Great Property. Good Host

We happen to make last minute plans due to more family visiting florida. Luckily this house was open the days we needed. We didnt think we were going to be at the house much but the outside pool area kept us home more than we thought. What a fun stay. If you have kids, definitely do the pirate ship tour! What a blast. We went to three beaches but our favorite was lovers beach. Its $8 to park but you take the trolly to almost your own private beach. Great stay. Super responsive owner. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice place that needs some care especially around the pool. The screens are torn, so bugs, little lizards and even a squirrel came into the pool area. There was a lot of leaves and debris on the roof where screen ties into the roof. When they cleaned it all sorts of debris fell into the pool area below. Which they did not clean up. No propane for the grill and the grill was filthy. The pool heat is not consistent. The pool net for hand cleaning had 3 big holes in it. The tile in the pool area had grease stains all over it. Inside the house, the handle to operate the shower water, kept falling off. Ice maker in the frig does not work. We were going to have friends over, we were too embarrassed of our pool area. When I talked to the Owner about the condition of the property he asked me to make a list. Getting the propane for the grill my self was suggested. I told him I am on vacation. I am not making up a list of numerous items that needs attention so we can have a barrage of people showing up to take care of the property. I felt that the list was the Owners responsibility. The items I am talking about are not a result of the storm that went thru. It is really poor maintenance of a nice property. I am not an overly fussy person but this is simply wrong to think that I am going to show up and make a list and oversee the people that are coming in to take care of it. Not a nice vacation because of poor care of the property.

This property is in an excellent location for access to much of what southwest Florida has to offer. The home was clean and efficient for our family. We paid for the pool to be heated, but the pumps were broken and were not fixed until our last day. The owner refunded the heating fees. We received regular “canned” or automated emails from the owner, but rarely did we get any timely response to direct email questions or even text messages. Many light bulbs were burnt out or not working. In particular the light over the front porch. Walking into a dark porch, in an unknown location can be daunting. We had to use the light on our cell phones to see the door lock mechanism. Overall, out family had a good time in Estero and we’re glad to have one location to call home for the week.

This house is perfect for large groups. Bedrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. There were a couple of minor things with the house that need maintenance but Daniel was very communicative and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. We definitely recommend staying here for a large family or friend's getaway.

Fantastic Stay!
My sisters, mother, and I stayed at "Tiki Paradise" for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect! It was very clean and the pool was perfect. The house is in a great location and you can easily get to Naples or Fort Myers if you are looking for a night life. The living area and pool area are connected with a wall of windows which opens giving a large "hangout space" both inside and out. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is safe and quiet. This made relaxing quite easy. Daniel is nice and was very easy to contact when we needed to get a hold of him. We are all looking forward to another stay at Tiki Paradise in the future.

A Perfect Stay for Girls Weekend
The Tiki Paradise was exactly that - a paradise! Such a relaxing stay, everything looked exactly as it was pictured. The pool was perfect and a great way to spend our days. Lots of space for 12 girls, even with only 2 bathrooms. Whenever we needed any additional items or had questions - Daniel was super responsive and dropped items off ASAP. Would definitely love to return

Exactly what we needed, relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Very good communication on check in, other than that, no need to bother them with anything, which was also really nice!

House was nice But.... the neighborhood was OK and there was an odor just as you walk in the house. BYOC (Bring your own Candles). other than that it was fine.

Ok, with caveats
The place is somewhat tattered. The outdoor area was not super clean. Multiple light bulbs though out the place were burnt out. We paid for heat for the duration of our stay, but it wasn't working, so we weren't able to enjoy the pool 3 days of our stay. My husband had to fix the master bath shower. The trashes were completely full upon our arrival. Leaving us no space for our own trash/recyclables. The fire table's LP tank was completely empty upon arrival. The smoke detector from one of the bedrooms was not installed. It was sitting on a table outside of the bedroom. The washing machine is super loud. Management did come and fix the pool and brought a new LP tank. These are things that should be monitored prior to arrival.

Lack of communication
Overall our experience was fine. House was spacious and clean. Whole family was comfortable and we all had fun. We had an issue with broken outdoor furniture and the grill, and never heard back when we contacted host, 3 times. We ended up fixing the problems ourselves.

"Where's the beach?"
The property was clean, but could use a little updating. We could not find a public beach that was 10 minutes away, it took 30 minutes to get to the beach with all the traffic.

Excellent property!
Excellent spot for our family vacation! 10/10!! My mother is handicapped & the property felt safe for both her & my 2-year-old twins. Property was fully stocked with all the basics & a few extras- Daniel even went out of his way to provide us with beach chairs & bikes! Check-in was a breeze too. Nice comfy beds, clean property, & awesome screened-in pool area (loved the optional pool "fence" for the kids) in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Close to lots of shopping, dining, & most importantly THE BEACH! ♥️

The house was exactly as described. It was extremely spacious for our family. The pool area was very nice and we really enjoyed it.
The master bedroom/bath was huge. Plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfy. Every room had Roku. Entrance/Exit was very convenient. Quiet areas are at 9pm. We wish it was a later time, but that's understandable.
Extremely central to all the shops. Overall, we would recommend it to others coming to the area.

Beautiful home (exactly like photos), lovely decor (tiki-themed throughout), salt water pool was kind to skin and hair and thoroughly enjoyed by all ages, stocked kitchen for ease in cooking and for entertaining, comfortable beds and furnishings, located in quiet neighborhood, would love to return.

Amazing Family Trip!
The Tiki Paradise House was exactly that for our family while in the area for Spring Break/College Visits. The house was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. Its located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is very close to many stores and restaurants. About 10 minutes to Bonita Springs Beach and 25 minutes to FMB. Daniel was extremely accommodating and responsive the whole time with any sort of question I may have had. Outstanding property owner who wants you to feel at home. Lastly the home was awesome! The pictures don't do the backyard justice. Its very private and the full wall, sliding doors make it feel like an extension of the interior. We will definitely be back as we begin visiting our daughter in college next year.
