We are former Prescott residents who like to return to catch up with doctor/dentist appointments along with visiting our favorite restaurants and hiking areas. Great views in several directions, snow on top of a couple mountains. First time staying in a VRBO so we had a few questions. Management company was super fast and helpful in taking care of any concerns.

We loved our stay here. This house even had toys and chairs for our 2 year old. The manager was so nice and always responded to my messages within minutes.

Overall it was a wonderful experience! The photos don’t do it justice. The rooms were larger than the pictures portrayed, which was nice. The Buck beds were great for the kids. The porch was a nice place to drink coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay again!

this was a great house for our group who came to prescott for a soccer tournament. the house was clean the property was well maintained and had everything we needed.

We would love to stay in this residence again. Everything was lovely and super clean. We had a wonderful time.

The family had a great time in Prescott. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and stocked with everything needed for cooking, sleeping, etc. The bunk bedroom is a converted garage which got cold; however, a few extra blankets solved the problem. We will stay here again and recommend for a family.

We met up for a family reunion as our grandparents/great grandparents are from Prescott and this space was the perfect home away from home. Kids loved the bunk room and rocks out back to play in. We easily could cook meals and were very happy with the accommodations!

Perfect little house right outside of town!The house was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Room full of bunk beds was a plus! Especially for all the kids. The backyard could have been more family friendly. Some outside chairs around the bonfire would have been nice so we could sit as a family. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay woth everything you need.

The house was really well-appointed: plates, flatware, cups, mugs were in great shape. There was a good selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient for us to visit our friends. We would stay here again.
We had a minor issue at check-in...the incorrect date had been entered into the lock so we were unable to gain access to the house. None of the email communications that were sent had the 24-h / weekend phone number for contact. It was quickly resolved and we had a nice stay.
