Extremely well appointed and comfortable home. Highly recommend!!

This property was simply fantastic in every way! It had everything we needed for our family vacation. The house and guest house were clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach / pool vacation. The pool and outdoor space (chairs, table, BBQ, spike ball and other games etc) were incredible. The location is fabulous and only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and accessible to Atlantic Ave. We arrived to a huge basket of treats and food essentials which was very much appreciated after our travel journey. Everything was labelled and super organized. When we had questions, we were responded to almost immediately. It was our first time doing a rental like this and it was a super positive experience, so much so that we ever extended our stay! It also feels VERY COVID safe which was important to us. We can't wait to go back and will miss Paradise Breezes & The Cottage House.

I am a solo traveller with no vehicle that demands excellent residences and this fits the bill. Short walk to variety, grocery , and drug stores. $1 bus ride to downtown Delray or take a provided bike.. Pool in the sun a good part if the day-great for swims. Impeccably neat and clean. No clutter. Everything is in working order. Professional property manager. This is the best of the best.

We would come back to this property again and again. Everything about it made our stay comfortable, fun and relaxing. The home and the cottage are very nicely done inside and very clean. There was nothing that was lacking in this place for a beach vacation. It made our short trips to Atlantic or the beach extremely simple. Nicole was more than helpful and very responsive from booking to our departure. Thank you Nicole for making things so easy!

First off, Nicole is an amazing host! Communication was on point from the beginning of our booking all the way through our stay up until we left. Now the house. Let me just say, the pictures do it no justice. This house was absolutely GORGEOUS!! The cottage was the added finishing touch to this amazing property. Rooms are big, beds are super comfy, and did I mention EXTREMELY clean!! The entire place was spotless when we arrived and very well stocked, from the bathrooms to the kitchen and even towels and linens. The pool was the perfect size and the entire outside setup was comfortable for our party of 8 and 12 guests at one point. We are already planning our next trip here :)

I would book this property again in a heartbeat! The property manager, Nicole, was excellent to work with. The booking process was easy and Nicole offered so many recommendations for us since it was our first visit to the area. The house is even better in person than the photos. We walked in to a spotless home with everything we needed for the week. We loved the privacy of the pool and courtyard, and we all enjoyed the bikes, ping pong and cornhole. The golf in the area is also top notch and the guys enjoyed exploring a few courses. The beds are all very comfortable too! Nicole was very helpful answering our questions and offering recommendations. The beach was beautiful and accessible by bike or car, and we took advantage of the town-sponsored Freebie golf cart lifts several times to get to and from town. We would stay here again without reservation!

This house and cottage was perfect for our two families and children for spring break! The outside space was perfect for us to spread out, relax, and enjoy the games the house has to offer as well as the pool loungers and BBQ. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. Nicole was an excellent hostess and made sure we felt very welcome. Her added touches were much appreciated! Highly recommend this property for a Delray getaway!
