Our group (two families with children 12 and under) had a fantastic stay! The location (although close to the main road) was perfect for beach access and well situated on the island. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We lived spending time in all the outdoor spaces. Looking forward to next year!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant enjoyed our first trip to AMI! The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great central location on the island. The pool was a great feature, but note that it is in the shade most of the day. Kristin was very accommodating and pleasure to work with! Our family is already talking about when we can go back!

Situated just a few minutes stroll from the beach and local bars and restaurants. Great pool and spa area.

My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The heated pool was a treat. It also had a hot tub but we didn’t use it. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except I paid extra for a early arrival and they didn't have it inspected in time for my arrival time.

This property is in the perfect location. People may complain it is adjacent to a busy street, the noise didn’t bother us at all. We had wonderful foliage to block the noise. The pool, spa and outside living space was fabulous. We spent most of the trip Out there and at the beach. Make sure to visit the far side of the island it’s less posh but the food is fabulous and the restaurant on the beach was yummy. I deducted 1 star for cleanliness and unfortunately I believe the managers can’t fully control this. There was a used towel left in the shower and the floors under the couches were dirty they had popcorn and glow sticks underneath. I cleaned it right up and enjoyed the stay. You will love this place it’s less than 6 min to the beach. Rent a golf cart too. You will have a blast!

House is beautiful, decorated very nice. Beach towels provided were nice. Pool area wonderful. Next to a very busy main road with lots of noisy traffic. Grill did not work.

Beautiful home. It was a BEACH vacation but honestly the kids loved the pool at the house WAY more! The beach is within a short walking distance to the house. Location is great. You are away from the much busier parts of the island. Lots of shopping nearby. House was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! We do plan on coming back and staying in this house again.

We had a great time at this property. Owner was very responsive to questions/requests. Easily walkable to the beautiful beach. Restaurants within walking/biking distance. Property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. We had everything we could have needed for a great senior trip for our girls. Kristen was so helpful and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. Worked with us to reschedule through all the covid issues. Would definitely stay there again. Great location.

We had an awesome time! My husband and I went with our 3adult children and their significant others. Everything was as described, home was lovely, we enjoyed the pool and the beach every day. We grill a lot, so the grill with included propane was a plus. My messaging to Kristin was always answered promptly. With the COVID issues we were a little concerned but we could tell the home had been cleaned thoroughly and we were able to get all our groceries through curbside pickup at Publix and aldi’s in Bradenton. The beach was not crowded and when it got a little busy for our liking we went back to the pool. I guess the only issue was the beds were a little firm for most of us, but not much you can do about that. We have always vacationed at siesta key and my husband was a hard sell to switch, after staying in this wonderful home and all the amenities I can see us returning.
