Todd and Claudia made our first trip with a young baby so seamless. They had a pack and play, high chair, changing pad, toys. I was so appreciative. The house is perfectly located and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall had a great stay here for our quick family visit to Minneapolis. Great location, especially with nicer weather. Safe neighborhood. The house itself was very nice and cozy. The accommodations were top notch - especially if you have children! This is a duplex and does have upstairs neighbors - not very loud but on occasion can hear them.

The property is conveniently located for everything. Comfortable beds, great kitchen set up and simple parking, Easy walk to groceries, dinner and there were bunnies in the backyard.

I was in town for work and this property was perfect for working and visiting with friends and walking to shops and groceries and movies.

My daughter and I spent over three weeks here over the holidays and it was delightful. Everything was perfect: comfortable, warm, convenient, fully equipped and functional, and squeaky clean. It's quiet, a great location, central and easy access to everywhere one might go in the twin cities. Parking on street was never a problem and there are many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few blocks. The owners are very friendly and helpful and available nearby. They maintain and provide for the property beautifully. We look forward to our next stay!

My husband and I were in the Minneapolis area from Texas to see my extended family. This was the first time we tried having a home base for visiting rather than staying with family, and it was perfect! An absolutely lovely and immaculate historic home, wonderfully furnished, comfy beds and linens, with everything anyone could possibly need to make their stay enjoyable. Beautiful residential area, restaurants and nice shops close by, easy access to everything. Thank you for the welcoming coffees, snacks, waters and soft drinks, and thank you for even cleaning the snow from our rental car windows. This is a fabulous place to stay! Very highly recommend! Nice, clean, well-equipped home in an ideal location (near 50th & France). An excellent experience...and at a fair rate. We'll probably rent again!

We enjoyed our stay at the well kept property with everything we needed and some extras: snacks and drinks. The location was perfect for us, near shops and restaurants, and close to other activities.

This rental was beautiful, had character, and exceptionally clean. It is very close to bike trails which we used almost every day. We walked to the bakery and a restaurant at the end of the block. The owners were available, accommodating, and very nice. We had such a wonderful stay!

It was so comfortable. Close to anything that you would need. Very quiet and the hosts made sure that it was clean,neat, and even had snacks. I could not have been more pleased and I hope to stay here whenever I come into town for a visit.

Additionally, owners went to great lengths to accommodate family members chemical sensitivity by having fragrance free products in the house and washing linens and towels with fragrance free soap. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Check-in was easy and the wifi connection was quick. Off-street parking is a plus but lots of shopping and dining options are within walking distance, The neighborhood is quiet. The weather was chilly while we were there and the house was nice and warm. Access to laundry was a bonus. You can't go wrong booking this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! It was clean and nicely appointed; Very charming and nicely updated; There’s a beautiful backyard area with a table for outdoor eating/coffee; the location is perfect for neighborhood walking and walking to restaurants and coffee shops, wine bar. Communication with owners was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return!! Loved it!!
