Great house. Needed Kleenex and more TP in bathroom but otherwise very comfortable and clean! Proximate to Sedona, Clarkdale Railroad, Prescott and Flagstaff!

Host responsive and approachable. Great property, exceeded out expectations, just wonderful. Would recommend to everybody who stays in Cottonwood/ Sedona area to stay here. Wonderful experience.

Great location to explore Jerome,cottonwood and Sedona. House was well equipped great kitchen ,bedrooms comfortable and very quiet. Weather was on the cool side but the garden looked like it would be perfect to sit and enjoy. Don’t hesitate to book you will not regret.

Very clean, well stocked, communication was excellent! Very convenient to hikes and activities!!! Would highly recommend this place!!

This was a great house for some guests in town for few days. The pet friendly yard was wonderful and the host was fantastic to work with. Would definitely book again!

Very nice house. Well decorated and stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and easy access to Jerome. One of the nicest places we've stayed over the years.

Comfortable size for 4 but has capacity to sleep 8. Dining table was a high top. Well appointed kitchen. Nice comfortable covered patio with retractable awnings. Nice grill connected to natural gas. Comfortable beds. A variety of nice hiking trails at the base of Mingus Mountain and also leading out of Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Trails in the Sedona area tend to load up their parking lots early. Late morning, parking slots start to open up but the sun is more intense. Old Town Cottonwood has seen a strong revitalization and is quite active for dining, wine tasting, and window shopping.

The property worked perfect for us from lots of bedroom space, perfect backyard for entertaining young kids to a coffee shop in walking distance with great lattes and breakfast! Property had everything we needed and was setup well. Quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Our 1st night the kitchen sink backed up, responded within an hour. Good. Next morning, both toilets backed up and overflowed (previous guests apparently clogged with "flushable" wipes which handyman pulled out of pipe from out back). We inquired re: refund vs. will this be fixed - no plumber available vs. plumber at end of day, much back and forth, suddenly we were cancelled and refunded and yet handyman said it would be fixed and he would clean up by 1:00 pm. We sat and waited, after going out to breakfast and bathrooms and we had to throw all our stuff into the cars and find another place - manager was fine at first, got very rude when confronted by dueling options and messages between me and my husband (should we stay or should we go?!) By 1:00 pm, we were told to leave, he was shutting the house down. I realize plumbing was a huge problem, but he was really angry when we were still there, debating whether to stay as the handyman said he'd have it fixed by 1 and would clean it all up - fortunately, we found another place same day in Phoenix area, or we would have had to cancel our vacation. Will NEVER deal with this guy again!!

This house is very clean, well organized and very well stocked. The four bedrooms are nice and big. The living room has a large comfy couch. The location is about 5 min drive from downtown.

Our family loved your home. It was clean and visually appealing. We had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood with a GREAT back yard! It was close to all the nearby attractions too!

The perfect home for a family to use. This home has 4 large bedrooms, lots of living space and a large backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked as well to allow you to prepare all kinds of meals.

This was my 2nd time reserving this house. It is very reasonabley priced, has plenty of room and is close to old town Cottonwood, vineyards, restaurants, breweries...

The property was very comfortable. We had seven adults and two pups. We really enjoyed the covered patio outback. We did a lot of gathering in on the house. The house is in a good location for sightseeing. The property was very clean. The owner was very receptive to any questions, and answered the questions promptly.
