It is a beautiful property. We were able to bring our dogs and they have a great fenced backyard. Its our 2nd stay here. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and very accomadating. Saugatuk is a great little town. Will definitely be back!!

We had rain all weekend, so it was even more important that our place to stay was solid. And it was. Virtually everything you might need was in the house, it was clean, and in a great spot. Would return!

You wont go wrong staying at this beautiful home. It is exactly as pictured. The living room and dining were spacious, kitchen well equiped, three large bedrooms, and two nice bathrooms. The basement is a wonderful addition to the home. The grandchildren loved playing ping ball, pool, foosball, and air hockey in the evenings. The backyard is a dream and perfect for our dog. An added feature to this area is the deer and turkeys in the yard. We loved watching them. We highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of 6. It was just as it appeared in the pictures. Clean, with updated bathrooms, on a quiet street. The pictures of the back yard didn't do it justice - the fire pit, deck, and outdoor dining table are beautiful. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck was also a big plus. We also hugely appreciated how responsive the owners were to our questions - they responded helpfully within minutes when we had questions. We will definitely be back.

The fenced-in yard made this fantastic rental one of the best we’ve ever found! The quiet neighborhood was perfect for walking our dogs. The house had so much to offer (a fire pit and game room downstairs)! The location was perfect as we had a family wedding at The Ivy House less than 3 miles away. We will be back!

Perfect spot for a family or group of friends who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to area attractions. It's a pleasant 15-min walk to Douglas Park beach and a short drive to Oval Beach and downtown Saugatuck. Other highlights for us were the ability to make coffee and cook meals in the kitchen, making smores around the outdoor firepit (remember to pick up some wood), and playing pool and ping-pong in the basement. Those activities were a big hit with the teens and a great alternative to screen time.

House was clean and well stock! Everything you need to visit the beach is in the shed. The location is great, close to beach and downtown area. Clint was great, answered any questions quickly and offered friendly advice on Saugatuck.

This house was perfect for our family! A well appointed house with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. Outside deck and fire pit were nice, too. Close to town and beaches.

We had an amazing stay and this property is wonderful! It was so clean and well appointed and Clint, the owner, was very attentive. Only 1 1/2 miles to gorgeous Oval beach and lots of super “toys” in the basement including pool table .. our favorite (also air hockey. Food all and ping pong! )Rent here… you will be so happy you did!-

Three generations and two sisters enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful and well appointed home. The quiet neighborhood was perfect. None of us had ever been to TulipTime and Saugatuck. Perfect location for both. Thank you!

Upon checking in neighbor disclosed to us that the property wasn’t professionally cleaned due to a scheduling miscommunication. Which was a little frustrating as we still had to pay the cleaning fee even tho the home wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The yard had quite an amount of dog poop, so had to spend some time cleaning that up before the kids got to play outside. Also had to unload a full dishwasher after unloading a full car. It was just a lot of unexpected cleaning for the beginning of our family vacation. The game room was great for the kids, along with the toys they had. Fire pit was great, along with seeing the deer outside throughout the day/night.

This house was in a great location. We really enjoyed all of the games in the basement and watching the deer play in the front yard. The deer were everywhere

Our four grandchildren really enjoyed their time here. They loved the board games, air hockey, and ping pong table; my husband had fun playing pool. Very close to the beach (although the beach in January is not the same experience as in July). The property was very clean and well equipped. I couldn’t figure out how to start the fireplace and the owner was super prompt in responding back to me.

Great property, great location. Lots of places to see and walk to locally. Really enjoyed the games in the basement with our family. Probably a little small for our 10 people.

We so enjoyed our stay here in Saugatuck and Clinton was a superb host! He made sure to stay in touch with us during a holiday blizzard to ensure we were safe and comfortable. The caretaker/maintenance person was super nice and made sure we were shoveled out and would check on us daily during the storm. The home was perfect for our family of seven and our dogs! Beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday and plenty of space so we could spread out! The downstairs game room was such a nice bonus add and our family enjoyed many laughs playing together! We were very grateful for such a wonderful stay and Christmas celebration in a warm home in a perfect location. We hope to return back again in the warmer weather to enjoy the sights! With much gratitude!

Beautiful spot

We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the Root Beer Barrel. The property is so convenient to everything you want to do. Our kids had a blast playing on the ping pong table and air hockey set. Everything was in good condition and clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Three seniors on our annual golf outing. This home was the perfect setting, well equipped, privacy on the terrific deck. Clinton was a great host. Responsive and eager to make our stay as good as possible.

Cute 3 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 8 /10 if you can sleep a family in one room. Fully equipped kitchen. Indoor outdoor tables that seat at least 6 each. Ping pong, billiards and air hockey with additional games for rainy weather. 3-4 adult bikes to ride on the backroads or find a sidewalk in town. The home is located near a woods and walking distance from a bluff to access the beach. Nearby root beer stand and coffee shop Very quiet

The property is in a great location just minutes from the beach. It is nice for families with everything on 1 level and an awesome patio to enjoy! The owner was super responsive to any request we had. Really enjoyed our stay

This getaway was absolutely amazing. The property is very well maintained, clean, and never lets you be bored! The location was also great, with short distances to grocery stores, downtown, and beach. The owners are also very accommodating and personable. I will come here again for sure!

House was clean! Clinton was very responsive to messages. Very short drive to downtown and the beach! Very nice backyard where we sat outside in the mornings and made a campfire for s’mores! We really enjoyed our stay!

The road construction was certainly a surprise and hindrance for various reasons. The place was not super clean upon arrival either but seemed more like maybe a room or two were just missed and the others cleaned. Otherwise nice place that worked fairly well for us. It's nice how many toys they have available to share, definitely take advantage!

We loved our time at this house! Very spacious for our family of four plus our dog. Very clean on arrival. And it had everything we didn’t even know we needed for vacation! Great location for easy trips to the beach and downtown. Hosts were very responsive!

The home was great for our family trip to Saugatuk. Location is close enough to walk to the Lake for sunset, which we did each night. Had everything we needed and the fenced in yard was a bonus so that we could bring our dog on vacation with us! Thanks Clinton, already looking forward to a return trip next year.
