This property is OUTSTANDING!!! It was even nicer than I had hoped for. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. There was NOT a single issue with this home. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 12 days and will definitely book this property again. Thank you to the owners!!

Outstanding location, 1 block from Lido Beach and community pool and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of St Armand’s. Property was very clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all. We enjoyed the private backyard with artificial grass and comfortable patio with Weber gas grill. The upstairs suite is amazing, and the 3 baths and outdoor shower very useful for larger families. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, but this did not detract from our enjoyment. The beach is beautiful white sand and very expansive. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return.

Our family of six adults and our 3 grandchildren under age 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lido Lux. The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with kitchen equipment as well as beach towels, toys and a wagon.
We also loved the large, nicely landscaped backyard.
The best thing about the house for us was the location! Just down the block from a beautiful beach with a bar and grill and clean bathrooms, as well as easy walking distance to St Armand’s circle.

This house is so spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and also to the beach. It was the ideal distance for little kids to make it without a problem.

The house accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. The roof top lounge are was especially nice considering the chilly/windy temps on the beach.
Rob was especially helpful with recommendations for dinners and other fun things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a mini family
reunion over Christmas for 8 adults. Perfect amenities and location. Walked to beach and circle. Home was very comfortable and well stocked kitchen.

We had another great stay here at Lido Key at Rob's. We've stayed at this location for the past 3 years and we look forward to it each year. The house is perfect to spread out and has bedrooms on the first floor, which is great for kids or elderly. The location is ideal with St. Armand's being within walking distance and not to mention the beach across the street and the rooftop lookout to see the nightly sunsets. Rob is very accommodating and very communicative. The house is always super clean and tidy. We can't wait to come back next year!

Excellent location. Half a block from a marvelous beach. The A/C unit on the 3rd floor was a problem at first but our nimble host had it repaired and it was fine. My husband uses a walker and although access for those with limited mobility is not bad, our host is making slight adjustments in the first floor bathroom to improve access. Expensive, with high add-on fees. But All in all, a lovely property, a genial host, an enjoyable week. We would like to return some day.

This property was great. Even better than pictured. We stayed for Christmas week and took advantage of the many spaces this place offers. The location to beach and St. Armands is great, you can park your car and walk everywhere. (or not have a car). Kitchen fully stocked - we cooked Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. Manager was great and attentive. The place was immaculate. The beach wagon works, but could use repalcing and the roof deck really needs a couple more chairs -- but these things would only add to a perfect place. The back yard offers a private oasis too.
Would definitely rent again!

Huge, very well kept, four-bedroom home perfectly positioned in the middle of Lido Key. Easy walk to the beach or to Saint Armands Circle for dining and shopping. This is an excellent home for a getaway.

This is the second year we stayed at Rob's house, it's always a pleasure to stay at Lido Lux! The location can't be beat with the beach conveniently located across the street and the shops/restaurants at St. Armands. The house has a lot of room to spread out for our group of 5, which includes our 2 children. The outdoor shower in the backyard was ideal to shower off the beach before coming inside. I will say the mosquitos are really bad in the backyard, so would recommend a spraying. The house has everything you could need, and it was a perfect beach get-away! We can't wait to come again next year! Thanks!

Family enjoyed staying at this location. We walked short distance to beach everyday. Enjoyed rooftop experience. Could use some outdoor clothesline for wet trunks and towels. Great place to stay, close to beach and circle, and nice house.

If you are thinking of staying anywhere in the area I highly recommend this property. My family spent a week here and it was great. The house itself is great with plenty of room for a large family to stretch out and have their own space. The location can't be beat as you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops and just as importantly......the beach! As you watch everyone struggle to find parking at Lido Beach you'll know you've made the right decision when you can just walk to it! Will stay again!

Just a brief walk from the beach that has a public pool close by as well as a concession that serves ice cream, snacks, sandwiches, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. St Armand's is an awesome place you can walk to as well with plenty of restaurants and boutiques. We vacay on the islands all the time and this stay was the best so far!!!

Perfect location able to walk to beach, shops and restaurants
Great sunrise and the sunsets were beautiful steps away from the home and watch from the beach setting over the water. Home has plenty of space and everything needed for a home away from home. Rob was very responsive to questions. There were no needs, all was great!

Would absolutely rent this house again!
We had so much fun in Sarasota and at this house. It's a great property and provided us with plenty of entertainment. There were 8 of us there for our friend's wedding and all slept comfortably. We LOVED the rooftop deck and backyard. Not to mention the fact that it's walking distance from the beach. Rob was great as well!

Lido Beach Spring Break
We had a great time in Lido Beach and really enjoyed staying at Lido Lux House. Location is ideal close to beach and St. Armand’s shops and restaurants.
The house was super clean and plenty of room for our vacation. Rob is a great host and Captain, we also enjoyed an afternoon boating charter on his boat and saw dolphins and beautiful wildlife.

Great yard and a very easy walk to the beach
This was a great house with all that we needed for our stay at the beach. My only feedback is that it is advertised as sleeping 10 and the pull out couch is quite small for two people. It’s more suited for nine people. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location
We had a great time at the Lido Key house and the location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The house has plenty of room and we enjoyed the master bedroom being on the second floor. We loved the outdoors areas but wish there was more seating specifically on the rooftop. The bugs were really bad out back, so I would recommend a regular spraying. There was not a lot of communication prior to the stay and upon check-out but Rob responded right away when I reached out. They were late cleaning the property so weren't able to get in until almost 5. All in all though this is a great place and we would rent again!

Lido Beach
The location of the property was excellent for access to the beach and St Armands Cir. We had a group of 8 adults and the house worked out great for all us. The backyard was one of the perks of the house. Always a great place for coffee or after beach cocktail. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great Location, Thoughtful Design
Memorable two weeks:
Grand 2nd floor master bedroom suite with double vanity and walk-in closet.
2nd floor also has a sunny den great for reading or staring out at the tops of trees
A unique blend of old Lido Key with masterful additions.
Our favorite decor touch was the Chihuly-like glass chandelier.
One of our best dinners was grilling a steak from Morton’s Market.

Charming house
This is a charming house in a great location. It was great to be able to easily walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s circle. The only issue was construction noise from the new houses being built next door and behind the property.

Great house
The house was even better than we expected. Very clean, lots of space, great dining table, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels for the beach. Location was perfect, close to the beach, short walk to the circle and close to paddle boarding and kayaking.

Enjoyable Beach Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Lido Lux. We had 3 adults and 2 children and 1 pug. We really wanted a spacious spot we could all spread out and also enjoy the close location to the beach, this is exactly what we got. The house was within walking distance to the public park and the shops/restaurants at St. Armand’s Circle. The back yard was nicely fenced, fans and outdoor shower were much appreciated. We loved the rooftop deck as well, thanks again.
