Best view and location

This is a wonderful place to go and relax and be refreshed by the lake. The condo is great for 2 people and there are plenty of things to see and do. The neighborhood restaurants were great! Thanks for a lovely stay!

condo clean, check in easy, communication with owner very good; very well stocked; nice view on the water. Only there 2 nights, but it would be comfortable enough to stay more. Nice alternative to a hotel.

I have been to several different VRBO's throughout the country, and this is the far best. It had everything you could possibly need. I brought stuff from home due to my previous experience with other places and did not need them. The place not only looked great but was fully equip!!

The condo was a perfect home base for our trip. It has all of the amenities we needed and very clean. The jacuzzi bathtub was a great way to end the day. The highlight is the view of the lake out the back door. I cant imagine there's a better view in the DFW area!

Very clean, nice amenities, bathtub has jets for nice hot baths. Central to lots of food amd activities.

I was in Dallas for six nights with my wife and didn’t want to stay in a hotel room. This property was the perfect alternative. Very clean and well equiped, right on the water with a great deck overlooking the water.

The main feature of this property is definitely the view of the lake, and it is GREAT! Unfortunately, the lake (other than some fishing), is not directly accessible from the property. There is a seawall that's about 3 or 4 feet above the water and thus the water is not usable. There were a couple of supplies that were a little short on supply for our week long stay, but they were able to get some additional to us in a couple of days. Overall, a very relaxing place to spend a week taking it easy. :)

We were only in town for a quick weekend at the fair, but we wanted to stay somewhere a bit away from most of the Dallas hubbub yet still have amenities close by. Mission accomplished. This was a nice little condo that gave us a relaxing place to come back to--better than a hotel anytime. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics covered and the water pressure in the shower was great! (Hubby thought *too* strong.) Primary television access is through YouTube TV, which is fine, but the navigation took a bit of getting used to, and if you're like my husband, you will get frustrated before you get it. haha. Wifi access was simple, and the connection was fast and steady. We didn't have need of the sleeper sofa, but the place is on the small side, so for myself, I'd say it's good for couples; four people might feel a little cramped if you intended to spend much time in the condo. All in all, I can definitely recommend. Just a couple of things to note: --The mattress is pretty firm, if that's important to you one way or the other. --There were a *ton* of mosquitoes and gnats outside, more than we anticipated or have experienced at other lakefront properties. Because our trip was short, we didn't spend a bunch of time out there, but I didn't notice any repellant candles, bug spray, or anything of that nature, so I'd definitely recommend coming prepared.

Condo was decorated nicely and had all the amenities for a 2 person getaway. Only one negative, there is no TV in the bedroom, and that was a downer. But other than that... the Condo was absolutely wonderful and the lake view was awesome !

We were there for a family visit. I dont like staying in hotels since discovering VRBO. We had a great stay at this condo. Close to everything, restaurants, fast food, gas station with plenty if supplies. Morning coffee on the deck was awesome. Wish we had our own dock. But no one else did. Might not be allowed there. Which is good too to keep the noise down. The condo is away from the big Dallas. Which meant a lot of driving to see family. I still wouldn't change staying away from this lake. Wish we had more time to do more. There's never enough time to do everything 😊

Great spot to decompress. Any watercraft rental is not suitable here for the bid wall but overall for price and cleanliness A++!

This property was a wonderful place. The neighborhood was wonderful and friendly. My husband was able to fish some too. This place was what we need to get some peace and quietness. Rent it you won’t regret it. Had a wonderful time. Oh yes close to Pro Bass and some resturant.Thank You again Mr Jeff and Group

It was very handy as we went to see kids & grandkids in Rockwall. The A/C was awesome as it was over 100 every day we were there. Easy to get in and out of right off of Rt 30.

Definitely recommend this condo. Whether you want a simple quiet getaway with a nice view, or if you want to be steps away from food and fun this works for both! The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals, and the patio is so peaceful in the morning it was probably my favorite spot the whole weekend. Thanks for letting us borrow your place! It made for a great anniversary 😊

The experience was great

We really enjoyed the unit and location. We did have some issues with ants inside the unit. However other than that it was very clean and well maintained.

This place was a prefect relaxing weekend. The lake was amazing view. My husband love to fish. He was sitting all night fishing. I just watch him fishing enjoy it. That's what I was looking for a wonderful spot. Thank you 😊

Nicely furnished apartment with a Great Lake view. I would say it’s better for a couple only because the pull out mattress was springs and I couldn’t sleep. The couch was very comfortable though. We found all the necessities that we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. Thanks so much for having us!
