Breakfasts very poor. Porridge either running of a hard sticky cold, tasteless. Fruit not fresh. Berries good but on first day ran out at 8:30.
Room good size but only one lounge chair. We asked for one more and they put in a conference chair without arms
The breakfast room only serves AleCarte very expensive

The location was perfect to be able to shop, eat at 3 fantastic restaurants all within alking distance from our room.
Absolutely nothing could have been better for our stay. We kept saying versions of that all the way home.

Breakfast was sub-par. The Club Lounge was not worth the additional charge.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
I thought breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a little overpriced.

The staff was exceptional. Thank to the manager for a handwritten note and champagne for our anniversary .
I thought the amenities and location were great and the stay was very comfortable.
I thought the decor was very nice but not as contemporary and a bit underwhelming. I wish there was a spa package that came with the price of stay.
But I can’t wait to go back.

Only one robe in room. No breakfast included.

Breakfast was disappointing. There were not many choices and the cost of the items was high. One room service breakfast was very good.
The guest room could have had one more comfortable chair and additional drawer storage for clothing would have been welcomed.

We hosted a reception/gathering post a Memorial Service for my brother. Kyle H was very helpful in setting up catering and A/V.
The noisy music in the lobby in the late afternoons and evenings, but we could go to our rooms or out to walk or dine.

The location was perfect, right next to the Galleria!
There were zero amenities in the bathroom, which I found surprising. Normally with a Westin, you get nice toiletries!
