We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Case. The place was clean, well maintained, and the location was convenient to get around Grand Junction. The Hosts were very pleasant and concerned about any needs we might have.

Our stay at this particular home was just as if we were at home, very clean, had everything we needed, I cook so it all came in handy. Close and convenient to shopping, stores, restaurants, and my family. We will be staying there again on our next trip. Thank you so much.. God Bless you.

It was very clean and well stocked. The location is nice and convenient to many restaurants and stores. The use of the garage is rare at vrbos.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have always been satisfied. However, this one was a solid 10. Would highly recommend - good location, very clean, well equipped (inside and outside). Owners great to work with when adding 1 person to original reservation. Easy check-in and check-out. If in the Grand Junction area again I would most definitely rent this property again.

Dan was absolutely friendly and so wonderful to work with! We had a last minute change to our itinerary and he was very understanding. My dad absolutely loved the house! It was a great little getaway!! We definitely recommend this family and house!

Very lovely home in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and was spotless. We felt very much at home here. Dan and Rosali are the best hosts you could ask for!!!

Dan and Roseli are amazing people. They met us at the house to introduce themselves and show us around. We had a great conversation and in addition to the literature on things to do that they left in the house, they also suggested other things to do while we spoke. Dan followed up with us days later to make sure everything was still going smooth for us. We loved our experience and will definitely stay again the next time we go out there !!

The central location in Grand Junction made it easy for us to visit the Palisade Wine Country, downtown Grand Junction and the Colorado National Monument. Would highly recommend for those traveling with a group of friends or family!

Dan and Roseli welcomed us to the home and gave us a walk-through to show us around the home and were easily accessible via text or phone call if we had questions or needed anything. Dan and Roseli have taken great strides to assire their VRBO location was fully stocked with everything travelers could possibly need while away from home. It is very apparent that they take great pride in providing a wonderful "home away from home" experience. The home is beautifully decorated and has just the right 'ambiance' for anyone visiting the area. Check-in and Check-oit instructions were easy to follow. My husband, daughter and I had a great time and should we visit the area again, we'd certainly love to be able to stay at the Cozy Casa!
