We decided to book a last minute Labor Day weekend trip. This place was awesome, the location was perfect!! All amenities for biking and beach were included, the views from the rooms and balconies were great. Will def come back!

This was our first time in Cape May and this lovely gem of a condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location across the street from the beach access could not be beat. We spent all day on the beach and enjoyed the convenience of being able to run back and forth to the condo as needed for lunch and sun breaks. The walk into town, with our 8 and 11-year old kids, was a pleasant 15-20 minute stroll depending on where you were headed. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo was with cleaning supplies, paper goods and kitchen items. The host was super responsive to all our questions. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great location to the beach access and within a short walk/bike to great restaurants and shops. We really appreciated the use of the 4 beach cruisers for our stay. Balcony options overlooking the ocean were awesome. Working with Cara, the owner, was very easy.

We loved our family vacation at this beautiful, clean home! The location is perfect and so helpful with young kids with the beach being just across the street! Cara was wonderful to deal with and made the whole process smooth. Truly one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. We can’t wait to be baxk!

Loved the location and how clean the condo was. The bunk room is a bit tight but serves its purpose. The location, directions in the home and layout worked really well for us! Check in and communication was great. Kitchen is tiny just an fyi if you plan to do lots of cooking but we didn’t - loved having a glass of wine on the patio facing the water.

Loved the location and view from this property. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. All windows look out on the ocean. Beautiful.

Perfect location in Cape May with multiple oceanfront views from the kitchen, living space and bedrooms. Clean, modern and fully stocked rental. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again!

Great two nights! right on the beach!

The property is in the perfect spot with beach views, fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms equipped Kitchen, large dinning table and balconies, washer and dryer if needed, we did not need. Easy access. Owner was available and answers promptly . We enjoyed our stay! And would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this perfect condo. The views were amazing and everything you needed was available. We are looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be staying here.

The beach is right across the street!! Daily sunrises and proximity to all the cool Cape May attractions. We had a blast!

The views were wonderful and the location is excellent - right across from the entrance to the beach. It poured the whole time we were there, so we made the best of the time and enjoyed the view of the rainy beach. The bike trail/promenade starts very close to the house, which would have been fun. We don't own a King bed, so we didn't have sheets to bring, but the other member of our party brought extra for us! We hope to stay here again during nicer weather!

We’ve stayed at many beach rentals and this was one of the better ones. Very clean, well thought out amenities, updated appliances, great views of ocean and beach across the street. My husband loved that there weren’t a lot of chachkies and knick knacks that you often find in rentals, giving it a more hotel feel

My family had a wonderful stay in Cape May at this ideal beachfront home. All the previous reviews on this property are spot on. The best part is the view and it is right across the street to a great beach. Cara provides everything you need to have a great day on the beach and bicycles to cruise around beautiful Cape May. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well equipped for any occasion from making a quick snack to a full on big family dinner. We had cocktails on the deck(s) and then had a short walk into town for some great dinners. During our stay (late July) Cape May experienced very high levels of heat and the AC wasn’t able to keep the top floor bedrooms cool. But Cara did provide extra fans and we made do. Otherwise it was a great stay with my family and we hope to be back again.

We just stayed for a week with our 9-year-old and 5-year-old, and it was the perfect set up: Bedrooms adjacent to each other, a kitchen and dining room to have family dinner, multiple deck areas to enjoy the view. Everything was so well manicured and beautiful. There were books and games and DVDs for the kids, and all sorts of other amenities. We hope to stay again and make it an annual tradition; thank you to our hosts!

I want to keep this property a secret so I won't have to compete for dates when I rebook but I must rave about it! Everything was as pictured on the site. I had high hopes based on the owner's very detailed description on VRBO (which impressed me by how specific and thorough it was) and nothing disappointed. The owner's attention to detail carries throughout the home as guests have everything they could possibly need. We really enjoyed the bikes and appreciate that the owner even takes care to remind you bring a helmet for safety! I took advantage of all three balconies and soaked up the ocean views and all day sun which is rare on the Atlantic. The positioning of Cape May allowed us to enjoy direct sun from sunrise to sunset when we had a cocktail each evening to watch it set on the water from the dining room and living room balcony. We also could hear the ocean waves crashing from the master bedrooms even with all of the windows closed. Best sleep! Don't let the steps intimidate you! My family celebrated Christmas here, which included three seniors in their early 80s. We prepared Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Although it is small, it had everything we needed...plentiful kitchenware. The eighty year-olds don't participate in regular exercise, however, they do have steps at home so are used to doing a flight. The townhome is smartly arranged where you only have one flight between you and where you want to go since the living and kitchen areas are between the lower bedroom and upper bedroom areas. No need to do all the flights in the house at once except when entering or leaving the home. They said the views were definitely worth the steps! I personally feel this is hands down the best beachfront unit in Cape May because of the wrap around unobstructed ocean views, the many balconies, and the abundance of toys (bikes, beach chairs, grill) etc. included.

This townhouse is both on the ocean on Beach Dr and also less than a block from where our family wedding reception took place. It was perfect for us and allowed our immediate family to gather in one place and have time to spend together while also participating in all the larger family festivities. The town house itself was in great shape, extremely clean. I would be very happy to stay here again! Know that there are a lot of stairs, still anyone except some seniors would greatly enjoy this rental. The owner was helpful and responsive, which shows pride of ownership.

If you are looking for a good deal of space in a great location, this property is great. Plenty of amenities like a grill, beach cruiser bikes, etc. Cara was awesome and super responsive! Note: There are 3 levels which worked well for us - but may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

We were so comfortable in this townhome. From a well stocked kitchen to lovely bedrooms with mattresses that were plush. Great beach view & easy access. Although there were lots of stairs, the hand railings made it doable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House ....great accommodations and close to the beach !

Views of the ocean from the dining room, two master bedrooms and the small deck off the living room are stunning. The house is well appointed with cookware, tableware, beach chairs and toys. The very small kitchen was recently renovated and the baths had received a recent upgrade. Kitchen appliances were so new that the protective coating on them had yet to be removed. We corresponded several times with Cara who was always responsive. The only negatives were aging living room furniture into which you sank deeply and the interiors are showing signs that an upcoming paint refresh will be needed. In all.... a wonderful family vacation spot hosted by a helpful host.

The location is spot on, at the end of the promenade (boardwalk). Traffic (cars and foot) minimal, although last week of 'off season'. Good walk to historic Cape May. Beautiful view of beach, two oceanfront balconies.Great kitchen with everything you'd need. Keurig and full brew coffee pot available. Bathrooms just right. Amenities are thoughtful.

We had a great time. Lots of stairs. Can be harder for grandparents.
