We very much enjoyed our stay! This is the perfect place if you want the whole family to get together or host multiple groups all under one roof. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The only two things that weren’t so great were that the basement area was a bit dirty (some bugs on the walls and accumulated hair on the rug) and the next door neighbor was smoking weed on a semi-regular basis (you couldn’t smell it inside the house but we got a good whiff upon taking our dog outside). All in, we would likely stay here again if we’re in the area and the house is available.

This house was perfect for our celebration with all ten of our family members. A great house with everything anyone could ever need.

This was the perfect property for our group of three families(6 adults, 7 kids ages 6-11) on a ski trip. The house is very well appointed, in excellent condition, and the layout with bathrooms in each bedroom was fantastic! This property is also perfectly located between the ski mountains and Manchester. We were all so happy with this property that we already booked it for the same week next year! Thank you Allison for providing such a comfortable stay in the perfect location!

Having rented some really nice VRBO's over the years, even the best of them showed a bit more wear than advertised. Not this place. It's a former B&B and not some old creaky place, but rather a beautiful, modern property with comfortable, crowd pleasing furnings throughout. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and the whole place demonstrates pride of ownership. The owner is completely accessible, though there were no worries with our stay. We'll be back, for sure.

The house was great for a group. Was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The basement is a great space with the pool table, bar etc. for adult time.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 families (including adults and kids ages 10-13). The location was ideal for skiing (we went to Bromley and Stratton), as well as local restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the gift basket from the owners. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked for a large group like ours. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

We have now stayed at Greybourne house two years in a row, and it is a great house, beautifully furnished which is perfect for a large gathering of friends and family! The 6 bedrooms each has their own bathroom, and the common spaces are large and comfortable. Plus there is the huge basement that has a large TV viewing area (lots of seating), plus a game table and pool table, plus a bar and bathroom, so a subset of the larger group can gather down there for fun and games! And Allison is a great host, very available and responsive! We'll be renewing again for next year, which says it all!

Everything is well appointed and thought out even down to the smallest detail of the guest book. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with everything you might ever need for a large group. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the history and legends of the area on the plaques throughout the home. Our group of 10 was very happy with this home and the location..

The property is located on Depot Street, so it near the center. The property was clean, secure and Ali was great!

I traveled to Manchester with a group of lifelong friends and their partners for a wedding in nearby Dorset. Allison’s home was the perfect place to host our weekend! Everything about our experience was amazing - including the location, space, cleanliness, amenities, communication, and check in/out process. I would highly recommend booking for a large group and hope to return someday!

For our daughter's wedding at Levity Mountain Farm, it was wonderful to be able to offer accommodations to our family from Illinois, Arkansas, Brooklyn & New Hampshire. The wedding cake was even made in the kitchen! Great spot for a reunion of any sort. Highly recommended.

This property will not disappoint you. Each bedroom is a suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges and two stoves. There is room for everyone to meet, play and enjoy each other’s company. It was very convenient for access to all the area has to offer. We will stay here again next year when we gather for our family. We had no issues for our large, multigenerational party.

Wonderful floor plan. All rooms well appointed and inviting. Plenty of space , inside and out, for large parties. Playroom and rear lawn area handle all competitive activities. Rear patio ideal for outside dining. As advertised and worth the stay.

The house checked all of the boxes for our annual family getaway. The space was perfect for all 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 toddlers. The rooms, kitchen and common areas were pristine. There were plenty of great little touches that really made us appreciate the house and want to come back, such as all the board games near the common areas, blankets within reach, and local pastries as a little treat in the kitchen. Allison was extremely attentive and quickly responded to the few minor questions we had. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive, like downtown Manchester, animal farms and walking trails. We even took several walks over to Dutton farm, which is just a few hundred yards away, to restock on fruits for the kids. Would highly recommend this house and we'll definitely plan on going back for other family retreats.

Perfect place for a family reunion with several families and children ranging from college age to middle school. Even in summer a great place for all kinds of outdoor activities, good food and shopping.

This is a 5 Star property. It is clean, modern, and spacious. The location is ideal for trips to both the town and the ski mtns. Allison, our host, was great to deal with and very welcoming. My family plans on renting again. Excellent!

This house was perfect for our group of 12 adults. It is only 5 minutes from Manchester city center and 20 minutes from Stratton. The photos don’t do it justice. The house was very clean and plenty of space for our large group. There were many games, TVs, etc in the house. The double fridges in the kitchen were greatly appreciated with our large group. Every bedroom had a comfortable bed and an en-suite which was greatly appreciated. Allison was great host. She answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There was small touches throughout the whole house that made our visit special. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Manchester area.

I find the biggest issue when going away with other adults is that while we equally split the cost, someone has to suck it up and take the least desirable bedroom. This was NOT the case at the Greyborne House. As soon as we saw this listing, we knew it was perfect for our group. No one had to compromise. Luxuriously furnished bedrooms with en-suites allowed everybody to feel like their bedroom was the "master". Allison cuts no corners in making her guests feel comfortable and special. The house is meticulously clean and well furnished with so many extra touches. The photos do not do it the justice it deserves. The Greyborne House is an amazing place in the perfect location, and well worth the price.

The house was great for our group, we had three families and it was more than enough space. The host was wonderful, great to deal with and always accessible. The house had everything we would need and more! Host left us a welcome basket which was extremely sweet. House is about 20 min to Stratton village which worked great for us. We checked out the village one day and snowmobiled, and skied another day. All of us had a great time, the house was perfect and exceeded our expectations!

Manchester is a great location. The home is the ideal mix of spacious and private - with a large hangout space downstairs and each room having an on suite bathroom. Awesome kitchen for cooking and two fridges make sharing with big groups easy.

My extended family and I rent houses quite often so our large group can stay together. This is the best house we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, huge, and with every amenity you could possible want. We never wanted to leave and we intend to go back soon! Allison was a fantastic host, timely answers to any questions we had. house measured up to our expectations. kitchen is well stocked, entire house was clean, full sized bathrooms. lower level provides additional seating, tv, games, & pool table. house is located minutes away from manchester outlet center. only recommendation: improve/update the lighting in the living room area.

We were a family of 8 adults and six children (8 years and under). The house was spacious with quality construction and new appliances. Having double refrigerators and six bedrooms all with baths solves most space bottlenecks. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large ones in the living room and basement room with both Xfinity cable and streaming left no room for complaints. Bromley was ten minutes and downtown Manchester Centre less than five. A garage took two of our cars and the driveway was wide and roomy for others. Allison, our host, was on top of everything. This was the best family gathering rental we have found yet and would certainly come back.

The house is beautifully maintained and accurately described on VRBO, with 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. So it was a perfect match for our large group of 11 close friends for our Thanksgiving weekend reunion! The kitchen is very well equipped even for the large Thanksgiving feast that we prepare! And Allison was wonderful to work with, promptly responding to all inquiries we had! So we plan to rent it again next year, because we loved the house so much! Thanks for everything!

We have been vacationing in the Manchester, VT area for many years and the Greybourne House was the perfect location for a fall long weekend. The three floors of living space and the beautiful outdoor grounds provided us with the perfect spot to relax and enjoy time together as a family. The spacious kitchen, complete with double ovens made meal preparations a cinch. Allison was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer our questions. The basket of goodies left on the kitchen island and in the refrigerator were a nice surprise especially since members of our family eat vegan and many of the treats were vegan. The outdoor space provided ample room for our grandsons to run around, and the large patio complete with a propane firepit was the perfect spot to sit and relax. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We are looking forward to returning to the Greybourne House in the future.
