in and out. We will definitely try to book this house for our next trip to Indy. Thanks Joe for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay, close to things. Very cute house

This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. When we arrived, the house was very clean and was ready for our stay. It comfortably houses four people. It is close to restaurants (5 min drive), and downtown (15 min drive). We stayed five nights, and enjoyed each night. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was just perfect for out little group of moms. It was about 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go and close to the airport. We loved the layout! Everyone had their own room and we didn't feel like we were stacked on top of each other .

Perfect for our visit to Indy: easy access to downtown and Lucas Oil stadium, restaurants close by, super clean with thoughtful touches (extra razors, tooth brushes, extra blankets and pillows, washer/dryer). A little worried about the neighborhood when we arrived (late at night) but felt totally safe once we knew the area. Great Value for any visit to Indy!

We found our stay very enjoyable. The place was clean, roomie enough for all of us plus family visiting. Commented several times that it beats staying in any hotel, Thank you to the owner.

Affordable and well kept 4 bedroom.

Property has 4 bedrooms each set up with a small table below a mirror,. This was perfect for 4 ladies getting ready in the morning to keep the bathroom open. All main floor. Attached usable 2stall garage available to use as well! We’ll set up living/dining room with enough seating for all.

We were in town for the Grand Nationals Band comp at Lucas Oil and the house was in the perfect location for our trip. It was close to the downtown area and interstate but still far enough away to feel safe and in a quiet little neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future band trips.

We loved this home! It was so convenient to have a clean house to stay in! It worked well with our kids! Loved all the little touches! Plenty of extra towels and toiletries! Would recommend to anyone!!

The property was extremely clean and in a great location for our time at IMS. It was exactly as advertised and host was great. We would definitely stay again if we are racing at IMS again.

We were pleased with this property and the owner! He was very good to us and everything worked seamlessly. Only a 15 minute to downtown Indy which is nice too!

This house was perfect for me and my two friends and brother while in town for the Brickyard weekend. We each had a queen sized bed in our own bedrooms. Everything was super clean and it felt like a hotel with an abundance of bath towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste and even extra toothbrushes. The kitchen was great with pretty much everything you will need to make meals for multiple persons. The house is very updated inside. Beautiful back yard with a deck, bring your own lawn chair or grill because neither are provided. I asked the owner if we could bring our own grill and he immediately replied to me with a “yes”. I would definitely rent this house again next time we are in the Indy area!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a National youth bowling tournament and it was me, my son, his friend, and his friend’s mom. It was great we could each have our own room at such a reasonable price. The accommodations were just what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's vacation home. The house was exactly as listed on VRBO. Great location and easy access to all Indianapolis has to offer. It's just off the interstate yet the small neighborhood makes it cozy and remarkably quite. We felt safe and we're very comfortable. The house is super clean!!! Pretty much everything you need,. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of clean towels, toiletries, washer and dryer. Really nice back porch and nice size yard. The garage was also nice to have and pulling the car in at the end of the day was just an added bonus. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend the property!!! Thanks VRBO and Joe for a great vacation!

Perfect for a girlfriend trip to Indy for hiking, eating in and out, exploring downtown and Broad Ripple. Modern renovations and many thoughtful touches in very comfortable accommodations.
